Arrived 24th February for a walking holiday with this hotel as the base for the week.Tour director Manuel very efficient, very informative.Staff also very efficient.Food is buffet style but again excellent, choices for breakfast and evening meal are extensive.Rooms are exactly as depicted in the brochure, very clean, well maintained, good shower and bath(perfect after walking to soak in!

I went there in October. At this period, the hotel is 100% full of retired people, poured away from loads of tour operator buses. I would definitely not recommend you to go there if you are yound or looking for a quiet and romantic place... Apart from that, the hotel is clean and the location is good.

Had a really nice stay here with the family from the UK. The hotel is well kept and modern. The service all round is brilliant including the food quality. It’s clearly popular with the locals as they turn up on the weekends with all the family. The location is brilliant. Lots of towns and cities are easily accessible from this location either by a local bus or car.

Room was okay. Super room service, but the hotel starts getting old and new some renovation. The whole service is very friendly and helpful, could learn a little more english or other languages like french, but okay. The buffet is okay, but nothing special. Pools are amazing including the view outside on the infinity pool.

We had amazing 7 days at this hotel end of July. Beautiful place, with beautiful views. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Drinks and food was great! Beach is always busy with locals, but the sea is clean and warm. Not much to do in the local town, but there is a huge waterside park for kids. La Bonita restaurant on the beach is amazing - very generous portions and very tasty, Pina colada cocktail...

Really lovely hotel, that had an amazing infinity pool that no photo can give justice to. The boys loved the tube slides and lazy river. The food was great and the service was outstanding. So much to do, and two beautiful beaches either side too. Never had a problem getting a sunbed no matter what time of day. Even has a little gift shop for those must have gifts! Perfect! 💃🌴🌞

The pools and location are good. Some of the areas were closed at the time (June) like the pub, and every night the bar area was next to a loud show aimed at children, so nothing to do in the hotel outside of the pools. The buffet is also not good for strict vegetarians with mixing of utensils for meat and non-meat foods.

Imitating the unique location of the alhambra , this hotel will make you travel in time you to medieval Spain occupied by yhe Muslims, yhe hotel is decorated as the caliphate of Granada used to be. This hotel is unique. Just come and see it.

Excellent value for money. The hotel is beachfront and within easy walking distance of many good restaurants.

Lovely hotel on the seafront. Beautiful rooms and a hall, has a pool, good food, entertainment for children and facilities for disabled people. Nature like in the picture! The sea is always cool.

Reception was terrible. They really didn't use their common sense when interacting with us. For example we asked where and how we get to the hotel car park, and only after arriving at the car park did they tell us we needed to go back into reception to sign some paper work before being allowed in. We also asked for directions to a local market that they told us was on, once we got there the locals...

Good food good drink good staff. Very close to beach. Mainly Spanish speaking guests so don't expect uk travel agent type hotel. Most entertainment is in Spanish but enjoyable

Just arrived for a surprise getaway.....hotel right on the sea front....beautifully renovated....the room is stunning with equally stunning views from the terrace which even has 2 sunbeds ...looking forward to dinner so will update later ?

A very nice hotel, maybe a little bit older. Very friendly people and good service. The rooms are clean. The beach is not far away, only 5 minutes.

The staff were very helpful and changed our room because I needed a bath instead of a shower as It helps my disability for my back to relax. It also has a wonderful spa that I thoroughly made use of and enjoyed. The hotel is very big with lots of lounges to make use of. And they have special offers that can make it an affordable holiday on the beach

Room has lot of space. Price (nov) is okay, just 60 euro including extensive breakfast. 100 mtr for see.

We have been here twice this summer. The rooms are huge, clean, with a nice terrace/balcony and very comfy beds. The service is super good and everyone is kind and professional. 100% recommended

Rooms are big with balconies, all with sea view and afternoon sun. Nice and clean rooms and good breakfast. Well located, close to both beach and old town. Nice roof pool if windy at the beach. Convenient bicycle rental in the lobby to get around. Beds are a bit hard and a third elevator wouldn't hurt.

attended a professional event. They are not prepared for this kind of things but they reserved for us the TV room and it was so nice and really large. We had coffee, tea and water at our disposal, which was nice.

We booked last minute but when we arrived we didn't realise there was small print and vat to pay extra. Swimming areas are really good for kids and the pizzas from the bar are good value. Helpful reception and good location. The gym needs looking at....all the equipment is in need of TLC and none of the weights matched.

Wonderful staff, so friendly and professional. Everything is spotlessly clean, (room, bathroom, common areas, pool). Rooms are quiet, a good size with a balcony. Breakfast and dinner is good, half-board is worth it. Good snack and drinls bar with chique canopied area near pool. Plenty of sun loungers, Good pool with slides. Highly recommend this hotel for families with toddlers and young children....

away from beach but only a short walk - close to town, castle and San Cristobal . Excellent choice of food, well presented and plenty of it! Lovely helpful staff, nice atmosphere .

Very good for a fourstar hotel. The water in the swimmingpool is a bit cold, they don't speak English very well. But: the service is great, just a short walk from the beach, not to far from the center, and the food is really good!!! Cocktails are great, prices are reasonable. Located in a very quiet area.

