Situated 139 km from Hurghada airport, 7 km from the centre of El Quseir, on the first and second lines.

Consists of a main 3-storey building (first line) and additional 3-storey building (the second line).

The hotel has 322 rooms.

Beach: own (Laguna, to a depth of 200 meters). There is coral and pontoon. On the beach umbrellas, chairs, mattresses: free of charge. Towels: free of charge (from hotel). Recommended special shoes. Guests can also enjoy the sandy beach, located 4 km from the hotel, to the depth of 20 m, Shuttle to the beach free of charge. Poolside umbrellas, chairs, mattresses, towels: free of charge.

Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel with its family-like atmosphere. The staff is exceptionally kind, and the management is just as outstanding. Mr. Harby, who oversees the young men in charge of cleaning (especially Mohammed from the ground floor of the Resort — exceptional), Miss Huda from guest relations, the restaurant chef with his unmatched kindness — he would bring kiwis every evening upon request for my wife, and so on... We were truly extremely happy with this hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend it without any hesitation. I almost forgot to mention Mina, Gerges, and Abdu — just like Omnia and Adam from the Wellbeing lounge. An amazing team! One small area for improvement: the noise from the air conditioning. We were in room 500, and apart from the A/C noise, everything was perfect! thanks a lot for this crazy en top holidays David (Mister Daoud) and my lovely family

really good room service, they make animals of the pillows! The breakfast/lunch and dinner are really delicious and they always ask if everything is okay with you and if you want to drink something else! We are really enjoying it! More and Samba were also amazing!

Good hotel with diving school.

The hotel area was very clean and well-maintained. The room is cleaned every day, and towels are replaced whenever they are left on the floor. Pool towels are also replaced upon request. All of the pools were clean, with one of them being heated and cleaned every day. However, the temperature of the heated pool was only about 22 degrees Celsius, while the other pools were around 18-20 degrees. Drinks could also be ordered at the pool, although they were served in paper cups unless you were sitting at a table.

The beach was closed for a couple of days during our stay due to strong winds. However, when it reopened, there were great snorkeling and diving opportunities.

The staff was friendly, and some of them were very friendly. The service was good overall. The buffet was a decent size, with various options available, and there was something for vegetarians every day. The food at the buffet was good, with the Egyptian-themed day’s food being the best! The breakfast offered a lot of sweet options, as well as some savory choices. The breakfast was mostly the same every day.

We went to the evening entertainment once. The show starts at 9:30 PM, and the all-inclusive drink service ends at 10:00 PM, so be prepared to pay for drinks after that.

For children, there were options like table football, billiards, air hockey, and a volleyball court!

The diving school is very good.

All in all, a very good all-inclusive hotel. Despite the all-inclusive service, it’s worth leaving a tip for good service.

We booked this hotel the day before we came, so was unsure what to expect . We were very pleasantly surprised . On arrival we were greeted warmly and given a drink . It was quite late and the restaurant had finished , however, a waiter brought us out 2 plates with rolls, salad, meats and cheese . So first impressions were very good . We were then taken to our room which was across a road , we were a little surprised by this but it was no issue . Our room was lovely , spacious and immaculate. The hotel in its layout is a little quirky , the breakfast restaurant is on one side of the road near our room and was lovely , fresh eggs/omelettes and the usual buffet. Staff very helpful especially Nagwan . We went over to the main part of the hotel where there is a heated pool . There is no issue with sunbeds and plenty for everyone. Staff at pool bar friendly and helpful . Now the buffet restaurant I have to say was one of the nicest I have ever had . Freshly cooked pasta done to your liking . salads, lovely deserts and breads . In the evening I always went outside to the chef by the grill and had paella , Kofta and grilled chicken . We had 10 lovely days at this friendly hotel where the staff go out of their way to help. If you want a relaxing time with not a lot going on this is the place to come . I loved it and would definitely come back . Only issue is the distance from Hurghada airport was around 1 1/2 hours , though worth the journey .
