MarSenses Ferrera Blanca Hotel

The room was good and cleaned every day. The swimming pool area was kids- and family-friendly. It was a great place for children and families, with a variety of interesting entertainment programs. I would recommend it to families with children.

The hotel atmosphere was very positive. On the last day, which was my partner’s birthday, the hotel team surprised us. While we were in the room, they brought a cake and champagne to help us celebrate her birthday.
Honestly I am very happy to chose this hotel .

Could not say anything negative about this excellent hotel. Lovely food, lovely staff. Electric car charger on site and a perfect location. Three beaches very close and a five minute stroll to the Centre. Brilliant kids area which some hotels in the vicinity are lacking. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

We had a very nice stay overall. The hotel offers good service and is located in a picturesque area, right next to a lovely small bay and within walking distance of two other beautiful bays. The only thing that could really be improved is the room cleaning, for some reason our room wasn’t cleaned for four days, and afterwards they only changed the towels without properly sweeping the floor. Still, the overall experience was positive: the staff were friendly and the food was excellent.

Having just returned from our sixth visit, I can confidently say that this hotel continues to exceed our expectations. The property is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and impressively spacious, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere.
The dining experience is good, with a wide variety of options available each day and enjoyable themed evenings — the Mexican and American nights were particular highlights.
What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the outstanding staff. Our holiday simply wouldn’t be the same without the warmth and professionalism of George, Aline, Diego, Lorena, Paige, Nacho, and Armand — though every member of the team is consistently friendly, courteous, and attentive. It’s impossible to walk through the hotel without being greeted with a smile or a hello.
The entertainment team deserves special recognition. They are not only incredibly welcoming but also exceptionally talented at what they do. Guests should definitely take part in the activities they run throughout the day and make time for the evening shows. We especially enjoyed the quizzes, Searching for Light, and of course, the unforgettable parties.
Another thoughtful touch is the guest experience manager, who regularly checks in with guests to ensure everything is perfect — a small gesture that makes a big difference.
If there is one drawback, it comes not from the hotel itself but from a handful of inconsiderate guests who reserved sunbeds by leaving towels on them as early as midnight. While this was frustrating, it was reassuring to see the staff step in to address the situation, and by the second week of our stay, the problem had been resolved.
Overall, this hotel continues to deliver outstanding hospitality, and it is easy to see why we return year after year. Without hesitation, I would recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and relaxing holiday.

Just returned home after our third stay at Mar Senses Ferrera Blanca. This hotel never disappoints. Apart from the beautiful hotel, beach and location the staff are truly out of this world and customer satisfaction is second to none. The animation team as always were outstanding, the bar and restaurant staff amazing and always go that extra mile with friendliness, professionalim and just generally want visitors to have a first class experience. We visited with my dad who is in his 80's and nothing was too much trouble. Big shout out for Aline who checked in with us frequently to ensure everything was to expectations, which as usual it was. Love this hotel, the staff and everything about it and would always recommend. Thank you once again for your outstanding customer service.

Entertainment is amazing all the sensi crew are incredible especially Armand ! All staff and bar staff are super friendly ! Such a lovely place to be ! This is our third year visiting here the kids love it ! Amazing location… is close to the sea and to the restaurants

Visited June 2025. Rooms are very good. Staff are excellent and helpful especially Aline the customer service manager. Food was disappointing as couldn’t always find something Location is not really suitable for those with limited mobility as very hilly I would go back again but only on bed and breakfast option if available

I just left the hotel. Had an amazing experience. Aline was so lovely with me always helpfull and happy to help! She îs trully an asset to the hotel! Amazing place! Absolutly loved it!

Family time at this hotel was special. Cant wait to re visit in the future. Food excellent, general ambiance relaxing. Stall friendly. Lovely stay. What more could you ask for.

The very best part of our stay were the amazing staff, especially the Guest Experience Manager, Ailine was quite frankly worth her weight in gold, such an outstanding and incredible woman who went above and beyond for us and for the other guests as well. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were great, apart from the air conditioning, however they fixed this within 40 minutes of us bringing this to Ailine’s attention. The pool was fantastic, the breakfasts were amazing but the evening meals were very hit and miss with times where the choice was poor. That being said, again Ailine went into the kitchen to ask the chef to make me something I would eat and they made this for me. There are a lot of steps and steep ramps around the hotel, so not ideal for anyone with limited mobility. We had an amazing holiday and made lots of new friends too ❤️
