Animation Team should be stronger. Dogs: dogs running in the hotel was something annoying for me as they are existing in the outdoor area of the restaurant and by the pool

Food: good quality and Chef Ahmed Saad and his team are doing a great job but it can be improved Beach: there should be a guide to observe people while snorkeling for safety

dogs did their shit by the pool which is unacceptable for a 4 start- hotel. I hope they can find a solution for that without harming the animals

Super service especially the animators. Lots of entertainment during the day and a disco at night. People very friendly and nice especially Paulina always smiling and helpful. I will certainly return here more than once

Technically, the pool and beach are supposed to be open from 8:00, but at that time there were never any lifeguards or beach towels. There were also no tables on the beach for personal items or the drinks we ordered

While they were preparing our room, we went to explore the hotel grounds and discovered that the huge pool and water slides were closed for renovation, although the hotel website didn't mention it

com and requested a cancellation. We were eventually upgraded to a room by the small pool, which had no bar or slides, so we couldn't take full advantage of our all-inclusive plan

At night they have a show for the kids for like 30 mins (the kids were always happy to attend), after that they start a general show for everyone which was amazing!! Love you guys Overall the experience was remarkable, thanks Ecotel ❤️

rooms are amazing, food is very delicious. they have 4 pools, and long beach where you can do snorkelling. I would advise you to rent snorkelling fins and goggles for 30 egyptian pound each from city center for 1 day

Food has small variety but acceptable bc it's delicious. Only one point can be amended is a quick response for simple request. My room has no shampoo and I did request since first day arrived, 4 times in total

The most satisfactory thing is the service of the hotel staff: due to our bus schedule being cancelled, we need to change our itinerary and temporarily need to change the originally charged late check-out of 6 hours ($35 USD) to a 3-hour late check-out ($17 USD)

There are many types of cheese and milk to choose from. Only the meat is of average Egyptian standard, and there is still room for improvement. But the two dinners had different places, which was a little surprise

For seaside hotels, it is the hotel with the fewest mosquitoes I have ever seen. The quality of breakfast and dinner is up to par. There are a large number of desserts, delicious breads and various salads

If you are looking for a relaxed, natural vibe, I recommend this hotel! The suite is great! It has a wonderful ben and bath, I wanted to upgrade when I was there, but unfortunately I couldn't because the room was already booked

You can see the sea or the mountains from your room 🥰 I saw and heard the sea, this was beautiful! The sea is literally 5 to 6 meters from the hotel and the mountains even less

The reception staff were super mega mega helpful which I admire! The breakfast was also delicious and a genuine 10 plus for all the hotel staff

Dahab center is about 10 to 15 minutes by car from the hotel :) and of course I found the cats and dogs in the area super sweet, nice and cozy

There is also a room to do yoga, and a kind of chill area with cushions where you can also eat and relax

The hotel has a good vibe. All the staff are lovely. But we were unlucky to get a sea view room No.1. The view is not that good, but overall we like it. We will come back again.

We spent three nights in this very nice hotel, we had a great time the staff is so kind, service excellent, hotel clean and in a great location with fantastic view on the sea The manager Wael was very nice he organized diving for us and gave us the room with mate check out

The pool was a little chilly for swimming as we visited during the low / winter season when it was quiet but there were a range of tours available which the hotel can arrange along with an airport transfer service

Ahmed the manager of the village and he was very generous with us and gave me a fully free reservation extra above of my friends reservation because I was late to reserve a room so he added another extra bed to the room and the view was on the swimming pool ❤️ the room were clean but the location of the village is a little isolated far from the core of the city, above all we enjoyed the stay

We sat outside by the bar and the view was breathtaking, music is great, and the food was on point

The southern side of the town, where Acacia is located, is more local Egyptian (Bedouin) in feel than the northern side which is quite Western hippie-ish. Know that Dahab is not a place with large beaches

It has one pool only and the aqua games are on the deeper side of the pool, so it is not safe for kids to play alone. The rooms are clean and good although the furniture is old. Overall, it is a good and affordable place

There are three ways to ‘do Sinai!’ The first and most popular is to stay on the beach, the second is to stay in a nice expensive resort and the third is to stay in a modest hotel. The 4S is a perfect modest hotel

Staff is very welcoming and friendly. It's a reasonably priced hotel. Breakfast is just appropriate. ATM is just outside and hotel accept credit card with 2% additional. Do not expect it to be a typical 3* hotel

During my open water course in Dahab, we ate in Elprimo restaurant that has an extra ordinary food. Hamid the owner is super friendly and know a little bit Hebrew. I am sure next time I will come to visit.
