Terrible service from phone call , social media , emailing all they care about is money not delivering service to their customer.
For a family friendly hotel they really should do better establishments who welcome kids should be welcoming.

We booked last minute but when we arrived we didn't realise there was small print and vat to pay extra. Swimming areas are really good for kids and the pizzas from the bar are good value. Helpful reception and good location. The gym needs looking at....all the equipment is in need of TLC and none of the weights matched.

Wonderful staff, so friendly and professional. Everything is spotlessly clean, (room, bathroom, common areas, pool). Rooms are quiet, a good size with a balcony. Breakfast and dinner is good, half-board is worth it. Good snack and drinls bar with chique canopied area near pool. Plenty of sun loungers, Good pool with slides. Highly recommend this hotel for families with toddlers and young children. The area is geared towards them in general (not as much for teenagers)

away from beach but only a short walk - close to town, castle and San Cristobal . Excellent choice of food, well presented and plenty of it!

We booked the hotel because of the great pictures of the facilities, which were not available during our stay. The price was double that of a hotel in Almeria with functioning facilities (which were larger and better) and the entertainment for children was ridiculously late and almost a non-event. The cleaners and waitstaff were very friendly. Food was hit or miss.

Very good for a fourstar hotel.
The water in the swimmingpool is a bit cold, they don't speak English very well.
But: the service is great, just a short walk from the beach, not to far from the center, and the food is really good!!! Cocktails are great, prices are reasonable. Located in a very quiet area.

Stayed for one night but it was enough for me. Its more ideal for families with children. Forget it if u wish to have a romantic or relaxing getaway. The pool was an ok size but with a lot of ppl and kiddies activities going on. The restaurant was always full and almost needed a traffic light. It is more a 3 star hotel and definitely not a 4 star hotel. The staff were not the most welcoming to be honest. The night show was a bit bland with some salsa dancing but the microphone was constantly switching off and they had to keep running on and off the stage to change the music (seriously they couldn't have that prepared to play one song after another?). The room was clean and had a decent bathroom but for the price it cost it was nothing out of this world. Like I said, good for families with kids, definitely not for a quiet getaway.... there's plenty of games and entertainment for the little ones to keep them occupied all day long

Air conditioning doesn't work. Rooms nice, but no tea/coffee facilities. Food very poor. Always cold and has to be reheated in the microwave in restaurant. Poor selection of food and left to go cold as heating elements don't do what they are supposed to do so risk of food poisoning quite high. Rooms clean. Wouldn't book here again as waste of money. Wouldn't say this is a 4 star hotel, more like a 2 star. Beach nearby, but is just stones. Most of restaurants along by beach looked dirty and not cleaned properly. Food poor quality in most places we ate out. Found one restaurant that was good. Tourist shops poor, all the same and poor quality products. Weather was lovely for end of November. At least we had sun. Wouldn't recommend this area.
