Rooms clean, wi-fi does not work though. Spa very nice, with cold ponds and jacuzzis. A separate outdoor swimming pool (15 m), internal pool ( 15 m) plus extra for toddlers

The water was almost ankle deep. The ventilation was not adjustable, it was an old fashioned system, so it started blowing in the morning about 6am so loudly like it was a storm outside

The room was turning so cold that finally I just turned the ventilation plate until the blowing stopped

PS Hotel also has it own small pool and it’s great if you are to visit is when it’s not crowded

Visited restaurant last night and it exceeded our expectations completely. Mikk was very polite, warm and professional waiter. "Salted whitewish" and "Baked goat cheese salad" tastes were well balanced

"Dear cutlets" were total surprise, because mushroom sauce/juicy cutlets/onion jam were together like a symphony in the mouth :)

Visited with my husband, the experience was mutual : very nice spa with friendly service, clean changing area, plenty of saunas and pools to choose from

Went there this year for a day spa with my mom and grandma and chose 3 treatments. The service was great: kind, warm and with a sincere smile! We were well welcomed by Terje and Tetiana

PS! If you walk in the lobby, you can also see the vacant treatments and times available for the current and the next day - if you like being spontaneous

The spa has four saunas - salt sauna, juniper sauna, steam sauna and tar sauna. A nice cold flavored water is offered as a drink. There is a selection of different dishes for every taste and need

I also loved the seasonal products they offer, adding a unique touch to the stay. One small tip: adding tables and chairs to the balconies would make it even better. Overall, a fantastic choice for a relaxing getaway!

The pools were OK, better for teenagers and grown ups. As we were there with small kids, there was not a safe shallow place for them to dabble. The lounge, bar and restoran on the other hand were really nice

Gospa offers an excellent experience with just a few minor areas for improvement. The rooms, though slightly outdated (some are already renovated), have wonderfully comfy beds that guarantee a good night’s sleep

The treatments are top-notch and the staff is incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home. The breakfast is outstanding — one of the best I’ve ever had, which is rare for me as I’m usually quite picky

Dogs are welcome for an extra fee 25€/day and get a snack bag and 2 bowls in the room. They are not so welcome in the restaurant though and must stay in the room

A guest house with a real "soul" that has everything! Everything you need for a pleasant vacation is available on site, very clean and comfortably furnished rooms, an extremely well-equipped kitchen and a wonderful garden, where you can also spend a pleasant day in the home office

A somewhat mixed feeling experience. This place has amazing view of the castle in the terrace, and a nice short menu of seafood

Lovely atmosphere and good food. They offer local season fish dishes. We ate a pike-perch fish it was delicious. There are spacious restaurant inside and also summer terrace. Fast and good service.

Extremally tasty. One portion could be for 2-3 persons if you not extremally hungry and want to enjoy. Strange you need to come to order at the bar as no one comes to the table outside. But its so small thing

Visited in the middle of July. The restaurant was well prepared for lot of visitors due to Saaremaa opera days. Dishes tasted great and service speed was exceeding expectations.

The hotel is on the fan of the Rococo style-kokoko, with chandeliers and candelabras are different, but a set of saunas and swimming pools for recreation (no sports) - one of the best in Kuressaare

These are little things like rusty technical service hatches, some toilet seats does not perfectly match the bowl, provided free flippers are slippy on wet floors and etc

List of good things: - Great location - Well maintained room - Spacious room (however it would be great if there would be a possibility to separate the rooms with a curtain or sliding door, so it would be easier to put the kids to sleep and watch TV afterwards) - TV was not something you usually get from the hotels like these

It was a newer model LG, with proper dimensions. Browsing worked, it had Netflix, Viaplay, Go3 etc. - Bathroom was spacious and it had a bath. - You can book breakfast in a hotel nearby for decent price

If you are looking for a good place (with good price) in Kuressaare - this is the place to go. We just needed to stay for one night and the Family room was big enough for two adults and two kids

- The weather was not that hot when we were visiting, but as there is no AC in the room, it might be really hot during the heatwave. And don't worry about not having a spa in the hotel

- There is a shared kitchen and playground. Kitchen is top-notch with everything you might need when visiting with family and you want to keep the costs low and make your own food

- Parking is free Bad things: - The hotel room kind of consists of two different rooms, but you cannot separate them. So basically you still sleep together in one big room

I have stayed here many times, and my review is NOT based on the fact that it's a 5 star hotel, because it isn't, but based on the fact that for wonderful basic accommodations, peace and quite, location (not far off the main streets) and all around value, this is the place to stay

Quiet hotel, good location right next to the Kuressaare castle. Bed was otherwise alright but kept screeching when i changed sides. TV had only a couple of channels, in german, english and estonian

The room is clean, bright, it is noticeable that the owners love their job. The owners themselves, a wonderful married couple with a baby, turned out to be welcoming and welcoming

I plan when I will stay on Saarem only with them. I recommend this hotel to anyone who loves home comfort

Nice little hotel with a cafe on the ground floor where you can have breakfast served early for a little more money. In the summer even at night you can hardly stay in the rooms because of the heat ~ attic room :(

Delicious food and relatively inexpensive! The rooms have a minimum of amenities, but clean and everything is there if you are without children)))) The staff is mostly very helpful and ready to help!
