Jaz Tamerina, Almaza Bay Mini-hotel

This hotel is simply wonderful, offering exceptional service. We had an amazing and relaxing stay. The entire property is spotless, beautiful, and meticulously maintained. The staff is attentive and friendly. The beach is stunning, with crystal-clear water. The food selection is incredible, and everything was delicious! We didn’t want to leave and are eager to return. I highly recommend it!

Our thanks goes for Mr Ibrahim head of the house keeping and his team for going above and beyond for a small inconvenience we had with the room tideness.
We loved the hotel location, the free access for the spa jacuzzi and steam room, the beach cleaness and services accompanied with the beach.
We liked the spacious room, amenities provided and the partial sea view from our balcony.
The food quality and taste were below Jaz reputation, for 3 nights stay we noticed food recycling and food taste going down for the same item ( hash browns) and on Thursday dinner, most of the items taste were below average, only the grilled meat was nice, unfortunately they can make good food but can't maintain it
We disliked the call center experience (several calls without answering), the removal of the wooden trail located on the beach on the second day of arrival, made Beach access much harder and because it is off season, no animation team or other activities to do at night
Overall we enjoyed the stay and gave it 4 stars not 3 because of the house keeping efforts.

Perfect place to relax and to enjoy summer vibes

The hotel is a very quite resort.
The beach is very wide and crystal clear. Few lovely waves are present near the shore. Otherwise it is safe and kid friendly.

The sands is clean, umbrellas are available but a little bit away from the sea.. many services are available on the beach..

Rooms are wide, 2 sofa beds are available for kids.. the room service staff are co operative..

Small kid area is present.. it is free and safe

Restaurant is wide with open air zone. Dinner and breakfast were delicious with many varieties

Nearby zahran marker and some shops are available

You can have a nice walk around the hotel

Free parking area is present

This area is just beautiful. The sea is perfectly blue and clean. We also enjoyed waves at the end of September so be prepared. The beach has gorgeous and soft sand. Don't look for some shopping areas because the hotel has only one Minimarket and 3 boutiques.
The hotel is clean and nice but a bit older. The biggest problem is that people are divided into two groups - Italians and the rest. The Animator Team didn't speak English so only Italians could be part of activities on the beach or after-dinner shows. There was nothing to do after 9pm... The staff was friendly but finally found some time for us when some Italians left. Then they could finally bring us drinks during dinner or find us a table at the lobby bar.
The food was diverse, the fruit was super tasty, and the desserts were fantastic!
I left Almaza Bay disappointed and I'm not sure if I will come back unless they start paying attention to other nationalities as well. The beach and sea are perfect, but there is no fun...
