Overall, the hotel facilities are awesome and the restaurant and bar got the best ranking in town with the utmost best chefs' performance 👌
The room hygiene is great and the room service and hospitality are ridiculously amazing 👏
The spa facilities were good but there is no swimming pool and kids here are a priority so if you are coming to relax only you must choose somewhere else 😉
The breakfast was quite an international breakfast with great cheeses, eggs, sweets, sausages, fruits and vegetables.
After all, I would say the word satisfaction 😌 and I would come here again and again.

We really enjoyed our stay!
Room was big and bed was really comfy.
Nicely decorated.
We went to the restaurant for dinner and again great experience.
Tasty dinner in very well designed environment. Same for breakfast.
Spa was the reason of our stay and it was worth all the money.
Great indoor and outdoor area.
Wide range of saunas.
It was nice siting outside in the cold snowy day dipped in a warm jacuzzi.

Very nice hotel. Excellent staff. I would recommend it every day. My only problem was with the breakfast. For such a high-quality hotel, the breakfast should be better. Variety is limited. No Halal/Kosher meat option.

we were here for 1 night, all was superb. From mascot who greeted us and played hide and seek with my kids, to hotel communication, room was clean and well maintained, spa is amazing, it has 3 different pools for different ages, water is warm in kids pool, and pleasant in adults one. Breakfast is amazing, even has a sparkling wine. Plenty of choices will visit again.

We arrived 1 hour earlier ( before check in) including a child.
Personnel told that room is not ready and told to sit in the lobby. After us arrived multiple our friends and different guest, who got their rooms and we were still waiting. On our question, if the might give other ready room, answer was no, wait.
In total we were waiting 1 hour. During that time they checked in 15-20 guest and all others got rooms.

The location is great , rooms are good and service is nice too.
They have some eco AC which doesn’t cool enough when it’s hot in the summer to sleep . Hotel breakfast was amazing , very kid friendly also, lots of options for everyone.
Room service is good but why they charge extra 10 euro to bring the food to the room.
House keeping is lacking a little bit, our vanity kits didn’t get replaced at all, on first day they took our water glasses and never brought new ones back.
The extra bed for the kids was good and spacious .
We got a court yard room which had a small laser show to entertain the young ones in the evening.
It is very kid friendly hotel, if you have little ones, I highly recommend it.

This hotel is in a great location for walking around Tartu. The room was clean, the shower was fantastic, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. However, it was difficult to enjoy my stay here because the air conditioning did not work. My room was stuffy, hot, and humid, which just soured the experience for me. The system seemed locked down, and even when I was able to annoyingly set it to cooling, I just didn't hear anything kick on, and it stayed hot. The room did have a window that opened, which helped late at night, however my window opened to a rooftop with standing water on it that seemed to be attracting bugs, which got in the room. The breakfast was mediocre, and there were not many labeled vegetarian and vegan options if that’s your thing.

Overall it is a nice place to stay, staff are friendly and helpful in most cases. But I've got some suggestions and recommendations:
- have more people at reception specifically when you're expecting more than 5 people coming at the same time for check-in in the evening or at least try to accommodate people who are waiting to be checked in with some forms to fill,....
- Add different food on different days for breakfast (I spent 5 nights there and all the breakfast served was the same). The food could have had two different sets for the whole week. There were some sausages that I felt every other day became darker and darker and felt like maybe, they weren't cooked on that day.
- In terms of billing, it's better to contact them than booking from their website as it shows higher prices.

Everything was really great! So nice, clean and cozy rooms, very huge SPA zone with everything you need. Comfortable.
Breakfast was also good and tasty and the restaurant where we were having breakfast was very beautiful. Good location, but the hotel don't have free parking for visitors.

Clean and comfortable rooms, staff was very polite and great service. Spa part offers a lot of different rooms and large pools.Hotel has safe underground parking that they validate.Good location as it is in the city center and inside a shopping mall. Great overall experience.
