Hotel d'Or

Great budget hotel. Nice facilities like pool and ping pong tables etc. Buffet breakfast was good lots to choose from. Rooms were okay for price. Lots of beaches in walking distance and lots of food places to choose from each night. Nice little balcony/terrace for each room. Only down side we booked a double bed and it was 2 singles pushed together with separate single duvets which wasn't great. And walls quite thin.

I would love to come back here, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrived around 1:00 on the morning we each had our individual rooms because the rooms are very affordable and comfortable, keep up the good work Hotel D'Or

This is our third time here. Small hotel with wonderful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Lovely restaurant. Pool fabulous with nice bar serving drinks snacks and ice cream. Ideally situated in Cala d'Or just a short walk to the beach and such a huge choice of restaurants. Will be coming back again.

Friendly staff. Lovely location. Not far, from nightlife, beach, and harbour. But a very relaxed and quiet atmosphere .

Would definitely stay here again! We were looking for somewhere safe, clean and convenient for our latest trip to Mallorca as we were only there for 3 nights and wanted to cram in as much as possible! This hotel is exactly what we wanted, the room was clean, quiet and spacious. Location was perfect, within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants and beaches. We had read previous reviews (and took a few with a pinch of salt - everyone is different!) and were so pleased we booked. We were in the standard room so I’m sure the more expensive rooms were brilliant too. There’s a safe in the room that we didn’t have to pay any fees to use which isn’t always a given when staying in hotels so that was great. There wasn’t much choice in English channels on TV (BBC2 and Channel4) but we weren’t there to watch TV, although would have been nice to watch some of the news when getting ready for breakfast. The Netflix/prime didn’t work either. I can’t comment on food or drinks there because we didn’t have any from the hotel but there is a spar directly opposite which was extremely handy. We also hired a car and were able to park on the free street parking bays just next to the spar. Fresh towels everyday and one day we needed a couple of extra spare ones and it was no issue when asking at reception.

The location of this hotel gives you easy access to all the local beaches and the marina or simply relax by the pool. There are plenty of restaurants all within walking distance and a spar shop across the road for all the essentials. The buffet breakfast is delightful and all the staff were welcoming and friendly.

Great service from all hotel staff and good location. We were on the top floor( room 521) and the only downside was that the balcony wasn't covered. All in all a great holiday.

Here is my true review of what I thought. Yes a lovely little hotel. Very clean. Very relaxed. The girls behind the bar worked their socks off and always Very helpful. Had a very relaxed holiday. Bathroom was clean, beds done everyday and towels changed. I will be going back again. Now 2 things. Please can you get more channels on tv. I know you don't go on holiday to watch TV, but BBC2 is the only English channel (not the best) And would be great if you had some sort of drying rack on balcony. Thanks for a great holiday.

I had a lovely time and the staff were super friendly! Breakfast had everything you could want for only 5 euro more. I love it and the location was awesome.

Only downside was no kettle in my room which I found a bit weird for the price I paid, so I kept going to the bar for hot water (which they never charged me for)

All in all I will be back
