Hotel Gardens

We had a great stay, the kids loved the pool and the kids club. The staff at the kids club were fantastic. Perfectly located right next to Cala Egos. My only criticism is that the air conditioning wasn’t particularly effective so it still quite warm in the rooms overnight.

We stayed at Calimera Fido Gardens for 3 nights on 11th- 13th July 2025. Very family friendly Hotel for Irish families,staff extremely helpful,with lots of activities for kids including tennis courts, swimming,a beautiful beach nearby. Food & variety was excellent! Just returned from this hotel. Staying the first week of July. Location great 3min walk to the beach. Small cove with great snorkelling and swimming. Shops, restaurants and a small theme park near by too. Rooms are a good size with storage, bathrooms also ample, however standard rooms come with a bath with an overhead shower. Food is great, the best all inclusive we have had in a long time. Plenty of choice, meats and fish, and the best desserts! Actual cakes rather than just the usual cream fully ones you get everywhere in Spain. Good selection of drinks. Staff are brilliant, from the animation team performing the kids club and mini disco. To the cleaners and the hard working bar staff and chefs. Special thanks to Angel Migel on reception who assisted us when we needed to change rooms. The pools are big with plenty of space (salt water). Minimal issues getting a good sun lounger spot. The splash park is also great being onsite and is a big size The down side that let down the holiday for us mainly was the very weak air conditioning all over the complex but especially the rooms. It barely kept the room cool and you could hardly feel any blow from the vents despite altering the control box. The hotel REALLY needs to invest some money here, not just for the clients but for the staff also! We also found the salt water in the room showers an issue for our little girls hair making it extremely dry and knotty - but this is a personal issue that might not be experienced by all. There’s not many places we would revisit but this is definitely on the maybe list for the future. Many thanks Fido gardens!

I came 18th June , arrive late and were helped to our room. Lovely sized rooms cleaned and clean towels daily. The check in staff the bar staff the restaurant staff and the entertainment staff and the friendliest kindest people I have come across. They made me and my 2 little girls stay here amazing. The food is the best all inclusive food I have had, cocktails and wine and beer all very nice and the spirits too. The evening shows and entertainment was very good. The grounds are clean and tidy pool area also clean and tidy. Water park is lovely with bar and snacks and toilet next to it too. I would highly recommend and would definitely return here. Thankyou for an amazing time you all work so hard and it is a beautiful place to stay.

I went with my husband. We had a great time. The staff was very friendly. The food was varied and high-quality. I highly recommend the all-inclusive package.

Excellent hotel. Nice family centred hotel. Well run. Went half board and the food was excellent. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend👍

What a beautiful hotel.. I have never before stayed in a 3* hotel but my partner and I booked this cheap last minute and WOW did we get value for money.... As the title says a fantastic holiday.... The weather was lovely.... Location perfect for us.... Nice and quiet but enough shops to keep us busy aswel as a Thursday evening market which was great! The real gem though was the hotel.... •All the rooms have just been refurbished and they are lovely.... And the bathroom was huge! •The food was beautiful.... Steak most nights, Parma ham, smoked salmon... YUM! •The pools are gorgeous but freezing.... But in the hot sun they cool you down ... Sun loungers weren't the comfiest but nothing a lilo couldn't fix and definitely didn't spoil the holiday!! (No fighting for sunbeds - but hotel was half full) •The only thing that needs a lil work would be the entertainment.... We weren't peak season but there was nothing. Not even music in the evening. Overall fantastic value for money.... And a very happy couple !! We will hopefully book again next year if the price is right... Absolute bargain!!

Mostly a place with Germans, Some English. Nice place for families. The food is good mostly what you can get in an ordinary European restaurant. A good effort for entertainment through the day. The staff is very nice and warm people. Nice pools Many shopping abilities 400 meter from the hotel. Really nice for rent boats in the harbour. Lagunas for a swim. And a cool beach a little walk away.

Just got back from Fido Gardens. We are a family of three and spent 10 nights here all inclusive. All the staff were friendly, helpful and were always smiling. We got assistance to our room by the front of house staff who checked us in, which was a nice touch. The food was plentiful and had a varied selection. The all round entertainment was fantastic as well especially the evening entertainment program. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were perfectly adequate for our needs. We had some friends who were staying nearby and they came over to visit for a day. It cost €40 an adult and €20 for children, this gave them access from 1000-1800 and with all the same all inclusive access we had. I thought this was good value. Would we stay there again most definitely. Also the hotel is on the tourist road train route and also close to a taxi rank and local bus stop. The local shops and bars are only a few minutes walk from the hotel as is the beach

We have had a lovely trip staff are friendly and rooms are good. Nice balcony overlooking pools there r 3 in total may is quite so kots of sunbeds.we were half board lots of food choices fabulous kids play pool at back of hotel great slides. Shops n transport close by to take day trips to Marina n cala d or center Would return x
