Gran Sagitario

Spotless, beautiful and quiet. The staff were so kind and friendly (especially Sara at the front desk), the food was fantastic and very varied too. The location was brilliant; super close to the bus stops to get around and only a €6 taxi trip away from Ciutadella. Not to mention the exquisite beach and coves around the corner... There were lots of local amenities including souvenir shops, supermarkets and pharmacies should you need them.
The evening entertainment was fantastic - especially the Drifters tribute Motown night, I truly danced the night away and I think the staff enjoyed it too! The spa was nice for a change and I loved that the towel robes came as standard, what a treat! I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

We have just returned from a great week of holiday at Gran Sagitario. We were recommended by close friends to stay at this hotel. We had a fabulous time. Great facilities, food, services & location. We are already planning to come back soon.

Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean. The rooms are large & comfortable. Staff are very friendly & helpful. The food is good but sometimes a little cold. Would stay there again.

We had an awesome time at Gran Sagitario! The location is super convenient, just a five-minute walk to the bus station for easy trips to Ciutadella. The buffet was amazing, with tons of delicious food to choose from. The hotel itself was spotless and really luxurious. Plus, it's just a few minutes' walk to the beautiful Cala Santandria beach. The spa was fantastic too. But what really stood out was the friendly staff and top-notch customer service, they made us feel so welcome and valued the whole time.

Wonderful hotel not far from town center. Room very clean and tidy. Delicious breakfast, staff super polite. Nice gym and a very well organized spa. Special thanks to Sonia the spa manager who takes care of every simple detail.

Rooms, pools, food everything great BUT the best?? The staff!! Kind, smiley, helpful, energetic, amiable, really, that was a great surprise and the best thing of our weekend! Congratulations!

Really lovely hotel will a great pool and lovely room. The staff were amazing, all were kind, polite and helpful. The room was spotless, the housekeeping team did a great job. The breakfast and dinner were lovely, with a varied choice each day. The restaurant team were brilliant and were so good with my very energetic 2 year old. The receptionists helped us organise hiring a car and gave recommendations on activities. A small issue was not having a main door into the bathroom (the toilet did have a separate door), which just meant we couldn’t keep my daughter from running in and out if we were having a shower. Not a massive problem, but good to know. Also, the heated pool is not available for under 3 year olds, which the website doesn’t mention, so we were a little disappointed not to be able to enjoy that, but the outdoor pools were lovely.
One other thing to note is we visited in early April, so many of the local shops and restaurants were not open (too early in the year) but car hire was not expensive, a beautiful beach was a minute away and there were restaurants and bars open around a 10 minute walk away.

We booked this as a last minute break and what a superb choice. Everything about the Gran Sagitario is terrific. Our room, 306, was a good size and immaculately clean. The towels, dressing gowns and toiletries were excellent. The food was plentiful and had amazing choices, yes, at times, the food could have been hotter, however, there is a microwave available should you wish to heat up your food. The pool and bar were immaculate and the bar staff were friendly and helpful at all times. We used the spa every day. You have to book a place every day and you can book the same spot for the whole time that you are there. The nightly entertainment was terrific. I didn't expect such great entertainment for the last week of the season, but it really was brilliant, especially, the 3 guys who were a Drifters tribute band and Nathan who sang Soul and Motown. Wow, what a voice. Thank you everyone at the Gran Sagitario for a wonderful week. We will definitely return and highly recommend this fabulous hotel.

Stayed for 9 nights with my partner and it was so relaxing. The only thing I could say was the bed was a little uncomfortable for me. Other than that, it was very clean, the staff were so lovely and made us feel welcome everyday. Will definitely come back
