Had a really nice stay here with the family from the UK. The hotel is well kept and modern. The service all round is brilliant including the food quality. It’s clearly popular with the locals as they turn up on the weekends with all the family. The location is brilliant. Lots of towns and cities are easily accessible from this location either by a local bus or car.

Room was okay. Super room service, but the hotel starts getting old and new some renovation. The whole service is very friendly and helpful, could learn a little more english or other languages like french, but okay. The buffet is okay, but nothing special. Pools are amazing including the view outside on the infinity pool.

We had amazing 7 days at this hotel end of July. Beautiful place, with beautiful views. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Drinks and food was great! Beach is always busy with locals, but the sea is clean and warm. Not much to do in the local town, but there is a huge waterside park for kids. La Bonita restaurant on the beach is amazing - very generous portions and very tasty, Pina colada cocktail...

Really lovely hotel, that had an amazing infinity pool that no photo can give justice to. The boys loved the tube slides and lazy river. The food was great and the service was outstanding. So much to do, and two beautiful beaches either side too. Never had a problem getting a sunbed no matter what time of day. Even has a little gift shop for those must have gifts! Perfect! 💃🌴🌞

The pools and location are good. Some of the areas were closed at the time (June) like the pub, and every night the bar area was next to a loud show aimed at children, so nothing to do in the hotel outside of the pools. The buffet is also not good for strict vegetarians with mixing of utensils for meat and non-meat foods.

Imitating the unique location of the alhambra , this hotel will make you travel in time you to medieval Spain occupied by yhe Muslims, yhe hotel is decorated as the caliphate of Granada used to be. This hotel is unique. Just come and see it.

We booked last minute but when we arrived we didn't realise there was small print and vat to pay extra. Swimming areas are really good for kids and the pizzas from the bar are good value. Helpful reception and good location. The gym needs looking at....all the equipment is in need of TLC and none of the weights matched.

Very good for a fourstar hotel. The water in the swimmingpool is a bit cold, they don't speak English very well. Stayed for one night but it was enough for me. Its more ideal for families with children. Forget it if u wish to have a romantic or relaxing getaway. Hotel is absolutely lovely drco is fabulous hotel is extremely clean and tidy. Amenities are questionable. We were unable to get a drink coffee water anything between 2-6pm as the bar was closed. Found this place by accident after another local hotel let us down, but this turned out great as a much better hotel than the one we originally booked. The hostel the tower is in a great place to spend as a couple or family, has spectacular views, the rooms are great and with an unbeatable cleanliness, I recommend one hundred percent, the attention to the public a success and especially with A great receptionist named Sergio who makes this place have a special charm. Situated in the middle of Almunecar's old town you were surrounded by buildings and traditional narrow pedestrian paths. A very charming setting. This place was value for money. We paid 75euro for a room for two. Breakfast was included in the price and very much enjoyed from their roof top restaurant the next morning. Superb hotel. Huge rooms, even the bathroom was bigger than a lot of hotel rooms I have stayed in. The restaurant upstairs on the 3rd floor has the most beautiful views from the terrace and a €10 set lunch menu, €16 for dinner. Arrived 24th February for a walking holiday with this hotel as the base for the week.Tour director Manuel very efficient, very informative.Staff also very efficient.Food is buffet style but again excellent, choices for breakfast and evening meal are extensive.Rooms are exactly as depicted in the brochure, very clean, well maintained, good shower and bath(perfect after walking to soak in!

I went there in October. At this period, the hotel is 100% full of retired people, poured away from loads of tour operator buses. I would definitely not recommend you to go there if you are yound or looking for a quiet and romantic place... Apart from that, the hotel is clean and the location is good.

When you arrive they charge you for the child that already included a free child in the reservation. They charge you €100 as a deposit which is not put in reserve and the very young girl at reception answers badly as if you are illiterate. He even tells you that the Ñ is not used in emails as if you were stupid. He tells you that your daughter is 12 years old, as if you wanted to rob the hotel when...

Our second visit, not as perfect as the first visit as it was spoilt by noisy guests above moving the furniture around and making a nuisance of themselves until 2.00 am. Not the hotels fault, which was very good.

It’s difficult to fault this place. The staff were very helpful and changed our room because I needed a bath instead of a shower as It helps my disability for my back to relax. It was nice but 1 toilet was not in a different room and right in front of the door to the master bedroom. The ceiling also was very low in the living room.

Lovely urbanization, very well cared for with beautiful pool area having panoramic views of the coast & mountains. House nicely furnished and equipped with its own small garden. However this particular house faced north so was cold during Jan/Feb but would be perfect during the summer months. Adequate heating & aircon but WiFi difficult.
