Fabulous holiday. Great staff and kids team.
Good quality food and range in the evening.
My only negative comment is due to the reservation of the sunbeds, people putting their towels out at 6 to 630am!
Not sure what the answer is but in peak times you either have to join them or know that you'll be on the grass or at the seated area by the pool bar.

Fantastic hotel, room was cleaned every day and was a great size we got a junior suite. Food was really good with a huge choice, lots of bars and access to snacks all day. The main pool was brilliant, large with activities such as aquafit and fun things for the children.
The employees were friendly and helpful and happy to help us when we needed them. Fantastic views and right next to the beach.
I would definitely return to this hotel and recommend to others.

I think this hotel is excellent. The staff are fantastic and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are cleaned very well every day. The food varies each night which is good and I think as far as buffet style dining goes this hotel is doing a very good job. No complaints at all really. The town is quite local and has a few bars and restaurants dotted about if you fancy a change of scene.

We had a lovely one week stay at Alua Calas. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful sea view. The bar staff and cocktails were great, including different cocktails of the day throughout our stay. There was a varied selection of food throughout the day, with Mexican food night being a highlight. There was also a brilliant mixture of entertainment. We thoroughly enjoyed the Hooligans entertainment in particular! Close to local shops and a 5-10 mins mostly flat walk to multiple beautiful beaches. Very enjoyable stay! Would highly recommend.

All inclusive for a 5-day getaway. Room basic but clean.
Food OK but very samey.
The location is not bad. The hotel is situated on the side of a rugged cliff, with two small beaches, a 15-minute walk on either side.
And a purpose built tourist town about a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
Don't expect any culture from this part of the island. It is definitely geared for the visiting masses.

Oh my goodness, what a fabulous hotel. My first all inclusive experience and it exceeded my expectations.

Special mention has to go to the staff, especially Letty, the wonderful entertainments girl. She works so hard morning afternoon evening and night, with such enthusiasm and energy. She's an asset to the hotel and made my stay extra special.

The pools are beautiful and spotless, with ample sunbeds and shady areas if needed. Normally I like to explore every day but was very happy to stay at the resort more this time as it's full of different areas to lounge, eat, read or just laze away a few hours.

The housekeeping staff keep the rooms spotless and tidy - thank you to them.

The staff are very good at this hotel and work hard with smiles on their faces for everyone. Food and drink was available almost all day and night which was fresh, flavoursome and plentiful. The entertainment crew were amazing. Letizia especially was great fun and encouraged everyone to participate in all the various activities. We enjoyed her morning yoga classes and water aerobics especially. She has an amazing energy and is a credit to the hotel. Rooms are large, airy and clean as are the balconies. Evening entertainment varied but some nights were spectacular with great bands and acts performing for a few hours from 9.30pm. The pools at the hotel are well maintained with ample space around them. The view from the hotel is spectacular and is in walking distance of a local beach. My only negative comment would relate to the facilities/decor in some areas which is in need of upgrade as its becoming quite worn and tired. All in all my sister and I had a great 7 day holiday and we will gladly return.
