Caprici Beach Hotel & Spa

Everything about this hotel and view was phenomenal and everything as advertised. Unfortunately there needs to be better communication from staff to guests. We understood there was a fire a few days before we had our arrival and that did not impact us at all, but we had water running out of the light socket in our bathroom that dropped and ran onto you if you had to use the toilet. We notified the front desk about it and they wanted to “just check it in the morning”. We refused so a bucket was brought up and towels to resolve the disruption. Unacceptable. We also paid for the free breakfast and as we went to find it we had not direction given to us so we went for eh outside cabana that has drinks and food and ordered breakfast. Unfortunately that was not the “free” breakfast we paid for and had to pay an additional amount. Just more communication between staff and resident would have been nice. The hotel and view were amazing and I definitely loved it but there were certain parts of our stay that could have been done differently from the staff.
