Absolutely lovely place to spend a holiday. Very nice surroundings with the pools, plantings and ofcourse the beach. Very frienly staff. Safe area so nothing to worry about.

The hotel garden is large and well-kept, the rooms are clean. The area is large, so those who do not like the hustle and bustle around the pools can also retreat to the green areas

The Christmas and New Year’s atmosphere at Akassia Swiss Resort is a magical blend of festive warmth and Red Sea serenity

The house reef is definitely worth a visit, together with plenty of local beach dives that are a short minibus trip away

Despite my initial reservations I had a wonderful 5 days of diving with the team, and all for a very competitive price! Im a regular traveller to the Marsa Alam area and will definitely be back next year, and cannot wait to see the Team again

The hotel is pretty nice overall, but it definitely doesn't not deserve 5 stars, maybe 3 stars would be more realistic. Nice parts: the pools, beach and sea

The rooms are really clean and have a nice view and the staff is also polite. The food there is really good and you have a lot of options to choose from. The Hotel has a beautiful view to the sea and is right next to it.

Dinners were more varied, featuring new dishes each night, live cooking station, and outdoor grill. Additionally, between lunch and dinner, the poolside bar served snacks such as fries, pizza, and some meat

For an extra fee, ice cream ($2) and popcorn ($1) were also available. The all-inclusive option included a wide selection of quality drinks, available at both the pool bars and the main building

Not too big Hotel located right on the beach for us on the plus side. A little bit far everywhere if you plan to explore a little bit, if just to relax for me perfect

A big plus deserves service mainly waiters, especially Ahmed Samir and manager Ahmed bad Alfatahe who greeted us every day with a smile always helpful, really full professionalism please appreciate it because it really rarely happens

For the beach: the only place I've discovered with smooth water entry on the sand unaffected by the tide and the reef, in the same place. The beach is nicely landscaped and airy. For relaxation: the spa is wonderful

Not normally the sort of place or holiday I choose. Layout of the resort very good. Beach was beautiful and in a small bay nicely secluded from some of the wind. The orangery and alfresco restaurants were very good

I was disappointed with the seagull restaurant. Food was very average which surprised me as setting was beautiful. Rooms very if the highest standard and beds where comfortable

One downside: the resort doesn’t seem to take environmental issues as seriously as we’d hoped. During our stay, dozens of raffia bags filled with something smelly washed up on the beach or floated in the water

Although staff cleaned them up after we reported it twice, we saw more appear the next day along the empty beach between the Radisson Blu

Dive centre looked good but I only hired a face mask and snorkel which seemed good value. I very much enjoyed the snorkelling. Visibility and variety of fish was amazing and the coral was in good condition

This is our first visit to this hotel and it will not be our last we enjoyed everything the beach the fish the restaurants served delicious and tasty meals and the room was always clean and professionally arranged we had a room server named Abdel Fattah he was very cheerful and had a big smile he was always helpful and made us smile thank you

Abdelftah was very helpful, as well as reception and finally the best Badawy -the waiter was excellent. We had great time snoorkeling and eating great food. The beach was calm and quiet, which was very relaxing

The hotel is so good, the Crew, the room service and cleaning. The bed is a little too hard but it was okay The food was also okay, but it could be better on the snack bar time

We stayed in Sentido Akassia Beach with 2 families with children in November. Animation team is nice, beautiful location with beach and snorkling area.

Tea from the Animation Team was doing great job in taking care of the youngest family members. A big plus for the family room where we were able to fit with three children

All of the pools were clean, with one of them being heated and cleaned every day. However, the temperature of the heated pool was only about 22 degrees Celsius, while the other pools were around 18-20 degrees

I really liked everything, everyone was very nice, they treated us well and patiently, despite the fact that we didn’t know English, everyone was very interesting and cheerful, I have many pleasant and interesting memories with your team, I will definitely come to you again😊

Drinks could also be ordered at the pool, although they were served in paper cups unless you were sitting at a table. The beach was closed for a couple of days during our stay due to strong winds

Without crowds, noise and lots of stimuli. It was also important to me that there was no waste of food and resources there, something we should pay attention to in our choices

Everyone will find something for themselves here. Lots of pools (heated pools), complete peace. As for the beach, it is clean, beautiful and also the sea, which fulfilled our expectations. You don't even need water shoes

The variety of food in the restaurant was great and we especially recommend trying any of the seafood! Our room was about 5 min away from the beach where we spent most of our days

We recommend taking water shoes since there are some stones in the water near the beach but once you go further there is sand, lots of fish, turtles and beautiful corals. To sum up, we highly recommend

The hotel have a great view, 10 km from Quseir, nice wide rooms, three levels, I booked a single room and added 500 extra for a balcony, pool are wide and clean, beach are rocky because of the coral reef but there is a walk way to jump for snorkeling and diving as it famous for, the sea life is great I saw many kinds of fish, restaurant are nice and food is okay, staff are smiling for me and cooperates...

What an amazing boutique resort every room is different and has it’s own unique charm! Very spacious and clean rooms perfect for families or couples! An indescribably beautiful place on earth and the kindest of people! I can warmly recommend to spend some of your time drinking tea with Marco the owner of the little shop next the boules pitch and try his incredibly good, egyptian, self-mixed, local and natural, oils, perfumes, lotions, teas etc

Here nothing superfluous, a single swimming pool, a children's playground, a billiards/ping pong room, a small beauty/massage salon and a new diving club very serious to the point that we took advantage of the privileged conditions of this period of beginning of summer holidays to complete our diving training

We spent a very short week from June 28 to July 6 in this small hotel with a very discreet charm which stands out from many establishments frequented for 15 years in the region of MARSA ALAM and EL QUSEIR