Stayed for one night but it was enough for me. Its more ideal for families with children. Forget it if u wish to have a romantic or relaxing getaway. The pool was an ok size but with a lot of ppl and kiddies activities going on. The restaurant was always full and almost needed a traffic light. It is more a 3 star hotel and definitely not a 4 star hotel. The staff were not the most welcoming to be honest...

Very loud hotel. The walls are paper thin and you hear what the others are doing/talking about. The noise from the street is also very loud. The terrass door doesn't help much. Reception was nice and effective. Parking in the basement was good. Beds are hard, but big and the bathtub is so tiny it only fits a child. Breakfast is ok, but not great. Bacon was unedible and rubbery and the scrambled...

Hola accommodation good. Food not so good cold and basic. No fridge in room. No drawers for clothing. Difficult access to room with card key. Faulty shower to small bath. Great staff can't fault them.

It's OK, a couple of issues, the safe deposit boxes weren't working and there was no bar available even though one is advertised. The pool only gets the sun for a few hours a day. Other than that, it is clean and comfortable.

The hotel is excellent for 4* hotels, very clean and sophisticated. The TV is huge. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We spent really nice time.

Great Ibiza vibe about this hotel whilst respecting the neighbours. It is situated just below Casa felicidad and therefore has amzing views. Great service

Clean and comfortable. We were there in December so it was very quite. Unfortunately the hotels restaurant was closed as they were empty but they still provided us with breakfast which they bought to our suite. Again the pool area was unable available but it looked stunning and I can imagine it being great when in season. Staff were friendly and helpful

Simply amazing. The gardens and swimming pool area are incredible. One of the best places on the coast of Granada, if you want to relax and have a good time.

A 3 star Hotel which should be 4! On arrival we were greeted by Alicia who was both efficient and friendly.our room was overlooking the ocean and was spacious and clean. And to add to that the bed was extreemly comfortable. All the staff were enthusiastic to make our experience a good one. The food was really tasty with plenty of choice.my golly the dining and kitchen staff were busy bees! Thankyou...

The hotel is clean, comfortable, good setting and the staff are excellent. Everyone works very hard, nothing is ever too much trouble. It is run very efficiently and smoothly. All the staff smile. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

This hotel is lovely! If you love seafood come on a Saturday the choice is overwhelming. They have a new manager (appointed a week ago) Dipika and she is excellent! She overlooks everything and makes sure every guest has 5 star experience. The pool is heated on colder months. Found this place by accident after another local hotel let us down, but this turned out great as a much better hotel than the one we originally booked. Right on the beach front, staff really good (except no english spoken in restaurant which was odd) room good, clean and tidy but no mini bar or water or coffee/tea making in the room, also odd. Great hotel with an attractive price tag. Food is good and the bar is a good place to relax. Drink prices are great. There is also a heated pool. Definitely recommend this hotel. All the staff are very professional and efficient.

We were a party of four and were celebrating my Birthday. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the staff were totally professional and helpful. The cleanliness in the hotel is exemplary. The food is of excellent quality, quantity and choice and we would definitely return should we be in the area. The only slight negative was that our bathrooms were very small. The hostel the tower is in a great place to spend as a couple or family, has spectacular views, the rooms are great and with an unbeatable cleanliness, I recommend one hundred percent, the attention to the public a success and especially with A great receptionist named Sergio who makes this place have a special charm. Situated in the middle of Almunecar's old town you were surrounded by buildings and traditional narrow pedestrian paths. A very charming setting. This place was value for money. We paid 75euro for a room for two. Breakfast was included in the price and very much enjoyed from their roof top restaurant the next morning. The Room was a decent size with air conditioning, which has not been my experience...

Superb hotel. Huge rooms, even the bathroom was bigger than a lot of hotel rooms I have stayed in. The restaurant upstairs on the 3rd floor has the most beautiful views from the terrace and a €10 set lunch menu, €16 for dinner. The chef does slow cooking and has a penchant for very healthy & flavoursome choices. I also add that I had a lot of luggage and Oscar the receptionist drove my car to the door...

We stayed at this hotel recently - what a find! Very comfortable, friendly staff - they couldn't have been kinder! Special mention of the staff on the roof top terrace - delicious food and friendly staff! Delightful place to be!

There is a beautiful place near the beach, with awesome views. The rooms are marvellous and confortable.

Located 100m from beech and close to all amenities. Very clean and modern whilst retaining an old charm. Beautiful bed linen. Nice restaurant with super outside area. Exceptional value at 39 euros.

Basically the food looked delicious, unfortunately I made a bad choice from the menu. We will go again and make a different choice. On Sunday you definitely need to make a booking.

Tidy and clean, gorgeous room, bonus point the great reading light! Ample bathroom, free toothbrush, minibar (empty), very very comfortable beds. Will go again, soon!

Great location opposite the beach and close to local bars and restaurants. Easy ten to fifteen minute flat walk to the centre of the main town and business district.

No lift available and not wheelchair friendly. Breakfast available but with little options. Nice and clean

Stopped for drink and tapas. Sunny sheltered location close to Roman gardens and beach. Effecient and friendly staff. Nice tapas!
