It was fabulous The swimming pool is amazing. The rooms were clean and the beds were so comfortable. We had a garden which we loved. We will be back for our 3rd visit The spa is a must the girls are super friendly and it's one of the best spa I have ever been

Very underrated I think, what a beautiful place and well maintained kept within it's authenticity. Food and drinks were lovely. Had a really nice stay here with the family from the UK. The hotel is well kept and modern. The service all round is brilliant including the food quality. It’s clearly popular with the locals as they turn up on the weekends with all the family. The location is brilliant. Lots of towns and cities are easily accessible from this location either by a local bus or car.

Hotel with a very nice design, it surprised me. Spacious rooms but you can see the passage of time. Two double beds although the mattresses are springs. Food quite acceptable without being remarkable. Friendly staff.

A great hotel complex, overall everything was very good and the location was extraordinary.

When you arrive they charge you for the child that already included a free child in the reservation. They charge you €100 as a deposit which is not put in reserve and the very young girl at reception answers badly as if you are illiterate. Our second visit, not as perfect as the first visit as it was spoilt by noisy guests above moving the furniture around and making a nuisance of themselves until 2.00 am. Not the hotels fault, which was very good.

Stated for 9 nights Nay/June and returned at the end of July for 24 nights, some as a solo traveller before my husband joined me for the last 12 days. Already booked for Easter next year. The hotel is immaculately clean, staff are helpful and friendly and the food is of a good hotel quality. Nothing I can criticise as it’s just a great place.

Very friendly staff. The room cleaning could use a little more attention. The restaurant is a bit repetitive. The pool is small. The entertainment and atmosphere are really great. It's a shame that the prices have increased considerably.

The hotel is fantastic, very comfortable and all the staff are very attentive. The buffet is very well stocked. Great for going with children. They gave us a very spacious room, with a terrace and hammocks. The beach is very close, and there are many services around (restaurants, supermarket,...). We will be back soon.

My daughter and I have been here for 6 days and it has been the best holiday we have had so far. The rooms are spacious and clean. The facilities are very well maintained. We booked last minute but when we arrived we didn't realise there was small print and vat to pay extra. Swimming areas are really good for kids and the pizzas from the bar are good value. Helpful reception and good location. The gym needs looking at....all the equipment is in need of TLC and none of the weights matched.

Just stayed the night while picking up my son his soccer academy. This is my second time staying at this hotel.

Much has been said about the hotel I want to add. From a positive location next to the beach. Of the negative weak wifi. And if your windows go out into the street, then the constant noise from the cars. Which starts to annoy. And lack of refrigerator in the room. 12.09.2017

Nice Hotel with Lovely Views & Staff Had a really lovely stay at the Arrayanes Plays Hotel. The room was great with a really comfortable bed. The hostel the tower is in a great place to spend as a couple or family, has spectacular views, the rooms are great and with an unbeatable cleanliness, I recommend one hundred percent, the attention to the public a success and especially with A great receptionist named Sergio who makes this place have a special charm. Situated in the middle of Almunecar's old town you were surrounded by buildings and traditional narrow pedestrian paths. A very charming setting. This place was value for money. We paid 75euro for a room for two. Breakfast was included in the price and very much enjoyed from their roof top restaurant the next morning. The Room was a decent size with air conditioning, which has not been my experience...

Superb hotel. Huge rooms, even the bathroom was bigger than a lot of hotel rooms I have stayed in. The restaurant upstairs on the 3rd floor has the most beautiful views from the terrace and a €10 set lunch menu, €16 for dinner. The chef does slow cooking and has a penchant for very healthy & flavoursome choices. I also add that I had a lot of luggage and Oscar the receptionist drove my car to the door...

Lovely friendly hotel on a great location. Great friendly small hotel. Staff were very welcoming at reception and for breakfast. Breakfast is made to order so all freshly cooked with a good selection. We picked a room without a sea view and unfortunately the facing hotel had an air conditioning unit outside our bedroom window which was a bit noisy but didn’t really spoilt our stay too much.

A nice small hotel in the centre of Almunecar. The room was good and had view towwards the sea. the nearest parking was six minutes away on foot, but it was easy to droop of the luggage first.

Found this place by accident after another local hotel let us down, but this turned out great as a much better hotel than the one we originally booked. Lovely beach made of very small stones, good swimming (water becomes deep quickly in many places). Parking can be difficult.

Try staying at Casa Felicidad on calle bajada del mar in Cotobro Almunecar. Amazing views, big pool, private play court and just 3 minutes from the garden to the beach and the promenade. Cool. Has Excellent rating on Tripadvisor and Wonderful rating with Homeaway. Great location.

Hotel is absolutely lovely drco is fabulous hotel is extremely clean and tidy. Amenities are questionable. We were unable to get a drink coffee water anything between 2-6pm as the bar was closed. Today the bar closed at 2pm and we were told to bring our own in. Breakfast is great . Maybe it is because we were out of season but not even a kettle in the room to make our own .

Beautiful boutique hotel! An absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel with amazing views! The hotel has many different amenities from renting bikes, renting chairs and umbrellas for the beach, breakfast, and more. The hotel has a restaurant right below it that I also highly recommend!
