Daniel: once more an unforgettable holiday! Wonderful place (also dive place), nice rooms, excellent food and last but not least: such lovely and kind staff! (especially a big THANK YOU to Ashraf and his team at the divers restaurant)! Always doing a grat job and ready to support you in all kind of issues! The crew of the dive-center is amazing too, I love these guys! Toilets and showers always very clean at the dive-center, due to Mr Hamza!

The hotel has in general a very high standard with regards to rooms, food, and personnel. We stayed in the recently renovated block 21, a bit far from the reception and restaurants but there is an electrical shuttle that runs over the hotel ground. The El Kasr pool and the El Fresco restaurant currently are undergoing a complete reservation, the pool will be heated when ready. The beach is wonderful, nice fine white sand, and a swimming area accessible from the beach (in-between the 2 coral reefs). A short pier at 1 min walking distance for divers and snorklers. I would recommend the hotel for inexperienced snorklers and divers, since it is very easy to enter the reef.

Culinary Experience The gastronomic offerings at the hotel are outstanding. A standout dish was the Zürcher Geschnetzeltes, which was so authentic, it almost felt like it had been imported directly from Switzerland. The food quality is excellent, and the careful preparation, including the use of clean water, ensures a worry-free experience for guests. Accommodation & Room Comfort The rooms are impeccably clean and feature a modern, tasteful design. The high level of comfort ensures a pleasant and relaxing stay. Customer Service & Assistance The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always eager to ensure guests have an enjoyable stay. Any questions or requests were addressed quickly and competently, which speaks to the excellent guest service provided. Beach & Outdoor Area The beach area is beautifully designed. The option to enter the sea via a pier or directly from the sand is particularly appreciated. The semi-transparent partitions at the lounge chairs offer a great balance between privacy and unobstructed sea views. Additionally, there are plenty of lounge chairs available, so guests don’t need to worry about finding a spot. Pool Area The pool area left a bit to be desired. While cleanliness was acceptable, there were noticeable signs of wear and tear, particularly in the color of the pool’s surfaces. A fresh coat of paint or some updates would make the pool area more inviting. Room Cleaning & Privacy The housekeeping team did a great job in terms of cleanliness and orderliness. However, it was noticeable that personal items and clothing were sometimes rearranged or folded. While this was likely intended to be helpful, it could be perceived as an intrusion into guests’ privacy. A more discreet approach to handling personal belongings could enhance the overall experience. Top of the Rocks – The Perfect Spot for Sunset Views One of the highlights of the resort is the Top of the Rocks Bar, which became our go-to spot after a day at the beach. The combination of a refreshing drink and the breathtaking sunset view made this location special. A suggestion would be to add a bit more music to enhance the atmosphere even further. Areas for Improvement Despite the many positive aspects, there are a few areas that could benefit from some attention: Signature System for All-Inclusive: Guests are required to sign a receipt for every meal and order. This can be cumbersome, especially for larger groups, and could be streamlined with a more efficient system. Pool Area Update: The pool area could benefit from a visual refresh and some maintenance to address wear and tear. Music at Top of the Rocks: Adding a bit more music could further enhance the already great atmosphere at the Top of the Rocks Bar. The hotel offers an overall outstanding experience with top-notch service, culinary delights, and a beautiful beach location. With a few small adjustments, it could be made even better.

This hotel is a true haven of peace and tranquility. No noise, no annoying music but really gives you the opportunity to just enjoy the sound of the Wawes and the breeze in the palms. The hotel architecture is beautiful, and I love the organic vegetable garden that you can visit as part of the hotel. Seems like they are dedicated to not using plastic and protecting the reef which i find great. The staff in reception are welcoming and professional. The beach is beautiful although be aware that it is only possible to swim from a small part of the beach because of corals and therefore maybe not best option with fx very small children. All in all the best hotel I’ve been to in Egypt and would surely come back.

After exploring six different 5 stars premises in Egypt we finely found Movenpick Resort in El Quseir. Great place & Great staff. Delishes food and quiet athmosphiere. Amazing place to rest peacefully. I recommend the place to all who appreciate style and chillout.

Perfect hotel, I came here for the 2nd time. Very calm, relaxing, cozy. Food is really good. The advantage is garden where you can see goats, peacocks, hameleon, cats and organic vegs. In the restaurant you can order local hotel food for extra costs, we ordered peacocks eggs. Beautiful and green territory.

