Rooms clean, wi-fi does not work though. Spa very nice, with cold ponds and jacuzzis. A separate outdoor swimming pool (15 m), internal pool ( 15 m) plus extra for toddlers

There was not enough towels in the spa for changing!! This is a big minus!! And a lot of childrens!!!! I went for a relaxation with my husband and in the pool the children’s was day and night without a control of parents , we went for a relax and received a lot of screaming childrens and no relax, i suggest to do a time limitations till 18:00 with childrens and after only adults!! It is very important...

Room was cosy but with thin walls; we were unlucky as our neighbours decided to have a chat late at night! The spa is small and somehow cold as the temperature of the pool wasn't high enough

Absolutely amazing. Breakfast was so perfect, room was comfortable and the spa was included in our offer. Staff could be a bit more friendly but I understand it might be a cultural difference.

In restaurant child menu 5 € portions, adult a la carte highish vs typical Estonian level starting at 15€. All in all nice and pittoresque millieu, and very nice golf course within 1 km

I also loved the seasonal products they offer, adding a unique touch to the stay. One small tip: adding tables and chairs to the balconies would make it even better. Overall, a fantastic choice for a relaxing getaway!

Gospa offers an excellent experience with just a few minor areas for improvement. The rooms, though slightly outdated (some are already renovated), have wonderfully comfy beds that guarantee a good night’s sleep

The treatments are top-notch and the staff is incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home. The breakfast is outstanding — one of the best I’ve ever had, which is rare for me as I’m usually quite picky

The breakfast is extensive with fruit, sweet and savory items. Excellent coffee from three self-service Swiss coffee machines so never a queue. Easily walk to the centrum and to the castle

The pools were OK, better for teenagers and grown ups. As we were there with small kids, there was not a safe shallow place for them to dabble. The lounge, bar and restoran on the other hand were really nice

Breakfast is good enough, but nothing special. SPA area was cold, also cold swimming pool and dzakuzzy. Pity that there is no drinking water in spa. You can order some cocktail or water by the phone from spa

Visited restaurant last night and it exceeded our expectations completely. Mikk was very polite, warm and professional waiter. "Salted whitewish" and "Baked goat cheese salad" tastes were well balanced

"Dear cutlets" were total surprise, because mushroom sauce/juicy cutlets/onion jam were together like a symphony in the mouth :)

Have stayed in other hotels/spas in the area as well. Very cozy place with pleasant personnel. Above average saunas and pools. Nice place to spend time with children. Rooms are decent with beautiful and romantic touch

Nice spa, good service, decent breakfast. Rooms are a bit sound-transparent though and swimming pool and jacuzzi need cleaning from time to time. Overall, a good place to stay and relax for few days.

The hotel is on the fan of the Rococo style-kokoko, with chandeliers and candelabras are different, but a set of saunas and swimming pools for recreation (no sports) - one of the best in Kuressaare

These are little things like rusty technical service hatches, some toilet seats does not perfectly match the bowl, provided free flippers are slippy on wet floors and etc

Nice and quiet spa hotel by the sea. Economy class room is without air conditioning. The spa has one larger, one smaller, one children's pool and jacuzzi. Each pool has a massage function

Good enough for money you could pay, ask for sea view room - better than back view to the parking lot. The meal is the weak side - no enough choice to peak from the bar

Pretty good experience with the saunas and pools. Though a lot of the sauna’s were closed. Paid almost €5 for a quarter of a cup of coffee and got attitude from the staff when I asked for milk

Recommend the salt sauna especially! Felt like had a new skin on me after. Also recommend the self-server bar food, easily understandable way to work it, reasonably priced tasty mid-day snacks, quick delivery

Went there this year for a day spa with my mom and grandma and chose 3 treatments. The service was great: kind, warm and with a sincere smile! We were well welcomed by Terje and Tetiana

Visited with my husband, the experience was mutual : very nice spa with friendly service, clean changing area, plenty of saunas and pools to choose from

However any additional services or leisure activities are quite expensive. But sweeping pools ect are not working. And no signs or info about that anywhere

Nice clean rooms with spacious bathrooms. The breakfast was better now than the last time I stayed here (loved the freshly baked buns!), although I would prefer more vegetarian options on behalf of the meat

Nice and friendly landlady and the balcony on the second floor has a wonderful view of the sea. The only bug is that she only takes cash.

A guest house with a real "soul" that has everything! Everything you need for a pleasant vacation is available on site, very clean and comfortably furnished rooms, an extremely well-equipped kitchen and a wonderful garden, where you can also spend a pleasant day in the home office

A very nice and cozy place to stay. Everything is thought of and everything is available on site. Our family was very satisfied and we will definitely visit again when we get to the island.

Lovely atmosphere and good food. They offer local season fish dishes. We ate a pike-perch fish it was delicious. There are spacious restaurant inside and also summer terrace. Fast and good service.

Visited in the middle of July. The restaurant was well prepared for lot of visitors due to Saaremaa opera days. Dishes tasted great and service speed was exceeding expectations.

I have stayed here many times, and my review is NOT based on the fact that it's a 5 star hotel, because it isn't, but based on the fact that for wonderful basic accommodations, peace and quite, location (not far off the main streets) and all around value, this is the place to stay

Quiet hotel, good location right next to the Kuressaare castle. Bed was otherwise alright but kept screeching when i changed sides. TV had only a couple of channels, in german, english and estonian

Cozy hotel, although the rooms were a bit small and basic. The gentleman at the reception very helpful and friendly. He suggested a great place to rent a car to visit the island
