Big hotel with good infrastructure, high level of service and fine cuisine. On the territory there is a beautiful garden with a large swimming pool and sun terraces with loungers and parasols. A wonderful option for the whole family.

Location: 1.5 km from the centre of Santa Susanna, 80 km from Barcelona airport, 100 m from the bus and train stops.
Consists of one 5-storey building.
The hotel has 358 rooms.
Beach: public sandy-pebble beach is 75 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Between the hotel and the beach there is a road, railway. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee. Towels – the Deposit.
On the hotel territory: 1 restaurant, 2 bar, 2 meeting rooms (75 persons), 2 pools (1 indoor – paid, 1 outdoor), elevators, safe Deposit box at reception (extra charge), Internet corner (chargeable)

This is our fourth visit to Florida Park Santa Susanna, the last one being in 2019. While some aspects have improved, others require attention.
Previously, dining outside required a premium, but now the outdoor area has been expanded. If space is available, guests can enjoy breakfast or dinner on the terrace, which we loved as it offers a more pleasant atmosphere with less noise compared to the canteen. Well done, Florida Park!
The swimming pool, bedroom, and hotel areas are always very clean, with rooms consistently cleaned before noon - excellent service!
The food included in the half-board option was acceptable, though it lacked the variety we experienced before 2019.
The treatment of hotel staff by some guests was disrespectful, and it appeared that the staff did not receive the respect they deserved. A noticeable issue was the insufficient number of staff members. During breakfast and dinner, tables often remained unusable as the staff struggled to clear them promptly due to understaffing during peak times.
Compared to our stays in 2013, 2014, and 2019, the animation team seemed less experienced and lacked a clear leader. Additionally, there were fewer activities for teenagers, with more focus on children under 12.
Overall, this hotel is well-located for those seeking an all-inclusive experience, especially families with young children.

Very disappointed in the customer service in this place.
First thing first, people of colour do not book this place, it’s a waste of your hard earned money. People will stare at you and treat you differently to the others, even when you’re asking or doing the same thing.
I would say this hotel is for 50+ they may try and say it’s family friendly but that is just because of the swimming pools outside. If you’re 16 and under you can’t use indoor.. silly? I know right! Plus it’s an additional fee of 15€ each to use indoor pool.
Kids entertainment is mediocre, just 3 early teens in costume trying to make money for the summer… I don’t blame them.
If you’re looking for an upbeat hotel this is not the place for you.
The place is filled with elderly people who will claim to not know English but will out right tell you to “shut your mouth”.
Majority of staff here don’t have customer service, I would say only 5 if that, were welcoming.
Food is ok nothing great, snack bar is ok too.
On website it doesn’t state that it is a pet friendly hotel.. they do allow dogs here and this led me to have an allergic reaction.
Cleaners did not clean room, rubbish from day one in the bin was still there on day 5.
Mould on walls in and outside the building.
Safety is shambles as locals can walk into the hotel at any given time through the back entrance.
Staff can also be very ignorant and rude, they won’t speak to you but use hand gestures with attitude.
The hotel location is amazing and looks good but I will not be returning here.

Fantastic stay, everything was first class. The rooms were really clean and modern. Brilliant view of the pool and sea. Excellent entertainment, plenty of food choices and tasty cakes. Staff really friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend a visit.

We liked the hotel, the food was good. Although on our last day we had to check out on Sunday at 10am. We were told on Saturday that we could have breakfast and lunch for the last day as we missed all the food and drink when we arrived, yet when we checked out they told us we only had breakfast left so we couldn’t have lunch and was not being picked up until 5pm so had to go pay for food so only really got 6 days all inclusive rather than 7 and when questioned they just said speak to your your agency nothing we can do.

When we arrived the checking took over an hour even though we were only sixth in the queue.
Room was lovely food was good.
Room was just left on one day and towels needed replacing.
It was absolutely manic around the pool and at meal times. Children were just running around the restaurant and nearly knocked my hot soup out of my hand. No disability access to spa.
Definitely not a relaxing holiday.

I went to this hotel and stayed for a week. Rooms are clean and the food is good and varied. From the minuses - water in the bathroom had too much chlorine , it smells like water from the swimming pool, no coffee machine or just drinkwater in the room. The coffee in the restaurant is bad , but in the bar is fine. I went to the Spa, and the interior needs a good refreshment ( removing dirt from the glass ceiling and walls, removing cracks and stains on the walls and need to renew a ventilation ), all those aspects disturb during relaxing. I have booked a massage, it was a good massage from Julia (thank you 🙂) but the space where it was given was a minus point. It's a space in the fitness room the walls are very thin ( made from glass )and while you relax you hear people work out what doesn't give a full relaxation. In general it's not a bad hotel. For that price I do recommend it.

The hotel is nice and clean. The hotel staff are kind and helpful. There is a good selection of food for breakfast and dinner, and reasonable prices at the bar. BUT that shouldn't be normal to have teenagers screaming on the balcony and in the hallway, and slamming doors at midnight. We had some sleep between 1-6am after long day trips. It's a shame as we were satisfied with the hotel and would go back again without this circus 🎪

Never had beds changed in the whole seven days we were here and when asked they were very rude and snappy. No entertainment on evenings for children or adults and where it is located nothing around the area to go for dinner or drinks. Beach is very windy and gritty sand nothing there either. Food was average if you like pizza, pizza, salad or meat. Some off the staff were very rude especially on reception!!! Had to pay 10 euros each for out all inclusive arm bands to prove we paid all inclusive and had to pay another 20euro for room service upon arrival so make sure you have plenty of cash as they don’t take card! The bar staff were really friendly and nice which made the holiday bearable. Won’t be staying in this hotel again and will be looking closer to a more lively place next time

Stayed here during 2023 with a group of friends, going back in April for a solo trip and again in September this year,
The hotel offers a good range of rooms and packages to suit all budgets esp the all inclusive.
Entertainment nightly which is well displayed through the hotel, which ranges from good to so so. The pool area is good for the size of the hotel, and well located in the resort.
I booked direct with the hotel, which proved to be easy after a few emails.

One of my new favourite places to visit, the staff could not do enough for you (Shout out to the older gent on the bar and the lovely receptionist, I feel bad I couldn't see their name badges.. they had them I just couldn't see them 😅.) Everyone was so friendly and professional. The food was delicious and had a variety of options. I particularly loved their evening meals. The room was brilliant, a very comfortable bed with one complete mattress and I feel like I need to mention this as a lot of hotels I stayed in that have double beds push two together and put a fitted sheet over the top. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we loved it.
