Fantastic hotel and staff, they really can't do enough for you. Added bonus that its in a great location.
Never been one for visiting the same hotel more than once, but the thing that separates this hotel from the rest is the amazing day and night entertainment workers. All amazing, especially Armand, Nacho and the boss DIEGO (what a fantastic person)
I can't speak highly enough of these guys and the rest of their team.
The amount of kids activities they do gives the parents a much needed break.
Plus the added activities for adults (also a break from kids haha) is the best I have experienced and is the reason we will be 100% booking again.
Thanks for a great time and we will hopefully see you all soon in the future ❤️

We have a fantastic time for our holiday. Food is great, the staff were absolutely fantastic.. pool staff are brilliant helped us alot. Entertainment was fun... they get you up and involved..

We recently stayed at Mar Senses Ferrera Blanca and had an unforgettable experience, largely thanks to the incredible animation team. They truly went above and beyond to ensure every guest had a fantastic time. The shows they put on were nothing short of amazing, with high energy, great choreography (thanks to Lorena) and engaging performances that captivated both kids and adults alike. We loved the White Party, Bust a Move & Battle of the Generations.
The activities for children were particularly impressive. My kids were constantly entertained with creative games, fun crafts, and interactive activities. The team was excellent at keeping the little ones happy and busy, allowing us parents some much-needed relaxation time.
Adults weren't left out either. The adult games and activities were a blast, providing a perfect mix of fun and friendly competition. Whether it was a poolside game, a beach volleyball match, or a themed evening event, there was always something enjoyable to participate in.
Special mention goes to Diego, Lorena, Armand, Paige, Nacho and the rest of the team. Their enthusiasm, friendliness, and dedication were evident in everything they did. They made sure everyone felt included and had a great time. Each of them brought their unique flair and talent, contributing to the overall fantastic atmosphere.

Myself, my partner and my little boy have just finished our holiday here and it was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The hotel staff are so attentive and polite and when we checked in the two receptionists were extremely helpful.
The hotel apartment was clean and had everything you needed.
The hotel is in an ideal location and not even a 5 minute walk to the town centre and local beach.
The best part of the hotel has to be the entertainment team. Every single one of them are brilliant and made being around the pool even more enjoyable with their games, friendliness and banter. A special mention to Armand and Nacho who we got on with great and made our last day so memorable. Considering they all work 13 hour days they make each day special for the guests which is exactly what you want on holiday.
Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic family hotel. Excellent location.
Lovely rooms, although we had booked 3 bed apartment, as we have 3 children. According to the website and travel agent, 2 doubles and 1 twin. Unfortunately 3 doubles, the hotel did investigate other options, however none were available at the time we stayed.
All staff were polite, happy and helpful. The kids/entertainment staff were amazing, our youngest who is very shy took part in every activity on offer!
Food was brilliant a good choice on offer for all meals, drinks were great too. We had never tried all inclusive but we certainly do so again.

From check in to check out this place was amazing the staff were all so friendly and helpful and the only issue I had was when my safe didn’t open and the technicians were at my room before I was they were so prompt. The pools were all so nice and everywhere was spotless. There was always a good choice of food and the entertainment was also really good not just at night but throughout the day.

Excellent Hotel, very clean, with the kindest and most helpful staff, that make your stay incredible.
Staff are always smiling and cant do enough for you. Whether its George and Aline on reception, to the staff at the pool bar and snack counter, to the restaurant and bar staff.
Only for the Jewels in the crown to be the six amination team, Alisha and her children's club, Nanu and his activities , Lorena and her dance shows, Paige with her Singing shows that you would pay to see and your getting for free, with the superstars Nacho and his activities and mini disco and the king of the quiz Diego. I truly feel like I've been spoilt. Thank You

We have just returned from a weeks stay at Marsenses Ferrera Blanca and would highly recommend this hotel to families or couples. From the moment we arrived the staff were so welcoming, happy and nothing was too much to ask, a special call out to Aline & George from reception who were amazing. The rooms were newly decorated so everything was fresh and clean. There was a kids pool which catered for babies to older kids and a great snack bar and kids playground. We were fortunate to arrive when it was quiet and so there was plenty of sunbeds every day. The hotel is ideally situated next to a stunning beach which we went to most mornings and then spent the rest of the day at the hotel. The all inclusive food and drinks was to a great standard with plenty of choice for everyone, again the cleanliness was superb. Last but not least the entertainment team were amazing! Armand & Nacho plus the girls were super fun to be around, they kept the kids and the adults entertained and had such a happy vibe about them. The shows were great. I can honestly not give any negatives.. if I had to pick there was only one tiny thing and thats the shower gel/hand wash dispensers in the room could be improved but thats it! Nothing else.. We will definitely be returning, we may even try the adults only one for a trip for the mums! Thank you Marsenses team, we had the best holiday and the kids did not want to leave!

Just arrived home from a brilliant week at MarSenses. Two families staying here & I absolutely cannot fault the hotel. Suites were spacious & clean. Great facilities, amazing food & drink, brilliant location. One thing that stands out are the staff. Everyone from the maids to the bar staff are friendly & courteous. Reception staff are all very helpful & happy. Great variety of evening entertainment provided & each night had a different food theme in the restaurant, we were particular fans of Asian night. Lifeguards stationed at every pool & even on the beach. This hotel is definitely family oriented, our kids all had a great time & even joined in with some of the activities. I would highly recommend staying here, we didn't want to leave

We visited this hotel with my 3 children and husband in July 2023. We had a very bad experience. Firstly, our room with very damp and smelt of condensation leaving the bedding cold and a very bad smell left in the apartment. Also, the balcony we couldn’t use because it was never cleaned even we had asked room service to come and clear it away. We also asked for someone to come and sort the TV and they never turned up.
On the second night my son had a very bad accident resulting in him falling on a metal parasol stand that was left out in the kids corner outside near the pool table. This wasn’t seen at all because it was a dark corner. As a result it has now scarred his face on the evening of this accident. We rushed to reception to ask for a first aid there was nobody there and they gave us a first aid box. Luckily, in the first aid box, there was sterile strips, so we was able to use those and managed to settle our two-year-old down when taking the first aid box back. They didn’t even ask if everything was okay. In the morning, I made the decision to ask where the local hospital or a doctor would be after speaking to the receptionist. He told me that we would be charged for a doctor callout and then charged for however many hours he was there. We will have to deal with this situation and no help was given whatsoever which is very worrying as this is a family hotel and God forbid. If something very bad was going to happen in the future. I would really consider when picking this hotel as we will not be coming back.
As a result of this instant, it has now left scar on my son’s face, which will forever remind us of the tragic accident and the poor service we got from this hotel.
