We stayed in this hotel in September for 4 days and we absolutely loved it. The hotel is so beautiful and big with lots of pools, sunbeds so no need to run to get one. It was always kept so clean and my nephew loved the slides. The rooms were very modern and spacious - lovely cleaners made the room look spotless everyday. The location is really good with walking distances to the beach and around 15min walk to the towns center! I would recommend this hotel to everyone, and I will definitely go back again!

We stayed here for 3 nights. We planned for a night then extended it to three nights. Newly renovated suite rooms. We were family of 6 including our 4 children. They gave us an additional coat. The pools both indoor and outdoor were amazing with kids activities. Full board recommended as they served amazing food with wide variety of seafood and serves halal chicken as well.
From the day one the staffs were amazing both reception and restaurant. They always had a smile on their face and said yes to probably everything we requested which speaks volume about their attitude to go beyond to make customers feel at home and happy. Freddy at the front desk and few all the ladies (don’t know the names) were all amazing. We all loved it ❤️

The hotel is super close to the bus station.
We got a room in the new part of the hotel and it was brand new and perfect. It was a pleasure to stay there. The hotel territory is huge and nice. Water slides and swimming pools helped us to make our little one busy all day long
Food was quite good, but we found out that food is better on Friday and weekend. During the week it is a little bit more poor.
In the bar you can order a very limited list of cocktails even for money. Cocktails for all inclusive come from the cocktail machine and taste disgusting
Animation is good. There are always some activities in the mini club, or around the swimming pools. In the evening there are also some entertainment.
The only one thing is that you can’t leave your kid in mini club or any other activity if they less than 6 years old. Which is ridiculous. So if go there with kids from 3 to 6 be ready to entertain them by yourself
In general it is a great place. Maybe we will go there once again. not for the full vacation but for weekend absolutely perfect

Absolutely lovely hotel. So clean and well maintained. Really family friendly and excellent service. The All inclusive was excellent with such an array of foods available and the snack bar was an added bonus.
The two niggles and these are small- the bar in Reception was extremely slow which was frustrating when you only wanted to swap a cup for a card. The other was people queuing and running (yes literally running) to get the best sunbeds when the pool opened at 9. There were a lot of sunbeds but many of them had no view of any pools so not ideal when with children.
Overall a fantastic holiday and would definitely return. The beach was only a 10 min walk away.

A great family hotel. Very well maintained in all areas by all members of staff. We were a party of 8 including grandparents & grandchildren. The younger ones had a brilliant time & couldn’t stay out of the pools. The rooms were adequate & comfortable. The only downside was evening meals. Although everything was well cooked & presented it seemed to be a repeat every night. We ate out a few nights because of this. Maybe the hotel should look at doing themed nights, Spanish, Italian etc. Overall I would recommend this hotel to families.

Best place to stay with family and kids in Lloret de Mar. Big comfortable family rooms, multiple pools for all ages. Not luxury but everything is nice. Bar in the lobby works till late night, so it’s easy to step out and have a few drinks after kids are already in bed. Walk to the beach is around 15 minutes. Can’t recommend enough!
One suggestion - maybe start making real cocktails in the bars, not these cocktail-like drinks. That would be awesome. Strawberry daiquiri was horrible.

The Costa Encantada apartments did not disappoint one bit. For a family holiday, it exceeded expectations. There was a great variety of entertainment in the evenings and activities during the day. The hotel has worked hard to maintain a positive family atmosphere around the site. The food was good quality and a really good variety of vegetarian options. The room was clean and spacious, the cleaners also did a good clean everyday, including mopping the floors etc each day. All the hotel staff were consistently very helpful and gave that local knowledge which we really lacked! Likewise, the security is visible and do regular walk arounds and were helpful whenever we had a query. The location for families is great, yes it is not right by the beach but the pool was never full and it was only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. You can easily get a bus into Barcelona centre, taking about 55 minutes, just make sure you book it a couple of days in advance - reception were very helpful with this. It is also only a 15-20 minute walk to water world. Really impressed with the holiday and hotel and would certainly recommend it to others wanting to go.

Just back from our second visit to Costa Encantada apartments.
We all enjoyed it so much last year we booked again for our summer holidays this year and we were not disappointed!
The hotel outside and inside is always kept so well, clean and safe with security working at the front gates. The staff work hard on the grounds to keep the place clean and tidy all day.
Our room was cleaned daily with clean towels and soaps supplied every morning.
We only had breakfast and the bar food but always very nice. Good variety for breakfast. Bar menu basic but kids loved it as a snack/lunch most days.
The pool is brilliant and all the entertainment crew are a great addition to have around organising games for the kids and the adults!
Evening entertainment every night with dancing and karaoke after, my daughter gained so much confidence and got up last year and this year to sing a song on her own!
Special mention to Sergio, he was brilliant with all children and adults throughout our holiday, he made us laugh everyday and brought a great atmosphere to the pool and kids club! Thank you Sergio!!

Aperhotel Costa Encantada is one of the best family hotels we have stayed at. The room was nice and clean and there was plenty of space, we also had a big balcony looking out over the pool. The pool itself was head and shoulders above any other hotel pool I've seen, there was a big kids pool which was more like a mini water park. The daytime entertainment staff worked really hard and created a nice atmosphere around the place. The restaurant was nice and the food was very good quality, it got busy at times but you have to expect that at buffet style restaurants.
The evening entertainment was also excellent with different shows on each of the 14 nights.
The reception staff were very friendly and did everything they could to help. They even opened the restaurant at 6am on our leaving day to allow us to get some breakfast.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The best Aparthotel in all of Spain. The entire place is of a very high standard with exceptional customer service from reception and the manager. Great location with plenty of everything around and the 10 minute slow stroll to the beach has plenty of places to eat, drink and shop on the way.
