Good place, calm vibe. By mistake we booked only for one person and I just wish the staff were more compreensive about that. We ended up paying almoust double the online price because for the hotel refused to cancel our stay so we could book again for 2 people. Perfect beach just 5 minuts from the hotel!

I was very nicely surprised starting from checking in. The staff is just amazing, very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned and towels changed everyday, air condition worked perfectly. Stayed for 4 nights in October on all inclusive. Decent variety of food but with limited options, especially if you are vegetarian. All drinks branded and fab cocktails, fresh juice at breakfast. I and my family are eating here every night. We cannot praise the quality of the meals enough they are fantastic and there is a huge selection for every course. Nice hotel on the bay in a quiet, cozy Cala Doré. The entrance to the sea is gentle, so it is popular with families with children. There is a kids club. Excellent food for a 3 star. Evening shows are held every day, though not in Russian. For those who know a little English, this will not be a hindrance. The rooms are basic and a bit worn. Parking is paid.

What a quaint little hotel, away from the centre of Cala d'Or, we would never have found this if our friends hadn't taken us there. Owners are a lovely couple. Spent a lovely evening there and will definitely be returning next year.

Alex is a great host and has an unrivalled knowledge of cocktails, especially their alcohol content. Just be aware that these are VERY strong compared to UK versions. 2 x Zombie cocktails and you will have problems leaving without assistance walking! Great work Alex, keep it up!

They clean your room every day, excellent location, you can always find somewhere to park nearby, lots of restaurants, markets and shops around and you have two beaches super close to the hostel, and a very good atmosphere. The only thing is that the A/C doesn't cool much and we had to open the balcony.

The hostal was perfectly located in Cala D’Or. The room was decent and clean, but the sheets and towels need an update since some of them were torn and had holes. We had everyday room service with new towels, paper and shower gel. Also upon check in we got beach towels and an umbrella to use during the stay for free which was a pleasant surprise. Apartment is good in size but missing a few basic utensils like kitchen towel, microwave and freezer. There is no oven also. The internet wasn't working over our stay. And the service was not good... there were no toilet paper and they told us it's the way they do it.. but in the end brought some over.

On reading the negative reviews, we were apprehensive - however the reviews do not reflect our lovely experience at this hotel. The rooms are basic and the air-con system definitely needs attention. However, the hotel is clean, staff and helpful and friendly and the pools and pool areas...

The truth is that for the price we paid for the all-inclusive package, we couldn't ask for more. The food was fine, perhaps lacking in variety, but we didn't complain. The staff was excellent. What I didn't like was that it was infernally hot on the island and they didn't have air conditioning in the facilities where the staff was working (the dining room air conditioning was turned off at 3:00 PM...

The whole experience was excellent. All staff were great and efficient. Great quality food and drinks, particularly considering quality cost ratio. All common areas, and room continuously being cleaned. Definitely a place I would like to repeat next year.

Food quality and selection is amazing, staff are lovely, clean and spacious rooms set in beautiful surroundings. Absolutely wonderful little hotel.

You get what you pay for. La mirada provides a great deal for a great price. It’s true that the place is slightly run down and that the food is average but it’s all according to the price. We had a great time with the family. The kids were well entertained the whole time! And entertained kids are happy parents. You don’t go hungry or thirsty with free snacks and drinks (inc beers and G&T) available...

Just back from a weeks all inclusive with my wife & 2 boys aged 11 & 12. Had a great time, staff were very pleasant (working hard), food was lovely & good variety, lovely pool and adequate apartment. Really close to the beach & shops in a lovely area. Would go back without a doubt.
