Amazing resort… The food is always fresh and really delicious and a big variety. The service is way more than excellent you will expect drinks to be served on your table all around the resort around the clock

The ambiance in the restaurant was perfect for dining. A luxurious stay that I would highly recommend to anyone. The property is immaculately maintained and beautifully landscaped

The food is excellent, I appreciate the many restaurants where we can eat. There is always enough space on the beach and by the pool at any time of the day. No occupied places already from 5 o'clock in the morning

There are attendants on the beach and by the pool and they will bring you drinks right to your deckchair, and no one expects any reward for it. The rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious

The reception is at a very high level, they understand the questions well and answer them precisely. The rooms are kept to a high standard, clean, fresh, nice and pleasant, always smelling very nice

The hotel and services are great. I rate the animation team with 10 points. They are sweet people, very friendly and kind. It's my first time in Egypt and I would definitely like to come back here

very nice place, a good number of pools, very nice service, bartenders very sociable, maybe the location is not the best but it could be worse, sandy beach, food in restaurants is good and there is a large selection, shopkeepers in front of the hotel are not the most pleasant

Room was spacious en 1 king and 2 queen beds and a small terrace with pool view. Restaurant serves good food, nice variety each week but the second week the same again. Waiters work hard and serve quick

Drinks are good, cocktail’s included. Evening entertainment was good, second week the same program again. Some nice afternoon foam and pool parties. Never issues finding a sunbed at the pool or beach

Really nice hotel for a relaxing holiday, not exclusive activity (Aqua aerobics, yoga, Snorkelling, diving, volleyball). The rooms are above average, tinged with time, but there are past repairs for the last year or two

Water slides as advertised, and it is written for children, my hundred kg lower declined :). The road from the airport took two hours without stopping (my wife and I were the only passengers from Hurghada)

There is a large canopy with dense shade (that's not counting the umbrellas made of palm leaves), each semi-circular umbrella is protection from the wind. Also on site there are swimming pools

The beach is clean, well maintained, with enough of the heavy workload of the hotel (it seemed to me, eighty percent) a lot of free sunbeds

I would give humdrum five points. The staff is not visible, but his work on the person - on-site order, the rooms clean

It's definitely not 5*. The beach is not well maintained. There is no normal entrance to the sea. The food is average, the alcohol is terrible.

We spent a lovely week here, the facilities are clean and taken care of. The staff is great, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Thanks to the animation team there is a show and entertainment every evening

First time for me be here and i spend good time here. In day have a lot activity and every night good shows like dance, fire show , karaoke… Food, rooms , sea everything its very good

A very quiet resort, with friendly staff with few exceptions (they try to ask you for more money for other rooms or for drinks from the minibar when you didn't have anything in the minibar) I recommend the rooms overlooking the garden

Enough sun beds, plenty of beach space for all active people, can take walk and run on the beach out of the resort and be alone. Reef is beautiful, however the wind conditions might influence the snorkeling times

The area is quiet and the fact that you can leave the room directly on the lawn is a big plus. The food is good, but the attention to detail is lacking. You always found 3-4 empty trays. Drinks are at the lower limit

Recommend quad bike ride to the desert and beach ( generally not a fan), small group of people or just 2. Best rooms are beach view (not sea view). Don’t expect luxury, but all is functional and comfortable

I definitely recommend water shoes, because there are corals everywhere, from the beach to the exit from the pier. For me, the hotel definitely deserves 5 stars

Very nice hotel, we enjoyed our stay Spacious new rooms, perfect level of cleanliness, good food and drinks quality, friendly staff in bars, but the beach was not good and the swimming pools could be cleaner

A big plus deserves service mainly waiters, especially Ahmed Samir and manager Ahmed bad Alfatahe who greeted us every day with a smile always helpful, really full professionalism please appreciate it because it really rarely happens

Finally the beach/sea - I have never experienced such a beautiful and healthy reef abundant with so much wildlife just a few steps away from the shoreline - we saw so many beautiful fish, could have stayed snorkelling in the sea all day long! I will definitely return!

