Big hotel with good infrastructure, high level of service and fine cuisine. On the territory there is a beautiful garden with a large swimming pool and sun terraces with loungers and parasols. A wonderful option for the whole family.

Location: 1.5 km from the centre of Santa Susanna, 80 km from Barcelona airport, 100 m from the bus and train stops.
Consists of one 5-storey building.

Beach: public sandy-pebble beach is 75 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Between the hotel and the beach there is a road, railway. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee. Towels – the Deposit.

Probably one of the best holidays ever. The animation team were incredible. Big shoutout to Sidney, who leaded the team. She’s incredible and truly made our holiday. Bar staff were also lovely and very friendly. Would definitely return!!

Went with my partner and 2 children. Cannot fault anything. Always something to eat at buffet. Big shout out to Sebastian and Sophian the bar men who were great with my daughter they are a credit to the hotel. Already looking at coming back. Thank u

Loved this hotel went all inclusive food was great something for everyone staff very friendly Hotel very clean 5 min walk to grit beach At back hotel 10 min walk to supermarket and on sunday large market there Out front most night will be different markets 10 min stroll to lively part Entertainment in hotel excellent but goes over about 11 then nothing I do think lot french go here Not sure would take young kids and not for young ones unless they want go walk to lively part But to sum up hotel i loved it and will be back next year

We've visited this hotel before ,approximately 8 years ago 1st impressions were that besides a different company running it nothing had changed and we were right. Rooms have been decorated but bathrooms need a complete refit. They look dated and our shower curtain was mouldy. We were on the 5th floor and the room was smaller than rooms on other floors but we still paid the same rate. The dining experience was good but my husband likes a cooked breakfast in the mornings and he found the food cold. The hotel offers good value for money but it's not a 4 star hotel. The staff were unhelpful and not particularly friendly.

Rooms Simple but clean and functional. The bathrooms are equipped with essentials like a hairdryer, shampoo, and shower gel. A fridge is also provided, which is a nice touch. However, the absence of a kettle was noticeable, and the air conditioning could use an upgrade. Additional storage space would also be a welcome improvement. Food We stayed on an All-Inclusive basis and were genuinely impressed by the variety and quality of the food. From fresh soups and salads to live cooking stations, delicious desserts, and a great selection of cheeses, every meal was a highlight. Loved every bite! Location Fantastic location—just steps from the beach and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. The train station is only a 10-minute walk away, offering convenient access to explore the coastline. Overall A wonderful stay in a great location. With a few small improvements, it could be excellent. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are basic not even a kettle or glasses in the room. The beds are rock hard tossed and turned all night and woke up with sore sides. We had to ask for a remote for the tv in our room. The aircon was not up to standard at all would have slept with the balcony door open however we had smokers in the rooms either side of us and the room would end up smelling like smoke. We assumed there would be designated smoking areas and rooms in one section of the hotel for smokers and rooms in another section of the hotel for non smokers like other hotels we have been to but this was not the case.The food was barely warm not great when you have paid for all inclusive. After speaking to other guests they too were not impressed with the food. Fresh juice machines weren't always available in the restaurant. Shame as the staff are lovely and polite. We arrived on the Monday and due to leave the Saturday however we booked an early flight home on the Thursday as the hotel was just not up to standard.

Fantastic holiday, first one abroad with the kids. Nice place, food & drink were great, very spacious place so always somewhere to sit either at a table or a sunbed! Rooms cleaned every single day (thank you Maria Jose). Bar and restaurant staff very friendly people, Jonny at the bar in particular was a great laugh - all were great with us but don’t know all the names. Nice location only a few minutes walk to the beach and maybe 10 minutes to the train station. Perfect for a quieter resort but also to visit surrounding ones. The train journey to Barcelona is around 1 hour 20 minutes and the views all along the coast are stunning . Lastly thank you to the reception staff for being great too, we had a late flight but gave us access to food and drink and showers all day which I thought was great. We will be back for sure at some point. Adios amigos

Personnel, pas accueillant du tout Checkout entre 10 heures et midi. L’accueil vous appelle à 9h30 pour quitter la chambre à 10h. Parking aucune place même pour les personnes en situation d’handicap mais le pire de tout c’est l’accueil du personnel. Je ne recommande pas .

The hotel was basic, no amenities in room such as cups, the fridge was warm. There was old belongings of previous guests in the room such as headphones hair around the tap. I did let reception know straight away she said she will let cleaners know but the cleaners didn't clean it until the next day. The food is hit and miss I wouldn't do all inclusive here, we did half board. Breakfast is OK if you like eggs. I think if it was down as 3 star I wouldn't have minded. The reception staff were lovely and helpful recommending places to eat and things to do. Getting to Botanical Gardens was easy. And train access is less than 10 minutes away. Lovely massage but facilities could do with general upgrade all over the hotel. It was alright for 3 nights but wouldn't stay again. Next time would get a hotel up the coast more to see nice spots of Costa Brava. Also did not have a nice paella whilst in the area. Kings best food place less than 5 minutes away wish we discovered it sooner.

Its very old not renovated hotel1984 stay in time, winter they heating in rooms summer cooling, apparently they are 4 star hotel, but every thing is like museum just don’t touch, beds are very uncomfortable, shower with bath is just dangerous for kids and old people coming in and out, ladies on reception very cold, no answer or they talk only spanish, owner is special case, treating customers and yelling to guests, this hotel is not family friendly, activity for kids 2 pool tables from 1984, working, and swimming pool outside good size, there is nothing else, they have hot tub but kids can not use it’s illegal only 16+, for adults if you stay in hotel we pay 15€ plus 15€ deposit for towel there should be coffee to make look photo, there is water but no cups, floor in front is slippery when is rain same thing around pool, food is ok choice
