This was such a great stay. Incredible value for money. Great view from our room. Very comfy bed. Amazing breakfast. Great parking. Very good location, very close to the center. Pool and sauna open from 9am. Very soft bathrobes. The bathroom was a bit run down. No fridge and no table in the room, just one chair. No sheets in sauna and very small towels (good maybe for hair wrapping, not for sauna)...

Went for a family vacation. Every stuff member where friendly and kids loved the icecream cocteil by the pool. Just recomend to the hotel ti get atleast some kids swimming safety stuff aswell. They only had swimming glasses. But few swimming rings or cuffs would be lovely to use not to buy another pair( many spas have them incase you forget them at home). Location excellent, (almost?) all rooms with seaview. We were especially satisfied with the spa-facilities: three differnt saunas and welk functioning water-massage "machines". Breakfast was ok with some local twist - which is always a bonus in my mind. We did not have dinner at the hotel - there are many good ones in the center and even closer.

Really nice place, at an excellent location with ok food but really bad wifi, so if you plan on doing any work while staying in the hotel, you will need your own wifi hot-spot. SPA is ok, with both warm and cold pools. There’s even a kids playroom and kids entertainment programms.

We are visiting this hotel for the third time, 2013, 2019, 2024 . Everything is perfect each time. We forgot expensive contact lenses in the room, and these fell down somewhere under the bed. Hotel has searched the room twice on our request, found them and sent it to Latvia! Many thanks for the hospitality! Our kids liked very warm pools a lot!

Hotel with a spa-area. Different saunas to choose from and different temperatures for pools/baths. Nice size rooms, ok enough breakfast (nothing special about it), location is close to the center (less than 1km).

Came for the saunas and pools. Pretty good experience with the saunas and pools. Though a lot of the sauna’s were closed. Paid almost €5 for a quarter of a cup of coffee and got attitude from the staff when I asked for milk. I understand that pay more for these kinds of things but I can’t accept a quarter of a cup of coffee.

Went there this year for a day spa with my mom and grandma and chose 3 treatments. The service was great: kind, warm and with a sincere smile! We were well welcomed by Terje and Tetiana. Thank you very much. PS! If you walk in the lobby, you can also see the vacant treatments and times available for the current and the next day - if you like being spontaneous. Good idea.

Very big hotel that looks a little run down from the outside. The room was a good size but it was baking hot. No fan in the room and with the window open it was a bit noisy. Great location though right next to the castle and a 5 minute walk into the city centre.

Stayed with mum and sister, initially allocated a floor on top floor, walking into the room, it felt as I’m staying in a Finnish sauna instead of a hotel room. Spent two nights in this lovely small spa hotel. Overall a very pleasant stay. The room we had was spacious enough and cosy and quiet. No AC but leaving the window open helped cool the room down on the hottest night of the trip. On really warm summer days it might be a issue however. There was not enough towels in the spa for changing!! This is a big minus!! And a lot of childrens!!!! I went for a relaxation with my husband and in the pool the children’s was day and night without a control of parents , we went for a relax and received a lot of screaming childrens and no relax, i suggest to do a time limitations till 18:00 with childrens and after only adults!! Special place to stay. From service-reciption, brekfest buffet girls greating with smile on their faces and providing our needs. Spa erea was very beutiful and multifaced for every desires. Definetly will come again and stay in Grand Rose hotel.

Grand Rose is our favourite SPA hotel in Saaremaa. Breakfast is good, location super and sauna centre and massage services are great. Only thing to complain is that some of the rooms and some hotel areas needs refurbishing or upgrades.

Rooms vere so so.. nothing special. A bit outdated. Breakfast is good enough, but nothing special. SPA area was cold, also cold swimming pool and dzakuzzy.. Saunas were great. Rather modest hotel, which would need some face lifting soon. It is ok if you do not expect too much. Spa is small where nothing is not fancy, but just a pool and simples saunas. Biggest disappointment is the breakfast. Nothing really fresh and even the coffee is not tasty. Somehow the ambitious level is very low in all aspects.

I’m very disappointed with breakfast, cheap, unhealthy food, juice from powder, desert is just bread, butter and sugar.. it’s an old hotel with a bunch of problems. Though location is perfect. PS Hotel also has it own small pool and it’s great if you are to visit is when it’s not crowded.

The location is perfect. But sadly the hotel stopped on time and needs to be repaired according to the new tendencies. The hotel started its functions in 2002, and in 2007 they have expanded, but since that time, nothing really. It’s possible to see some accumulated dust on the dark/black walls, chandeliers. The SPA sauna has an unpleasant smell as well.

Overall good, but far from perfect. The breakfast is TERRIBLE. Everything is cold. I don't remember them offering coffee/tea either and there is no kettel in the rooms. Furthermore, the receptionist was really creeped out by me. I'm a young tan man so it's obviously weird I came to Kuressaare. But she kept looking at me everytime I passed her as if I was an elephant.

I enjoyed a nice overnight stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. 5 stars easy!

We spend two wedding days in this beautiful hotel and it’s postcard like surroundings. Loved just everything. Like a time travel to a fantacy. Great location beside the castle which could been seen thru our bed room window. The weather was exellant and having great breakfast on the terrace. The place was very clean and very well maintained. Amazing location by the Castle Amazing location, best Breakfast experience in Kuressaare. My last visit I had a deluxe room with a balcony and castle view (if available book that). They were sold out this time, but my room was cozy. Weather was warm so A/C would be nice- but everything else was perfect.
