It was a luxurious hotel for a solo traveler.
As it was my first time in Spain and I was arriving at night, I chose this hotel which is directly connected by bus from the airport. Not only was the location excellent, but the rooms and service were also fantastic.
The only thing I found difficult to understand was how to get to the reception from the bus terminal, so I've written it here.
It's halfway down the road on the left side as you head towards the hotel.
They also looked after my suitcase until the evening, allowing me to leisurely explore Bilbao. Thank you!

The location was excellent, located above the Bilbao Express Bus Station building. It's not far from downtown. The Busner metro is also nearby. I was satisfied with both the location and the cleanliness. While the room wasn't particularly large, it was fully equipped with a refrigerator, hairdryer, safe, and electric kettle. However, the bathroom is open to the public, so it might be a bit inconvenient for couples. I was traveling solo, so that wasn't a problem. Other than that, the hotel was better than I expected. I haven't had breakfast yet, so it's too early.

Location was excellent, just on top of the Bilbao Intermodal bus station with a direct airport bus service. The hotel was a short walk away from the main sights of Bilbao, which we appreciated. Only disappointment was we received a stained bath towel, but rectified immediately by staff. Overall good value and would highly recommend the convenience.

Convenient transportation, the bus stop is covered and close to the subway station. The breakfast is also good, with a refrigerator and bottled water. It looks high-end, but the taste is not very good. I stayed for two nights and it was okay. The only thing is that the room layout is a bit strange. The toilet and bathroom are too separate, and the bathroom is not enclosed. There is water on the floor after taking a shower. The bed is next to the bathroom. Other than that, there are no problems.

I stayed here for one night on my way to San Seba. It was incredibly convenient, directly connected to the International Station, where the bus to San Seba departs. It was also just a few minutes from San Mame Stadium. The museum and the city center are within walking distance, about a 20-30 minute walk. The facilities are very clean and wheelchair accessible, with amenities and a welcome drink included, which was very helpful. It might be quite expensive during soccer season, but otherwise it's great value for money.

This is a very nice hotel with cozy rooms and a beautiful view of the city and mountains (if you're staying above the 5th floor). It has a great location, and it's easy to get to and from the airport since the station is in the same building. Despite being close to the station, the hotel is quiet. The breakfast is excellent, and during our 7-day stay, there was always something new. The only thing that surprised us was the line at the reception—we waited 40 minutes to check in.

Staying in that hotel was not worth the price. The rooms were very nice and the location is good, next to the bus station, but the breakfast is totally not worth it. Poor quality of ingredientes and very little choice. We ended up eating yogurt for 4 days. Also stuff not so kind, would not recommend this hotel.
