Technically, the pool and beach are supposed to be open from 8:00, but at that time there were never any lifeguards or beach towels. There were also no tables on the beach for personal items or the drinks we ordered

While they were preparing our room, we went to explore the hotel grounds and discovered that the huge pool and water slides were closed for renovation, although the hotel website didn't mention it

com and requested a cancellation. We were eventually upgraded to a room by the small pool, which had no bar or slides, so we couldn't take full advantage of our all-inclusive plan

At night they have a show for the kids for like 30 mins (the kids were always happy to attend), after that they start a general show for everyone which was amazing!! Love you guys Overall the experience was remarkable, thanks Ecotel ❤️

rooms are amazing, food is very delicious. they have 4 pools, and long beach where you can do snorkelling. I would advise you to rent snorkelling fins and goggles for 30 egyptian pound each from city center for 1 day

I love the vibe. The hotel is full of hidden gems. It has 2 salt water pools and one fresh water. The rooms are spacious and very pleasing. Several restaurants offer breakfast and dinner.

This is a great resort, fully accessible by golf carts, multiple pools and restaurants, views from beach front rooms is amazing. Stayed for 5 days and have seen 5 wonderful sun raise from the room...

Food has small variety but acceptable bc it's delicious. Only one point can be amended is a quick response for simple request. My room has no shampoo and I did request since first day arrived, 4 times in total

A small, friendly hotel with attentive staff. The sea is accessible from the hotel. The snorkelink allows you to see a beautiful population right next to the pontoon.

The room is nice and clean well. Everything (room, beach, swimming pool and restaurant) is nearby together. You don't waste the time to walk. There is some fish also but not that much

And there was no other option it was the same restaurant for room service too! The cleaning staff were uncomfortably over friendly, well - of course to get a big tip, and you didn’t tip them they will not show up the next day! As for the front desk employees, the one who we checked in with was so nice and funny the kind of positive energy you want to start your experience with

On the other hand, another employee was so rude, unhelpful, lacks any kind of communication skills and just wasn’t matching with the whole resort serenity. One more thing about taxis and car services, there were none

But an employee was very helpful finding us a taxi when we needed and with a reasonable price unlike the ones you find at the street giving you a very high price for a few minutes ride

Great place for couples and families , or even a group of friends like us, very neat and tidy rooms, breakfast included , there is a nice small pool that worked great when we weren’t in mood for sea , friendly staff, nice views especially from the dining area up there, it might be a little bit pricey but I can say it’s worth it

There are many types of cheese and milk to choose from. Only the meat is of average Egyptian standard, and there is still room for improvement. But the two dinners had different places, which was a little surprise

For seaside hotels, it is the hotel with the fewest mosquitoes I have ever seen. The quality of breakfast and dinner is up to par. There are a large number of desserts, delicious breads and various salads

During my open water course in Dahab, we ate in Elprimo restaurant that has an extra ordinary food. Hamid the owner is super friendly and know a little bit Hebrew. I am sure next time I will come to visit.

Egyptian standards are different to the EU so some of the finishing touches to buildings and facilities are less than perfect, but the staff are incredibly helpful, the rooms spacious and air conditioned, the pool is comfortable and well organised

We spent three nights in this very nice hotel, we had a great time the staff is so kind, service excellent, hotel clean and in a great location with fantastic view on the sea The manager Wael was very nice he organized diving for us and gave us the room with mate check out

The pool was a little chilly for swimming as we visited during the low / winter season when it was quiet but there were a range of tours available which the hotel can arrange along with an airport transfer service

Wonderful staff, service and food as well! The cats and dogs are also very nice. It’s close to the coast, you can snorkel or swim whenever you want to. But you have to bring your own gear

If you are looking for a relaxed, natural vibe, I recommend this hotel! The suite is great! It has a wonderful ben and bath, I wanted to upgrade when I was there, but unfortunately I couldn't because the room was already booked

You can see the sea or the mountains from your room 🥰 I saw and heard the sea, this was beautiful! The sea is literally 5 to 6 meters from the hotel and the mountains even less

The reception staff were super mega mega helpful which I admire! The breakfast was also delicious and a genuine 10 plus for all the hotel staff

Dahab center is about 10 to 15 minutes by car from the hotel :) and of course I found the cats and dogs in the area super sweet, nice and cozy

There is also a room to do yoga, and a kind of chill area with cushions where you can also eat and relax

The hotel has a good vibe. All the staff are lovely. But we were unlucky to get a sea view room No.1. The view is not that good, but overall we like it. We will come back again.

The price might be considered a bit high comparing with the hotel prices in Dahab. Breakfast is included, which is quite ok but we preferred to have our breakfast somewhere else as a change

We sat outside by the bar and the view was breathtaking, music is great, and the food was on point

The southern side of the town, where Acacia is located, is more local Egyptian (Bedouin) in feel than the northern side which is quite Western hippie-ish. Know that Dahab is not a place with large beaches

Loved staying here with my family. Very friendly staff specially Abdo, the manager, absolutely polite, helpful and considerate guy. Pool is not heated but cleaned every day

This place is everything you need and its value for money, very quite area, cozy settings on the beach, people there are helpful so its really nice to enjoy a nice stay after getting back from the busy city center and it feels that all the place is yours

We had a double room with a huge balcony with sea view. It's a 10-15 minute walk to restaurants and shops. There beach front is Sandy and they have a comfy and clean beachside couches

My kids felt totally at home in the hotel and the small pool, private beach and restaurant provided all that our family needed. Food is very good - especially fish tajine

The pools unfortunately which unfortunately was the reason we didn't stay at this hotel as long as we'd expect, however I doubt this would be an issue in the middle of summer (we stayed in early November)

Beautiful rooms and swimming pool view on the beach. The market is close you will enjoy shopping and restaurants. There is aqua Diving center they have different diving courses. The spa is not bad.
