MarSenses Ferrera Blanca Hotel

Entertainment is amazing all the sensi crew are incredible especially Armand ! All staff and bar staff are super friendly ! Such a lovely place to be ! This is our third year visiting here the kids love it ! Amazing location… is close to the sea and to the restaurants

Visited June 2025. Rooms are very good. Staff are excellent and helpful especially Aline the customer service manager. Food was disappointing as couldn’t always find something Location is not really suitable for those with limited mobility as very hilly I would go back again but only on bed and breakfast option if available

I just left the hotel. Had an amazing experience. Aline was so lovely with me always helpfull and happy to help! She îs trully an asset to the hotel! Amazing place! Absolutly loved it!

Family time at this hotel was special. Cant wait to re visit in the future. Food excellent, general ambiance relaxing. Stall friendly. Lovely stay. What more could you ask for.

The very best part of our stay were the amazing staff, especially the Guest Experience Manager, Ailine was quite frankly worth her weight in gold, such an outstanding and incredible woman who went above and beyond for us and for the other guests as well. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were great, apart from the air conditioning, however they fixed this within 40 minutes of us bringing this to Ailine’s attention. The pool was fantastic, the breakfasts were amazing but the evening meals were very hit and miss with times where the choice was poor. That being said, again Ailine went into the kitchen to ask the chef to make me something I would eat and they made this for me. There are a lot of steps and steep ramps around the hotel, so not ideal for anyone with limited mobility. We had an amazing holiday and made lots of new friends too ❤️

A well located hotel that caters for your needs. The pool area was quite cramped but saying that we preferred to use the wonderful public beach which is easily accessible from the hotel directly onto the back area of the beach, and pay €17 a day sun bed fee. That’s two beds, parasol and safe. Well located to walk to all the main attractions of Cala D’Or although a €7 taxi will take you directly from the hotel to the marina. The hotel buffet breakfast had an additional menu choice of freshly cooked food and the evening meals offering two freshly cooked alternatives that changed daily. Can’t tank the staff enough especially Jorge,Peter, Saray, Mariana, Martin and Dahanng who made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

We arrived a little later than we expected and were given a room which felt like it was the 'last' room available. The shower didn't work well, broken glass tumbler in the room and the couch on the balcony was broken and devoid of cushions. We reported these issues and they were rectified straight away. We later spoke to Aline (Customer Relations) & Barbara (Manager) who arranged for us to move to another room which was a great improvement, although the layout etc was the same, it felt better. Both Aline & Barbara couldn't have been more helpful and were really pleasant, friendly ladies. The food in the hotel was good with plenty of choice. Staff in the dining room were great. Good pool area, plenty of sun loungers & umbrellas. The beach is a couple of hundred yards away. Good location within the resort. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional Entertainment/animation team here at Ferrera Blanca. Diego and every single of the team here are so welcoming & a great crack to be around. They are the reason we have returned for the second time. The food is very varied across breakfast, lunch & dinner. We enjoyed a variety & we were here for 2 weeks and still very much enjoyed. We love this hotel

We stayed at Mar Senses September 2024 and we want to come back as soon as possible. There were so many positives about our stay at Mar Senses. The food was brilliant and fresh every day with a variety of options that changed daily. We required a strict Celiac Diet and each day we were shown a variety of gluten free options. We were offered gluten free bread and gluten free chips for each meal. Special gluten free deserts were also prepared. Another member of our party is vegetarian and there were plenty of fresh food options each day.
Every staff member was helpful, professional and made our stay enjoyable. Everyone we encountered seemed to enjoy working at Mars Senses from the restaurant staff, lifeguards, bar staff, entertainment, cleaning, and front desk. We remarked on a few occasions how happy the staff seem. The resort was also always extremely clean. The beach was a pleasant few minutes stroll away. There are many little coves to explore nearby. The area surrounding Mars Senses is also clean and very family friendly. The area felt very safe.
On our last day we discovered our return flights were cancelled. The front desk staff were very supportive and found us a room for the night and helped us while we resolved our flights. The front desk staff also made sure our return transportation was adjusted as well. Thanks George for your professionalism and your sense of humour for making a stressful situation enjoyable. You are a star. We will definitely be returning very soon! Thank you!