We just enjoyed a fantastic 3 centre trip to Egypt ... Aswan, Luxor for history and El Qusier for snorkeling.  After a 5 hour drive across the desert from Luxor we arrived at another of our favourite hotels in Egypt, the Moevenpick, El Quiser. Our third visit here. After ten days of Egyptian history we came here to relax on the beach and for the superb and easy snorkeling.   The hotel is a low rise development built in Nubian style. As a result it is quite spread out, but we enjoyed the exercise. Our seaview suite was tasteful and stylish in muted tones, with Nubian accessories. Storage was good and the bathroom had an excellent walk in shower. We had a lovely outside area with 2 sunbeds, 2 chairs and a table and a fabulous hot jacuzzi pool. There are screens for privacy/shade should you want them.  Due to its isolation half board is compulsory. The breakfast buffet is excellent with the usual choice of fruit, cereals, pastries and freshly made ommelettes etc. Evening meals are equally good, in themed buffet style with lots of variety. We ate once in each of the a la carte restaurants, Seagulls and Al Fresco. Both had waiter service and the food was exceptionally good. Both pools are close to the sea but we prefer the long sandy beach where you can walk straight out into the sea to swim or snorkel. Even better snorkelling is off the end of the jetty where you simply walk down a ladder into the sea. Turn LEFT, swim past the jetty and you are in the wonderful undersea world of a drop off ... like an underwater cliff, which is teeming with every type and colour of coral and fish. You swim out against the current and drift back with it ... just so easy and so much to see. Amazing. There's also a highly regarded Dive Center here for those who want to scuba. Heads up about the beach ... you need to be up early !! By 7 am all the front row is gone !! This is a place to relax and unwind and enjoy the hotel facilities. In the past we have enjoyed sunset drinks at the Rock Bar but sadly it was too windy this time. The hotel runs a shuttle to the nearby small town where there is a fort but we didn't go there so can't comment.   We found all the staff to be friendly and helpful, and special thanks to Alaa and Ebeid for keeping our room so beautifully. When we were there a cargo ship had just grounded on the reef offshore. The hotel is doing its best to make up for this with the guests. Fortunately the small oil leakage has not affected the beach/coral at the Movenpick as the current is taking it South. Hopefully it will be resolved quickly to avoid further damage to the beautiful marine environment of the Red Sea.

We had an absolute AMAZING time here. Everything was perfect. The whole resort is simple but absolutely gorgeous. We had the best experience diving and doing several courses to further our skills at the dive center. The food was also amazing, as were all the other amenities like the gym, spa (where we were taken care of by the amazing team with wonderful massages), the pool and beach areas. What stood at the most was also the amazing service and the kind employees who took the best care of us. Be this at the breakfast buffet, playing beach volleyball with us in the afternoon, finding us the perfect chairs at the beach or entertaining us at the special dinners at the fishhouse or in Geb’s garden. You can really feel the love and care that is put into the entire resort. We can’t wait to be back!

The Mövenpick Resort El Quseir is truly a special place, standing out with its impressive combination of natural beauty, excellent service, and an exceptionally relaxing atmosphere. From the moment you arrive, you feel well taken care of. The entire resort is beautifully designed and meticulously maintained, with lush greenery, harmoniously integrated buildings, and an ambiance that truly invites you to relax. What really stands out is the outstanding service. The resort's team is always friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. Every wish is practically anticipated, making you feel completely looked after. The peace and the absence of loud entertainment programs are a true blessing – you can genuinely unwind and let your soul rest. For those seeking relaxation and rejuvenation, this oasis is perfect. A definite highlight is the first-class dive center, featuring a spectacular house reef right on the doorstep. The underwater world you can experience here is simply breathtaking. Whether you are a diver or a snorkeler, the reef offers unforgettable moments for everyone and is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen.

Staff are very very very friendly and helpful, they celebrated our anniversary, and made sure we had a wonderful stay.
Restaurants have a variety of options, seagull restaurant view is breathtaking especially sunset!!
Crystal clear sea water and snorkeling is amazing!
I would 100% recommend it, if you are looking for a place to enjoy nature!