If you choose a premium room you get bathrobe, slippers, all amenities including loofah and vegan shampoo / soap, mini bar, coffee machine, even a beach bag. The bed is extremely comfortable

My partner and I visited this hotel for the second time now. We usually never go to the same resorts/hotels for the second time, but the first stay was so good, we decided to visit again

Not only that but during the special Romantic Beach dinner, they unexpectedly came with musical instruments and sang Happy Birthday and also brought a birthday cake, which was delicious! I was really touched and pleasantly surprised (thanks to everyone!)

Amazing location at the Red Sea beach. Some electricity fixtures need maintenance. More attention must be paid to cleaning the passages and areas surrounding the rooms

It contains a lot of natural views and the swimming pools are more than wonderful, and there are places to exercise and enjoy, every corner of the hotel is a scenery

The hotel faces the sea which surrounds a huge area, so u have access to everything plus it has more than one place that contains coral reefs, which makes taking an outside trip unnecessary

The staff at the hotel are the most helpful, kind, professional and eager to please their guests we have encountered so far. Every desire is immediately taken care of, with a smile, good humor, a friendly gesture

The atmosphere at the resort is very relaxed, the accommodation is comfortable, the food is varied and caters to every taste

Loved the service (except for guides and their attitude towards tourists) And of course the sea, very deep and beautiful, in the presence of fish, turtles and of course dolphins

Pleasant wait staff. Cosy rooms with balcony and sea view. In February it was delicious food for lunch and dinner, Breakfast is not large and normal.

The owner (Ms Pensee) is an amazing intelligent young woman, who cares a lot about stray animals (there is even a small dog 'shelter' at the hotel)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Akassia Swiss, and I couldn't be more impressed! The service was exceptional – the staff were very attentive and always went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect

Although the staff has been reduced, the services were excellent, in particular the swimming pools are in very good condition, the food is brought to the table according to the chosen menu, the bread and pizza are very good, prepared on the spot by a charming girl, the waiters are very friendly towards the customers

The coconut beach is out of this world. The sea and snorkeling experience was fun as well. DUCK diving center team is super. Found the food variety and selection rather poor and low quality yet eatable

The place is as it was 20 years ago and in many ways feel dated, but it didn't matter due to lovely staff, good cooking my Chef Said and a magnificent location with possibly the best house reef in all of Red Sea

Accommodation is good - effective air con, good hot showers, (firm but) comfortable beds. The diving is EXCELLENT: facilities, equipment, staff and dive sites all superb

We had a great stay at Silver Beach Hotel! The staff is really lovely, kind and helpful at any moment! The hotel has the prettiest gardens and the beach is followed by an pier that gives you the opportunity to go straight in to the sea to say hi to the underwater wildlife! Breakfast and dinner buffet offer you fresh, delicious and homecooked meals everyday

Our waiter, Ahmed was very helpful too, always cheerful and made fantastic coffee! He also played us some Egyptian music, which we asked for when the restaurant was empty, which was great

He booked everything and was perfectly reliable, no hiccups at all (apart from me forgetting I'd paid for transfers and trying to pay again, but they're all v honest and informed me of my mistake)! The staff are all fantastic, Eman on reception is really helpful and welcoming

The dive centre was great and we enjoyed some safe well guided dives there (the try diving ones as our qualifications has lapsed)

We had a fantastic time at Silver Beach. Hamido, who arranged everything in advance, was super professional and efficient

The Egyptian breakfast is good and copious, I just missed a fruit juice or fruits. The cleanliness could be improved a bit. The hotel is near from the center and few minutes walking from the pretty Dolphin beach

This hotel is very nice and has a special ambiance. For a few days, I feel like I'm living in another time and in a calm & relaxing atmosphere. The employees are discreet, but kind and smiling

I would say it's just a beautiful and cozy museum! It was built in 1910 so it's historical hotel! We had our dinner from Morgana-Resturant

They have a very good chef called Hesham, you can ask Rami (hotel staff)about it! Rami is so friendly

Moderate price, nice view, not clean. Bring your sheets pillows and covers with you. Low quality food. Does not have a good nearby beach you have to travel for 11km and pay ticket for the beach. Overall not bad.

Ambiance are very nice and cozy Breakfast is simple and OK View is very good Available Wifi Disliked · Shared bathroom is not convenient. the room I stayed in didn't have glass window! only wood shutter

At the moment the hotel is closed but they are doing reconstruction work, I hope it is ready as soon as possible because it is really nice.
