Location: 100 km from airport Sharm El Sheikh, 8 km from the town of Dahab on the beachfront.
Consists of thirty 2-storey buildings.
Total area: 80 000 m2.
The hotel has 172 rooms.
Beach: private sandy beach, near the corals, pontoon, there is a sandy entry into the sea, first coast line. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. The length of the beach 200 m.
System "All inclusive" operates from 10:00-23:00, includes local beverages: water, tea, coffee, Cola, juice packages, alcoholic beverages, beer, wine (only in the main restaurant during lunch and dinner), ice cream for children from 11:00-16:00. Charge: fresh juice, ice cream.
On the hotel territory: 3 restaurants (1 a'la carte), 4 bars, 3 outdoor pools , 3 slides, beauty, medical services, Laundry, mail services, Internet cafe (chargeable)

Rooms: should be renovated as they are old style and furniture is not modern at all..
Food: good quality and Chef Ahmed Saad and his team are doing a great job but it can be improved
Beach: there should be a guide to observe people while snorkeling for safety.. stairs to the sea were slippery on my last visit and I informed the management. I'm not sure whether they took action afterwards or not..
Animation: Animation activities should be more variable.. Animation Team should be stronger..
Dogs: dogs running in the hotel was something annoying for me as they are existing in the outdoor area of the restaurant and by the pool.. dogs did their shit by the pool which is unacceptable for a 4 start- hotel.. I hope they can find a solution for that without harming the animals ..
Rather than that: location is great for those who are seeking calmness, quietness, relaxation and meditation.. beach is great for snorkeling and there are so many colorful corals and fishes..

Dive center very close and very friendly.
Only thing to improve is the food...
After 1 week there we all started to dislike it
- staff are not helpful anymore!
- rooms are fine somehow!
- lizards are everywhere!
- something wrong with the swimming polls, kids skins got irritated and sometimes burnt between legs, looks like bad chemicals are used!
- location is fine for snorkeling, diving and mountain view lovers, but far from city center!
- shuttle bus are busy all the time, and i have to book a taxi every time I go to the city walk!
- too expensive comparing to the service quality i’m getting!
Overall i can say that i had missed my vacation there…

Ants were all over the room and house keeping had to spray it.
Breakfast buffet is really cheap and they get the cheapest food quality in everything even the homemade bakeries.
Towels at the beach person is so rude.
Housekeepers are nice and the omelette station guy is really nice.
The whole management needs to be changed as they don’t care about guest satisfaction.
