Big hotel of the globales company. Food is okay, only breakfast becomes boring after a few days. Hotel offers a lot of creative activites. There are 2 pools, one bigger, one smaller (130). Rooms are comfortable with climatization. There is a descent to the bay next to the hotel. Bus stop os near the hotel.

Would of been 5 stars except for a few things, firstly the gym we booked through TUI and they advertise that the hotel has a gym for an extra cost, OK we assumed that it was to keep people just up for playing with the equipment, now despite the fact that all the signs point to the Globales sport centre the hotel told us its nothing to do with them, I am not surprised they do not want to be connected...

Pros- Hotel, area and views are absolutely lovely, the view from our room was absolutely stunning and the views around the poor are equally stunning. Very nice place with great pools for kids and family. The appartments are basic but well suited. Staff is very nice and pro. Location is close to small creeks/beaches and the bus stop to go to Ciutadella is 5 min away. Weather is nice and sunny so far. All IS there for a great week of vacation and leisure !

Great for family stays. Crew is really kind and amenities meet expectations. For those brave enough to take a sunny walk, beaches are quite close. Pools will refresh you at any time from 2 to 99 y.o.

A lovely 10 days in Menorca, the room was clean, bright but basic, there was no oven which is not great when you're self catering. The beds were made daily and clean towels were provided everyday. We had a one bedroom SC apartment. Our 4 and 7 year old struggled on the sofa bed it was very small, for a family of 4 a two bedroom apartment is definitely best. Cheap style rooms and cheap alcohol Decent staff but the beds was rock hard, nice pools but the food was most days the same. Don't book if you want at least a 4 star holiday

Second visit to this hotel. Staff are fantastic, friendly, helpful and very professional. The hotel is so clean and tidy. If you want nightlife or a lively location this hotel is probably not for you. The only letdown is people smoking around the pool and pool bar, although the hotel is supposedly a no-smoking hotel. Loved our stay here in May - took our parents in their 80s. Good facilities for couples of differing ages, with some relaxed evening music around the bar. Once again another great stay at the Port Ciutadella, never get tried of praising the excellent friendly hard working staff . Can not fault any part of this hotel. Beautiful hotel and stay in August 2025. Staff were great, entertainers were amazing, food was good. Only issue we had was that on our day off departure, breakfast was required and hour earlier. The hotel refused to allow us a breakfast other than muffins, despite everything being placed out and despite the fact that we had paid for breakfast on this day.

Overall a good hotel, near the center of Ciutadella. The staff was very kind at all times. Rooms were okay, with air conditioning and a tv. The bathroom was decent, maybe the shower-arm was a little old but nothing too worrying.

Great place with palm trees for shade, great little kiosk and seating area, pina colada's are brilliant but need to be at €8 each. Sandy beach fairly small, but great rock features, and you have to avoid the small rocks as you walk in the sea. Nice reggae music playing at the kiosk too.

Stunning little cove with crystal clear ocean and loads of fish swimming around you, there’s also a couple of beach bars.The one we used was called sa cova and served up lovely pizzas and seafood

The location of this hotel is perfect. An easy 10 minute flat walk into the old city. Rooms were cleaned every day and all the amenities were well maintained. The apartments are huge - we booked a one room apartment, we got 2 bedrooms (and a 3rd for suitcase storage) located perfectly for sunset.
