We are currently staying at this hotel and are very satisfied. the hotel is suitable for families and is designed for children. I do not advise people without children to visit it because there are children everywhere. for a 4 star hotel it is excellent. the food is excellent and there is a lot of choice. the employees are very friendly. the rooms are modern and clean. swimming pools are great fun for children.

Overall, we liked the hotel. It is not super luxurious, more of a mid-range level, but still quite decent. The food is good, the rooms are clean, the territory is cozy, and there are many children around, creating a very friendly and family-oriented atmosphere.
However, there are some downsides:
- The hotel needs renovation; the plumbing is old.
- There is no elevator, so if your room is on a higher floor, like ours on the third floor, you will have to carry your luggage by hand.
- The biggest downside is the salty water from the tap.
Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay.

Definately a hotel that aims to please families with young children. Lots of children! Pool was pretty good and slopes off to 2.20m! I was only here for 4 days. To be honest, don't stay here for peace and quiet.

We really liked this hotel, the staff is top notch, the attitude of the staff is better than in a five-star hotel ☺️☺️👏 at the reception they will always help, give advice, without gloating, the coolest people work there ☺️ the bartenders are also great 👍 the room is cleaned every day, always clean towels, the beds are made perfectly! The rooms are very modern, with a terrace and tables) the children's animation is also super 🙂 there were no minuses at all for 10 days, we are very grateful to all the hotel workers for a great holiday 🤩You found amazing workers 👍👍👍

No towels for the pool/beach, you have to bring it yourself. No shampoo and other accessories in the bathroom. Food is limited, you can’t use drinks for dinner (half board). Germans everywhere, it’s a pure enjoyment listening german language… I don’t recommend it at all!

We had a very nice October stay half board.
Warm and pleasant weather
Staff were helpful and friendly
The room was small but perfectly OK, we got a very good deal so I reckon it was really good value
The water park was great
Quiet location which we like, not far from shops
You can't drink the tap water anywhere in this area so we bought bottled water and pop from the spa.
Water only available free for half board, but we knew this so no problem.

We typically dine later in the evening and arrived at the restaurant around 8:45 PM. To our surprise, we were not allowed to sit down inside and were instead asked to go outside, where children were playing loudly. So we needed to pick the food in a hurry and it is not norman.
We had spent over 1300 euros to stay here and expected a more respectful and considerate treatment.
It was extremely disappointing to be kicked out 20 minutes before closing time, especially considering the substantial amount we had invested in our stay.

I recommend it to anyone dreaming of a family vacation. In this hotel you will find everything you need. Food very good, 3 times a day plus snacks between meals. The service was very nice, especially the lady at the reception, I'm not sure, I think her name was Maria. A wonderful woman with a big heart, always helpful. Overall, the hotel is old, you can see it everywhere. The rooms were cleaned daily but not thoroughly in my opinion. The children's pool is really great. There are shops and restaurants near the hotel.
The bay is literally meters away from the hotel. I recommend!

It did exactly what it said on the tin !!
Rooms were basic but cleaned everyday.
Pools were great(and reasonable temperature) kids pool was loved by my daughter.
Food was okay, we always found something to eat, from pasta to rice and from fish to meat, also a good cold selection.
Only negatives were the poor entertainment and possibly a bit of a touch up in some areas.
Good access to the beach and local shops/ restaurants.
Staff were very helpful.
As some reviews have mentioned, there are a lot of Germans, but also some French,Spanish,Polish and we met a LOT of English families.

Overall this is a 3 star hotel at a very reasonable price. Perfect for families with small children. Clean, decent food and located at a very beautiful area.

Rooms were just OK. I can usually sleep anywhere but these beds were very hard and uncomfortable. There was only salt water from the tap and shower and there was no shampoo or conditioner. The TV had some poor reception and stopped working at times. However, the rooms were very clean and if you don't spend too much time there, you'll be alright.
