The hotel can be offered as a more economical option hotel Blaucel that it is slightly inferior in equipment rooms (share a common territory and infrastructure, the underground walkway between the hotels). Recommend a wide range of tourists, primarily families with children.

Location: 85 km from Barcelona airport, 32 km from Girona airport, 1.5 km from the centre of Blanes, 100 m from the beach.

Consists of one 7-storey building.

One area with hotel Blaucel. An underground tunnel between the hotel Blaumar and the Blaucel hotel.

Beach: public sandy beach (Playa de SAbanell) 60 m from the hotel (1st coastal line). On the beach umbrellas, chairs, mattresses: free. At the pool umbrellas, sun beds: free of charge. The beach is 2.5 km away.

2 hotel are joined each other so use pools from both that is nice Check in lady was really nice Bar workers were such a nice person Checkout lady was garbage Reception sitting area is garbage Because of one person . Working in the bar you deserved 4* review Otherwise this hotel is not 4* Rooms are small for families . For 2-3 it’s ok Food is nice I liked it Again thanks for the person/manager

We enjoyed our stay here this summer. It was so close to the beach and being joined with the hotel over the road meant you had double the amount of activities to choose from if you wanted that. You also had pools at both hotels - outdoors at both and another indoors - not that we wanted that one in August!!!
The hotel staff were lovely. Some spoke English, others didn't but it wasn't a problem. Anyone moaning about that really needs to get a life and ask yourself how many staff at English hotels can speak Spanish!! If you want all the staff to speak English, why not go on holiday to Blackpool?!!
Among other things, the staff were really helpful with arranging a taxi when we wanted to go for a day trip to Barcelona
However, the real joy of Blanes is the sandy beach which stretches for a well over a mile with loads of space for sunbathing and bathing and opportunities to engage in a range of other water-based activities.
In addition there are plenty of cafes and bars along the seafront, especially near to the town and a trip on the land train is well worth it.

The buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner is excellent. Food selection was amazing. Staff all helpful and very friendly. Tony looked after my daughter for glutenfree options. The entertainment was very good. Very relaxed holiday. Will definitely return.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Tired, limited facilities and poorly decorated. Room was very small, bathroom regularly flooded (from shower), balcony tiny, limited channel choice, bed uncomfortable with plastic mattress cover, AC not working and fridge not repaired despite request, Breakfast service was very crowded with facilities overwhelmed e.g, regularly ran out of cups, cutlery, etc. However good location and some of the staff were very helpful. Overall, however, would not recommend.

The speed of service at thé reception, service at thé bar is much tot slow, sometimes waited 20 min tot order drink with 2 customers before me, thé Quality of food is not ok, chaires at pool are almost all Broken, samen with thé umbrellas.The area around thé pool is porly maintained,and dangerous for children. The old elevators are much to slow and dirty. Staff in restaurant is friendly, also thé cleaning crew. Overall, thé hotel needs a make over. We looked forward tot stay at your hotel, bit it was a big disappointment. Even with thé offer for full board...

Very good hotel, good food, good staff, never had this variety of food. Special thanks to Faycal and Hamza and the chef. Very good people at our service. I will not hesitate to come back next year. Dinner offred at checking :) , rooms need a bit some improvement Thanks.

The Hotel Looks Good From the outside but in the inside there is No Wi-fi We were staying in the room 303 And They said that the antenna was Broken and they Were repairing it but for the whole vacation there was no wi-fi We couldn't do anything except watch Some Children Films because they were the only thing that entertained us we complained at the Hotle reception but they didn't do anything against it we complained EVERYDAY about the food about everything and they didn't do anything they didn't even say anything and the female receptionist with the curly hair and and the glasses told us the wi-fi didn't work because it was all around the city like that which is not true... but still I really enjoyed this vacation except for these things that happened here please think twice about if you want to stay here. xoxo Mica 😘

This hotel shows 4 stars but likely gets the rating from sharing facilities with the hotel across the street. The rooms have no fridge or microwave. They have no ice buckets to hold ice for drinks. The majority of staff do not understand English. The TVs are small. The hotel is a good 15 to 20 minute walk from the city center and bus stop. If you want to take the train it's a 40 minute walk. The pool is nothing special, but you can use the better pool at the facility across the street. The bar of soap is extremely small and does not lather. There is no lotion. There are no small towels for scrubbing your body. The restaurant food cooked something like ground chicken, and my son was eating it, but it was still red, we told them you are serving raw meat, but they just brushed it off. Sadly, the best thing to eat was the pineapple. The bar ran out of the beer we were drinking and had no white wine. The bed cover felt and looked like a cheap shower curtain. The pillows were very small. We had a family of 8, and they gave us 3 rooms spread out across the hotel. The elevator is very slow to wait for, so we took the stairs most of the time. The hotel had internet that was very slow. The cleaning staff left one of our doors open while we were out for the day. Luckily, nothing was missing, but all they sad was sorry again

The rooms are very bad. Sofa bed did not work and could barely walk through the room. Some of the charging ports didnt work and the water that came out of the shower was green. 🤢 The pool is pretty good but the one across the street is way better and you can easily get in. Anyway definitely doesnt deserve four star rating

Very good experience we went as a family, me, my wife and my little 2 and a half year old, great staff, warm welcome, very good food, just the downside in the posters at the restaurant for between fish and meat, otherwise something else very correct
