This is our first time at this hotel and I really like it. The food here is very good and the service is second to none, it is nice. The animation program is absolutely perfect and fun. Our rooms are clean, our cleaner is great. We have no problem with anything. The hotel is great, it is clean. I enjoyed my vacation very much and I recommend it.

I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel very much. It was crowded and loud with music being played until late at night. The buffet was crowded. The snorkeling area was not very impressive as most the coral have already died. Most guest were from Eastern Europe and were visibly intoxicated.

We were at the Akassia Swiss Resort from May 24th to May 31st. The facility was super clean. The staff was very good, the food was very good and varied. Booked 2 weeks in July in a family room pool view. Hotel is about 1 hour transfer amd located remotely in the dessert. Resort look green and well maintained. Great resort for family holidays. Renovated rooms are cozy and comfortable with nice equipment (I was checked in at 88 building next to the aquapark). Nice garden with aquapark, great beach with coral reef - safe for kids (120cm max deepth in see pool). Good infrastructure, hotel has got his own clinic. Food and service in restaurants is good quality, Everyone will find something for themselves.

Big hotel consisting of small buildings with pretty awesome aquapark. Clean all around with nice green areas all around the hotel. Food was the only issue that was a little problematic for us, the diversity of it was very small... I found it also problematic, that till 10 am you are not able to get a decent coffee except for the one given on the breakfast.

A wonderful, quiet, medium-sized resort. Friendly staff, especially the entertainment team. The food is of good quality, but less variety, with the worst cheddar cheese ever. Although the staff has been reduced, the services were excellent, in particular the swimming pools are in very good condition, the food is brought to the table according to the chosen menu, the bread and pizza are very good, prepared on the spot by a charming girl, the waiters are very friendly towards the customers. It's also a perfect diving spot with very safe and nice instructors 😎👍

As a 4* hotel Pensee is worth its money. Yes, some furniture is quite old, but the workers try their hard to improve evrything. Excellent hospitality, very good for couples, no noise, good quality food, good beach design. The only drawback is the sea, still needs some work to be usable (you can use the pool) and still no bridge to the end of the reefs.

Stayed here for 5 days with the family. This place is for divers and snorkelers and was blissfully free from the party crowd and noisy people. The place is as it was 20 years ago and in many ways feel dated, but it didn't matter due to lovely staff, good cooking my Chef Said and a magnificent location with possibly the best house reef in all of Red Sea.

The coconut beach is out of this world. The sea and snorkeling experience was fun as well. DUCK diving center team is super. Found the food variety and selection rather poor and low quality yet eatable. The staff seem to be overwhelmed a bit. But I would go back in a heart beat with more snacks and water.

I would say it's just a beautiful and cozy museum! It was built in 1910 so it's historical hotel! We had our dinner from Morgana-Resturant. They have a very good chef called Hesham, you can ask Rami (hotel staff)about it! Rami is so friendly.

Moderate price, nice view, not clean. Bring your sheets pillows and covers with you. Low quality food. Does not have a good nearby beach you have to travel for 11km and pay ticket for the beach. Overall not bad.
