We made a last minute booking, collected the keys on a Sunday. Called them on Tuesday morning as our swimwear had been discoloured during our first day in the pools (yes 2 of them!) They had a guy out within an hour to sort it out. Very impressed with the staff and service.

I booked a room from 5th December to 10th December 2025. I arrived early and the room was ready for me to check-in early with no early charge. We only stayed the one night in this beautiful little hotel. We wished now that we had based ourselves here instead of where we did in Denia. Our host was so helpful and so accommodating with our stay. We will diffently get back to Calpe and the Terrade Mar as soon as we can. It is a fabulous place to stay and location is perfect.

What a fabulous last minute overnight stay. We had the friendliest welcome we have ever received anywhere and the complimentary glass of wine on arrival was a lovely surprise. It was served on the beautiful terrace which has a lovely view over the church . Our bedroom was cute with a really big bathroom. We will definitely be back 😊

Our 2nd time here, dog friendly, allocated parking and a lovely little roof terrace. Rooms are quirky, clean and comfortable. WIFI and large tv. Rooms have a liitle balcony. The hotel is in the heart of the old town and a 10 minute walk from the beach, a real treasure. Excellent cafe across the road for breakfast.

Found this hotel after a quick search on TA and we did not regret we chose this place. Very charming little hostel with fine rooms. Service from the three ladies was tremendous and we really felt us welcomed. We had breakfast each morning and it was super nice at a very beautiful terrace. Thanks a lot!

Stayed in one of their apartments called ‘Beach’ for a single night. Perfectly adequate for the price paid but considering a bed is the primary purpose the middle bedroom really needs a new mattress where it has sunken in the middle. As for noise, insulation perhaps could be better but hey, narrow streets in a holiday town, it is to be expected (no stars lost).

The hotel is in a great location in old town and a 10 minute walk to the sea. The staff were very nice. We had our adult son with us and paid for an extra person in the room. but unfortunately, the room is very small for 3 adults and the extra bed we tripped over. Fine for 2, too small for 3.

Was located on a sidestreet which was quite. Its a budget type hotel.Self check in. OK small room with shower and toilet. Was fine for one person. Good sized bed. Had two fans which I appreciated as it was very warm during my stay. Stayed two nights. One night there was alot of noise in the hotel.

The room was clean though a bit old. Bed was fine and the fans kept the room fresh during the night. Bathroom and shower very small. Price-quality I would say it's very good. There was a restaurant on the street outside, however with closed windows the nice did not bother us. The staff very nice and friendly.

Nice staff, clean rooms, great location!

Although it is a bit old and does not have amenities such as soap, shampoo, cleaning products, scouring pads and others that other apartments usually have, it has other advantages such as 2 bathrooms, the mattresses are very comfortable, there is free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and it is in beachfront.

Lovely room and hotel. Excellent breakfast. Given how expensive the room was though surprising that we had to pay extra for parking and use of the spa was €35/ hour! We had an extra friend joining us lastinute and the fee for her staying in our room was almost what we had paid each.

Very well keep property with modern and quiet rooms with everything I needed. Bedroom and bathroom were excellent and the balcony was fabulous. I would definitely return here!!!

Very good, nice and small hotel in a very close vicinity to the beach, just 1 min walk! Preferably to take a room with balcony. Nice and comfortable small lounge zone on the roof with daily snacks and coffee. Close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. But unfortunately bed and pillows are uncomfortable and cheap quality

A hidden gem at a fantastic price! The room, though small, was immaculate and serviced beautifully each day. The rooftop terrace is an oasis with snacks, breakfast fixings, tea, coffee, and even wine. A perfect spot for a get together with our friends before heading to the readily accessible restaurants and beach. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended for any stay in Calpe

Great location, very near to the beach (2 minute walk) and supermarket. The front desk are very helpful and responsive, our a/c was not working and they sorted this out very quickly and gave us a really strong fan in the meantime. For a quick break in Calpe, we just needed a room to lay our heads and it was comfortable albeit not super spacious but exactly what we needed. Would come again.

The food is awful and dining room chaotic and tables left with dirty plates etc on. Found it difficult to find a clean table to sit at. The room was ok however the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable and when asked reception about mattress we were told all the mattresses were the same. Rooftop pool area was lovely but pool was freezing cold. Would not rate this hotel 4 star

Excellent location. Lovely rooftop pool and bar, shame it closed at 8pm. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were friendly. Disappointed to not be given clean towels during our three day stay, if we wanted a change of towel they charge € 7 The lounge bar is very small so many people were disappointed at not getting a seat.

Lovely hotel! Our room looked over the beach and across the water. It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included, it wasn't a buffet, you ordered off the menu, and it was delicious. If you have mobility issues the restaurant is 3-4 steps down from the lobby and the staff will help. There is an elevator up to the rooms but we found the stairs to be quicker; just note the motion sensors...

1. Large, well equipped rooms and fairly reasonable for the price considering that Calpe has gone completely crazy with accommodation prices. The hotel is a bit on the older side, but very clean and organized for a beach holiday. The balcony is large and spacious and there is good air current around it. The air conditioning works on a light switch and won't come on if you have the patio door open....
