Animation Team should be stronger. Dogs: dogs running in the hotel was something annoying for me as they are existing in the outdoor area of the restaurant and by the pool

Food: good quality and Chef Ahmed Saad and his team are doing a great job but it can be improved Beach: there should be a guide to observe people while snorkeling for safety

Super service especially the animators. Lots of entertainment during the day and a disco at night. People very friendly and nice especially Paulina always smiling and helpful. I will certainly return here more than once

I love the vibe. The hotel is full of hidden gems. It has 2 salt water pools and one fresh water. The rooms are spacious and very pleasing. Several restaurants offer breakfast and dinner.

This is a great resort, fully accessible by golf carts, multiple pools and restaurants, views from beach front rooms is amazing. Stayed for 5 days and have seen 5 wonderful sun raise from the room...

Will always love this place, it's everything you'll need basically, rooms are stunning with various views you get to choose from , some of the pools have sea water , apart from the amazing lagoon , and the jacuzzi with it's view

rooms are amazing, food is very delicious. they have 4 pools, and long beach where you can do snorkelling. I would advise you to rent snorkelling fins and goggles for 30 egyptian pound each from city center for 1 day

Technically, the pool and beach are supposed to be open from 8:00, but at that time there were never any lifeguards or beach towels. There were also no tables on the beach for personal items or the drinks we ordered

Chef Hossam always recommended us a great food collection and when my wife was a bit tired to come to the restaurant he asked the manager if there was anything to be done and YES! The food was delivered to our room

The pier on the beach was not cleaned properly. The food in the restaurant was not varied enough. There was no seafood or ice cream in the assortment. The dessert was not tasty except for the date pie

After insisting and visiting the hotel, they eventually returned it and apologized, saying a staff member had found it. However, the adapter wasn’t returned, which felt unprofessional for a hotel of this standard

The room is nice and clean well. Everything (room, beach, swimming pool and restaurant) is nearby together. You don't waste the time to walk. There is some fish also but not that much

I think I'll visit them again because of the great location and easy access to the corals. The variety at the restaurant could be a bit better though

Food has small variety but acceptable bc it's delicious. Only one point can be amended is a quick response for simple request. My room has no shampoo and I did request since first day arrived, 4 times in total

I booked a breakfast and dinner package, but the hotel did not provide any drinks for dinner, only water, which is rare in other hotels in Egypt. Because the cheapest coke and juice were not available

The stay was great, the view is fabulous. Th reception is friendly with a great furniture. The room is comfy with a great view. The pool with sea view is like a dream

There are many types of cheese and milk to choose from. Only the meat is of average Egyptian standard, and there is still room for improvement. But the two dinners had different places, which was a little surprise

The most satisfactory thing is the service of the hotel staff: due to our bus schedule being cancelled, we need to change our itinerary and temporarily need to change the originally charged late check-out of 6 hours ($35 USD) to a 3-hour late check-out ($17 USD)

Improve power supply stability 3. Check the room equipment regularly. For example, the wash basin, toilet and hot water kettle in our room were all broken. But Jaz Dahabeya made our stay wonderful

Highly recommend and wanted to be back again. Service is fast and friendly, they are always available when needed. Had a massage by the beach and it was pure bliss with sound of the waves

The desserts were very limited down to like 5 options max. Drinks like fruit juice was only made by fruity which is a powder drink

I really enjoyed my vacation at this hotel. The Rooms are nice and clean but it’s a little bit congested. The Breakfast and dinner are nice as well. The Beach and the beach facilities are amazing (perfect)
