New Happy Land Mini-hotel

The staff are so friendly; special thanks to the chef for the delicious breakfast. The view is phenomenal, but the room was a walking disaster. It was so dirty. Upon entering, we found dust everywhere and towels from previous guests. The sheets were dirty, and there was hair everywhere. The bathroom was disgusting, had a very bad smell, and the flush was not working. They desperately need to improve their hygiene standards.

The hotel was a terrible experience. I really don’t recommend it to anyone. Very poor service, no cleanliness, and unprofessional staff. The pictures online are completely misleading. Honestly, the worst stay I’ve ever had and I would never come back. Avoid this place.

Zero quality room

The hotel room was in bad condition and i suppose to call them for every thing i found to fix it ,
literally they ruined my vacation
And i wasn't have time to call for every problem, why they don't check it before putting me their!!

Room door not closing

Air conditioner was leaking and they fix it after my call in the same hour.

The wardrobe as you can see in the picture 😂

The room was have a spider 🕷️ live in the bathroom and we was his guests.

The heater was leaking electricity and we got shocked from it and did understand what is going on with the water till we closed the electricity we found the problem.

Bathroom was full of holes that fixed with paper towels 😂
We asked to change the room but hotel rooms was full.

For an instant there is no towels, soap. The service is one of the worest, they take money upfront because they know People will leave.

The only good thing about this place is its central relocation. Yet, from the moment you walk in, the receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. He not only didn't acknowledge a reservation receipt, he also demanded we pay for the entire stay before we even saw the rooms.
The rooms are very poorly maintained. The smell is terrible. The sheets are dirty. The bathroom was broken. The mattresses sucked. And even the lights didn't work.
AVOID AT ALL COST

Simply the Worst place/Accommodation to stay ever!! I will not say the word Hotel!!!

Price to value:
Don’t even try to make a reservation from Booking.com at this hotel!

Although you are Egyptian and you book from inside Egypt, the hotel will deduct the amount in US dollars and not in the local currency, and this will charge you with bank expenses to manage foreign currency, why!!

Although the price shown on Booking with a discount was about 16 % off because I travel a lot, make sure that you will pay the same price before the discount in addition to another extra 15 %!!

The room is so small that you will be walking by only one side of your body most of the time.

cleanliness:
It is one of the worst possible dirt especially on the window in addition to the bad smell + I stayed there for two nights and did not see anyone related to the cleanliness in the place.

There are no shampoo, shower gel or even soap!! FYI, there is no even a towel.

The air conditioning barely covers one side of this small room on your face only!! Plus water that comes out of the air conditioner is leaking into the room.

No management to solve a problem or even someone knows how to deal with guests!!

Happy Land, or what they call the New Happy Land, is an accommodation nightmare in Dahab city.
