I would like to say that we were very happy with our stay at this hotel. When we arrived, we were greeted with a smile at the reception. The welcome drink was very good. Our room was big and clean, and we had a nice view of the bay. The area was quiet, which made it really nice to relax on the terrace in the evening.
The food was tasty and the staff were friendly and polite. We didn’t use all the hotel’s facilities, like the SPA or the swimming pool, so I can’t say much about them.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The only small problem was the loud noise of doors closing in other rooms, especially in the morning when cleaning was going on.

Muy simpático..!!!!
Lovely hotel and only a 15 minute walk into the gorgeous old Ciutedella with all the wonderful shops.
The hotel has an excellent buffet style breakfast, lots to choose from.
We have also sampled the Sal Galera, which is part of the hotel and enjoyed a couple of evening meals there. For us, it's a great place to stay and relax. We are still here now and enjoying everything about our holiday.

Perfect in every way ! Fabulous eco focused hotel, two minutes to the coast, great access to port and old town.
Staff are genuinely lovely , friendly, from housekeeping to bar and restaurant. Constant access to Reception and a visually present Manager.
Food was superb, varied and fresh..especially the fruit and breads warm from the oven every day.
There is genuinely no improvement that needs to be made to this hotel, their attention to detail and customer care is simply superb !

Rather secluded position making it ideal for a
quiet holiday. Hotel brilliant with wonderful attentive and very friendly staff. Immaculate standards of cleanliness in this modern 4 star hotel. Provided a good value stay. Good selection of food although could be much hotter. Small lounge bar would benefit from some entertainment like a guitarist etc . This would certainly see an improvement in bar takings!! All in all a relaxing holiday. Thanks.

We were booked into this hotel by Cami de Cavalls 360 as part of our walking holiday doing the entire route round the island. We stayed 3 nights & it is a fantastic hotel. Staff were friendly, welcoming & professional. The welcome drink of gin & cloudy lemonade while waiting to check in was great. A great location next to a small inlet & the maritime promenade leading to the port & old town of Ciutadella (15 min level walk). Rooms were excellent, well designed with lots of storage space, kettle etc, balcony, a/c, large bathroom. Hotel has great facilities only 2 floors of accommodation with lift access. Pool is in central courtyard with upper sundeck. Restaurant serves buffet evening meals, buffet breakfast & tapas snack menu available at the bar. Pool towels available for a refunded deposit. We loved staying here & would definitely return.

Very nice hotel, rooms are really nice (if you can, get a room far away from the spa because the noise is unbearable!). I complained for the noise and I immediately got another room. The bed was big and comfortable, the room was large and cozy. I didn’t love the food at breakfast and dinner: there is a lot of food, lots of options, but the quality of the food and the taste is not the best. Anyway, I would absolutely recommend staying at this hotel and I would visit it again!

Excellent hotel, well situated a 20 minute walk from the centre of Ciutadella. Great pool area, with plenty of sunbeds, and just across the road from an inlet that can also be swam in (rocky to access, but with steps for getting in and out, lifeguard service and good water quality). The hotel staff were all very friendly. Special thanks go to the restaurant staff, who were very understanding of my food allergies, and made dining a relaxing experience. A fantastic holiday thanks to the Seth Port Ciutadella.

Incredible!
My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was amazing! From the moment we stepped foot into the hotel, the place was spotless and the staff were amazing.
The hotel has everything, great staff, a local beach within 30 meters, great food, a spa, amazing staff and a good proximity to restaurants and shops.
Will visit again!

See view room booked via booking.com with free cancellation.
The only water I could see from my room was in my toilet…
Cancelled the reservation after paying 1 night for the remaining stay, according to the terms they selected on booking.com and they didn’t honor the free cancellation policy.
We changed hotel anyway as the pool with a 360 view to all rooms around and the overall experience was very bad.
