Big hotel of the globales company. Food is okay, only breakfast becomes boring after a few days. Hotel offers a lot of creative activites. There are 2 pools, one bigger, one smaller (130). Rooms are comfortable with climatization. There is a descent to the bay next to the hotel. Bus stop os near the hotel.

Would of been 5 stars except for a few things, firstly the gym we booked through TUI and they advertise that the hotel has a gym for an extra cost, OK we assumed that it was to keep people just up for playing with the equipment, now despite the fact that all the signs point to the Globales sport centre the hotel told us its nothing to do with them, I am not surprised they do not want to be connected...

Pros- Hotel, area and views are absolutely lovely, the view from our room was absolutely stunning and the views around the poor are equally stunning. The food was good, lots of choice and nice dessert at every meal with lots of flavours from different countries. The rooms were very nice and modern with everything you need. Cons- Bathroom drainage smell in more than one room that we had been in also...

Loved being there, lots of covid safety measures, free masks, room cleaning good.Food choices good too. No complaints whatsoever.

We have just returned from a great week of holiday at Gran Sagitario. We were recommended by close friends to stay at this hotel. We had a fabulous time. Great facilities, food, services & location. We are already planning to come back soon.

We had an awesome time at Gran Sagitario! The location is super convenient, just a five-minute walk to the bus station for easy trips to Ciutadella. Spotless, beautiful and quiet. The staff were so kind and friendly (especially Sara at the front desk), the food was fantastic and very varied too. The location was brilliant; super close to the bus stops to get around and only a €6 taxi trip away from Ciutadella. Not to mention the exquisite beach and coves around the corner... There were lots of local amenities including souvenir shops, supermarkets...

Wonderful hotel not far from town center. Room very clean and tidy. Delicious breakfast, staff super polite. Nice gym and a very well organized spa. Special thanks to Sonia the spa manager who takes care of every simple detail.

Very nice place with great pools for kids and family. The appartments are basic but well suited. Staff is very nice and pro. Location is close to small creeks/beaches and the bus stop to go to Ciutadella is 5 min away. Weather is nice and sunny so far. All IS there for a great week of vacation and leisure !

Great for family stays. Crew is really kind and amenities meet expectations. For those brave enough to take a sunny walk, beaches are quite close. Pools will refresh you at any time from 2 to 99 y.o.

A lovely 10 days in Menorca, the room was clean, bright but basic, there was no oven which is not great when you're self catering. The beds were made daily and clean towels were provided everyday. We had a one bedroom SC apartment. Our 4 and 7 year old struggled on the sofa bed it was very small, for a family of 4 a two bedroom apartment is definitely best. There is a good selection of swimming pools...

Cheap style rooms and cheap alcohol Decent staff but the beds was rock hard, nice pools but the food was most days the same. Don't book if you want at least a 4 star holiday

Faustino Gran is an incredible hotel - we had 5 sensational days here in early July. The staff are absolutely fantastic - special mentions go to Ignacio, Rueben, Flo, Sam, Nico & Natio….. We couldn’t fault this Hotel - every area is so very well considered and truly beautiful. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Menorca.

I was at the Restaurant, that if you search in Google Maps also appears as Faustino, great place, great attention and great food. It was my girlfriend birthday, I asked for a candle and they added to a desert without any problem. The place has a live pianist and the atmosphere is super chill. Amazing facilities but the staff is extremely undertrained. Our check-in was very messy, the receptionist had no idea what she was doing, she made us very uncomfortable, got our room keys wrong, and booked every single thing for us on the wrong days at the wrong times. We kept having to check in with them to confirm times and availability for our entire stay and that made everything super stressful...

We had a nice stay here in October. Rooms are big. Pool lovely and clean and staff friendly. Good location. Only minus was the room was a little musty and no English tv channels.

I actually haven’t stayed here yet. (I will arrive there this Friday:) I have stated in Menorca many times though and this is my favourite area to stay. These apartments are beautiful from the outside and I have been into one which was very spacious and clean and it comes highly recommended. I went for the first time to Menorca and I chose Ciutadella for staying. Hotel Skyline went over my expectations, since the position is fantastic, the hotel is very good and the swimming pool is super! we had a fantastic view on the sea and we were 10 minutes walking far from the centre and the bus station. the staff was excellent and very kind. I do suggest to stay in this hotel!

Our sea view could have been better, since we paid for it, but we got a bigger room instead.

Basic rooms but you pay for what you get. A great base near to the restaurants and bars and enough cooking equipment etc provided in the room should you wish to stay in and cook. Clean and peaceful. Apartment was basic but had everything we needed and very clean. Had a pool view so lots to watch when we were in the room. If you want a simple non expensive holiday then this is perfect, we had an ant problem by our apartment which really let down the whole stay, would have been nice to have been moved rather than just given ant spray. Staff were lovely everything was clean and lovely pool area and close to amenities. There is no entertainment at the hotel which is fine just your general self catering holiday.

Incredible! My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was amazing! From the moment we stepped foot into the hotel, the place was spotless and the staff were amazing. Loved my stay at Hotel Can Sastre. I walked into the lobby on a whim because the hotel I had originally booked was terrible. I asked about availability and they were able to accommodate me at a very reasonable price. On top of that, the rooms had a lovely, homey aesthetic and the location was central but also felt private.
