We are very satisfied with staying here with our group from Ukraine. The rooms are cozy, the breakfast is good! Wish to come back one day.

It's a great place here! Although the personnel is very pleasant, the atmosphere is laid back and calm. You can tell they are knowledgeable and that the satisfaction of their consumers is their top priority.

Nice small hotel. It has nice rooms, authentic to the time. The breakfast is in the cafeteria Aadlipreili, which is nice. But pay attention that it is rather a collection of apartments, and not a whole hotel (no room service, no lobby bar etc). But overall experience is good.

A lovely historical building, that has a potential to be a charming boutique hotel you want to return to, but small details like dirty glasses and cops, running toilet and menu in Estonian only ( English version had less dishes, no prices and no descriptions), when breakfast is not included and hammered sofa that cannot be transformed to bed even if promised can ruin the overall experience

3 days spend in deluxe room
very boutique place, all stuff is solid and pretty good designed.
some cabinets creaks (old but antique)
not enough light
were problems with ventilation, high moisture in the bath, which is very small.
you can hear your neighbors (especially during sex ;-))
staff is lovely and helpful
breakfast - 4*

Good food but not exceptional, nice but slow service (the usual for Tartu), the selection on the menu is nice but not extensive, and the architecture is nice without any buts.

Good and quiet hotel slightly more expensive the last two where I've been.. Mostly clean room but eg. taps was wildly in condition. Excellent service in several languages
