This hotel is a hidden gem! Perfect location, walking distance to the city centre and the old town and perfectly connected with public transport. The room was super spacious, clean, comfortable and modern. The reception team was always very helpful and attentive. No doubt I would go back again every time I visit Bilbao!

Pros:
The hotel is nice and clean. They offer parking for €19 per day. Just a heads-up: you’ll need good maneuvering skills to get your car into the elevator that takes it to the parking levels. The rooms are clean and well maintained.
Cons:
Be aware that the hotel is VERY close to the Bilbao Crematorium. We had a room facing the inner yard, and we could see the crematorium building directly from our window. At night, the bright light box with the large word "Tanatorio" was clearly visible. I found it very unsettling. We closed the curtains, but it still felt creepy.
If that doesn’t bother you, the hotel is a good option. Otherwise, you might want to choose a different place.
I asked to change rooms after the first night, and they said it was possible for an extra fee. However, because we had already booked and paid for a city tour that day, we couldn’t meet the time frame they requested for the room change. So we had to stay in the same room for one more night.

Rooms are basic but good size & clean. Ideal position for discovering the city. Only had breakfast once as it was pretty disappointing. No kettle in room but coffee available next to reception.

Genuinely shocked that this hotel is only a 2 star, not really sure why, deserves more than that! The hotel is small and basic but was literally perfect for what you need it for! Bed was comfy, pillows were good and the view of the river from the hotel room was great! The staff were all so friendly. I had emailed ahead to ask for a room on a lower floor and my request was made with no problems which I was very grateful for! Perfect location to explore Bilbao and the old town is only 5 minutes away! Would recommend and 100% stay again

This is a very new and modern hostel just next to the City Hall. Easy access to both the Old Town and the Guggenheim, etc. Breakfast was reasonably priced and offered plenty of food options. The room had everything except for an electric kettle. We understand fixing tea isn't a suggested action since there's a cafe downstairs, but we would have appreciated preparing hot drinks in the still cold spring weather. Overall it was a great stay.

Very central location, along the river and in a quiet neighborhood. Everything is at walking distance, you can park your car in the paid spot and forget about it for the entire stay. The team is very kind to assist any need and also to take care of extras where requested. The rooms answer any customer necessity, with modern but stylish spaces for the type of accomodation. I found the price aligned to expectations, positive stay!

The hotel is nicely located, with friendly staff and basic amenities. It’s very convenient and quick to get to Casco Viejo and Gran Via on foot. The room was very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. We had a great few nights there, recommended for singles or couples travelling for short period of time.

Great location, convinient parking (but payed separately). Room is very small but clean. Nice parking payed extra 19€ (I think a bit too much).
Breakfast 10 euro but doesn’t worth it on my opinion- better go to specialty coffee and enjoy.
We were also unlucky to have construction right under our window. We overplayed for the river view and received as a bonus the sound of construction as morning alarm at 8-00. Haha.

The room is sparse, location great. Do not go during a festival, the street noise is not pleasant.
