Lovely family hotel located right next to the beach. The place is really relaxing and the beach is close. I would def recommend it for. family with children. Most of the guests were Germans ( 80%). Giving it 4 stars as we had to pay for soft drinks ( juice, water, tea) at dinner even with half board reservation. Please provide normal still water not just with gas

Excellent hotel. 200-250 meters to the sandy beach sa coma. Three swimming pools, one of them for children. Not far from the hotel, between the beaches of sa coma and cala millor there is a peninsula covered with a pine forest with some kind of old fort in the middle. You can have a great half day.

Have a great holiday with children. Toys, a club, swings, the sea nearby, a bunch of swimming pools, cool animation, a town, a disco. A dream for kids))

I really liked it, delicious and varied food, polite staff, the area was clean, the room was well cleaned. All sorts of shops are almost nearby, in the evening, sitting on the balcony, you can hear the sounds of the surf, the sea and palm trees are very beautiful)))

Stale air in the room, worn-out mattress, furniture with curled edges, moldy bathroom. (does not deserve 4 stars) The hotel's grounds are divided by a main road. It advertises as child-friendly, but there is only one pool for kids (which they showcase in all their ads). Industrial-scale catering operates throughout the day, yet thanks to the efficient staff, everything runs smoothly and quickly. The menu repeats weekly, but it caters to all tastes. Despite its industrial nature, you can find surprisingly delicious dishes. Speaking of security - it's terrible! Everything is left wide open; there are no cameras or security guards, so someone tried to break in to our apartment. We notified the management verbally and in writing,but they haven't responded. :( :( :(

We are currently here, booked it for 10 nights through jet2.
The location is amazing, right next to the beach, close to shops and town. Pools are clean but extremely busy.
Bars are good, plenty of options and the ice cream is very delicious.
On the negatives. Entertainment is horrible. Kids entertainment is not enjoyable at all, cant understand a thing..
The food are extremely poor and repetitive. Very very busy and not enough food for everyone. No gluten free option at all, we had to ask and weight a long time to get it, which is not easy with a 3 yr old..
Reception staff are rude at times...
Kids club is ok , very friendly staff in the kids club, our little girl enjoying it.
All in all i think its a 3 star hotel not 4 as they say it.

AC controlled by management who decided it was hot enough to need it. The manger was rude and dismissive when we asked for it to be turned on. The be honest the offer of an in room fan alongside some basic customer service would have probably avoided this one star review. Very disappointed as otherwise a good hotel with fantastic children's facilities.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The food was great, there was lots to do for kids, and the beach was right there. Staff was very friendly and skilled. It was impressive how effortlessly they switched between speaking different languages. Overall a great experience.

It is very suitable for families with little children. There is nonstop food in the hotel. The food was good. The access to sea was very easy.. there were plenty of pool options to go. The kids club was active and they were a smiley team.
The rooms were designed in a way where they all had a view of the sea. The balconies were very nice too. Large and nice view.
