From the day one the staffs were amazing both reception and restaurant. They always had a smile on their face and said yes to probably everything we requested which speaks volume about their attitude to go beyond to make customers feel at home and happy. Freddy at the front desk and few all the ladies (don’t know the names) were all amazing. We all loved it ❤️
We got a room in the new part of the hotel and it was brand new and perfect. It was a pleasure to stay there. The hotel territory is huge and nice. Water slides and swimming pools helped us to make our little one busy all day long
Food was quite good, but we found out that food is better on Friday and weekend. During the week it is a little bit more poor.
In the bar you can order a very limited list of cocktails even for money. Cocktails for all inclusive come from the cocktail machine and taste disgusting
Animation is good. There are always some activities in the mini club, or around the swimming pools. In the evening there are also some entertainment.
The only one thing is that you can’t leave your kid in mini club or any other activity if they less than 6 years old. Which is ridiculous. So if go there with kids from 3 to 6 be ready to entertain them by yourself
In general it is a great place. Maybe we will go there once again. not for the full vacation but for weekend absolutely perfect
The two niggles and these are small- the bar in Reception was extremely slow which was frustrating when you only wanted to swap a cup for a card. The other was people queuing and running (yes literally running) to get the best sunbeds when the pool opened at 9. There were a lot of sunbeds but many of them had no view of any pools so not ideal when with children.
Overall a fantastic holiday and would definitely return. The beach was only a 10 min walk away.
One suggestion - maybe start making real cocktails in the bars, not these cocktail-like drinks. That would be awesome. Strawberry daiquiri was horrible.
We all enjoyed it so much last year we booked again for our summer holidays this year and we were not disappointed!
The hotel outside and inside is always kept so well, clean and safe with security working at the front gates. The staff work hard on the grounds to keep the place clean and tidy all day.
Our room was cleaned daily with clean towels and soaps supplied every morning.
We only had breakfast and the bar food but always very nice. Good variety for breakfast. Bar menu basic but kids loved it as a snack/lunch most days.
The pool is brilliant and all the entertainment crew are a great addition to have around organising games for the kids and the adults!
Evening entertainment every night with dancing and karaoke after, my daughter gained so much confidence and got up last year and this year to sing a song on her own!
Special mention to Sergio, he was brilliant with all children and adults throughout our holiday, he made us laugh everyday and brought a great atmosphere to the pool and kids club! Thank you Sergio!!
