Very central location, along the river and in a quiet neighborhood. Everything is at walking distance, you can park your car in the paid spot and forget about it for the entire stay. The team is very kind to assist any need and also to take care of extras where requested. The rooms answer any customer necessity, with modern but stylish spaces for the type of accomodation. I found the price aligned to expectations, positive stay!

The hotel is nicely located, with friendly staff and basic amenities. It’s very convenient and quick to get to Casco Viejo and Gran Via on foot. The room was very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. We had a great few nights there, recommended for singles or couples travelling for short period of time.

Great location, convinient parking (but payed separately). Room is very small but clean. Nice parking payed extra 19€ (I think a bit too much).
Breakfast 10 euro but doesn’t worth it on my opinion- better go to specialty coffee and enjoy.
We were also unlucky to have construction right under our window. We overplayed for the river view and received as a bonus the sound of construction as morning alarm at 8-00. Haha.

The room is sparse, location great. Do not go during a festival, the street noise is not pleasant.

Room size is okay and seems clean. However, it was somehow smelly - sour off-smell like old wet socks. I am not too sure if it is only for this room I have raised and the staff sprayed the room but the smell did not disappeared.

Fabulous hotel in a perfect location for all sightseeing. I cannot believe it is only a two star hotel. The staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for us even holding onto our bags until the evening free of charge. I will definitely recommend this hotel and return as soon as possible.

Excellent location so close to Guggenheim and Old Town. Friendly reception team. Breakfast was ok with gluten free options. The room was spatious and in really good condition with modern fixtures and fittings. I wouldn't recommend the car parking space if it's -2 unless you are experienced driver. Otherwise yes it's easy to get to Hotel by car and is great having a space there. The Hotel overall is good value for money.

Location is great. Right in between the old town and the 'new town'. Everyone was super friendly. Rooms are big and clean. Coffee at the bar was really good!

Nice tiny hotel with a great position!
The hotel position is near to most touristic sites in Bilbao. The staff is so kind and available if compared to the treatment you'll get from people in Bilbao. The room has average size and was quite clean, but there is some small maintenance work to be done here and there. Nevertheless it overlooks the avenue, it was quiet and well soundproofed! Good complete Spanish breakfast. We didn't appreciate that there was no strict control about the use of the mask when hanging around food at the buffet. The internal parking has limited spots, but the hotel has a convention with the nearby underground parking where you can leave the car and get 10% discount.

Super friendly staff and clean hotel. The bed was very comfortable. Great location. Five mins from tram which leads you to many places including the main indoor market, the Guggenheim and the bus station.
