Cost effective for this hotel

Ibis hotel, budget friendly and always reliable.
It was only for one night and Ibis got everything we needed.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
There is a parking garage (€11 per night) available, but since we only parked our car for a brief moment just to unload our luggage, it was a free parking matter. The staff gave us a free ticket.
What I liked:
- the check-in lounge with friendly staff
- large shower cabin
- refill bottle for water
- tea/coffee or even instant noodle cup making
- hairdryer available
- small bar available at the hotel check-in
What I missed:
- hooks at entrance door for coat hanging
It was only for one night and Ibis got everything we needed.

Great location and superb staff. Basic room but everything functioned well for a tour of an amazing city

i booked this hotel based on other reviews but its totally not worth it. i guess you get what you pay for, super small rooms and located next to a bad neighborhood. i didn't feel save walking in this neighborhood. staff recommended not to even walk in that direction. this hotel is not centric at all, 18 min walk from old town and main attractions. i was stuck her with the family four longest nights. the ac in the room barely works super hot room.

Great experience in Ibis, big thanks to Enara! She went above and beyond to help us with our room and made sure everything was perfect. Her kindness, warm attitude, and willingness to assist made us feel incredibly welcome. Thanks to her, our experience here was even more enjoyable. She’s a real gem!

Very nice hotel and chambers. Green label, no plastics. Coffe and water available free of change. Nice furniture. Very close to the city center. Unfortunately my room was not perfectly clean. A couple of hairs on the sheets. Lipstick marks on the floor. I think the cleaning lady was distracted. Another room was perfectly clean. Kind receptionists. Quiet place

I've always liked Ibis hotels and this one was nice again. The hotel is located close to everything; shopping, dining, cultural sites. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff very helpful and courteous. We checked in early without problems. They serve a nice breakfast for an additional 11 euros per person. Decently priced as well.

I didn't like this part of the city very much, somehow for me the center is closer to the river and the museum. But the hotel has good service, there is a bar street below, I was so tired that I didn't hear anyone from there. The room is clean, there are shower gels and towels, but other amenities are for an extra fee
