Hotel Rural Sant Ignasi

This hotel has been transformed. It is now beautifully presented, exuding Menorcan chic. The interior is bright and airy - lots of white with natural fabrics. The pool area is beautiful and the planting in the grounds is really attractive. It's all very tastefully done and creates a calm, relaxing atmosphere as soon as you enter. Our room was fantastic - luxurious but also practical. The private terrace was such a chilled space. We enjoyed everything about the accommodation. The breakfast is great - fresh orange juice, good coffee, hot food made to order. The restaurant was also excellent, though the plates are on the small side. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. You couldn't really ask for much more for your stay. We would certainly recommend staying here. It's also very convenient for Cuitadella and the southern beaches.

The staff were incredible and so thoughtful throughout. They made effort to add personal touches and nothing was too much trouble. Natalie in the restaurant was particularly great. The room was spotless, stylish and spacious. The pool is huge and really peaceful.

We had an amazing time in this lovely hotel. Stunning location with a very personalized services. Employees were extremely kind and attentive to each needs we had. Pool was really great, although not enough of sun beds. Super spacious room, the bed was the negative part pillows are not comfortable and either is the mattress. For this price per night I believe bed shall be more comfortable and quality of the bedding. Breakfast was good with nice options.

A wonderful four-day stay at Hotel Rural Saint Ignasi. The hotel itself is beautiful and set on exquisite landscaped grounds. The staff were generous and thoughtful, and always had excellent suggestions about which part of the Cami we might try hiking, or where we might park. Every small detail was tended to. Recommend highly!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Rural Sant Ignasi. Our room with a patio on one side and two sunbeds on the other side was great. It had a huge floor area and very good amenities.
Our check in was great, with an excellent explanation of the services on offer but also of the local area and beaches with a complimentary map. Breakfast was great. The location is beautiful and very peaceful. It was only 10 mins to Ciutadella for a great range of restaurants and some shopping. And the female employees were so kind and helpful - big shout out to Natalie in the restaurant, who was brilliant!

Our only complaints would be there were loads of flies everywhere, in our room, in the restaurant and by the pool. It led to sunbathing not being very relaxing at all, as the flies would be all over you and some would bite. We think this is a problem in September only so not specific to all stays.

Secondly, even as a guest, you had to pay to use the tennis and padel courts at 28 euros for 1 hour. We really feel as a guest, these facilities should be included or only a deposit to be made for safe return of the racquets and balls.

Incroyable extraordinaire je n’ai pas de mot. Nous avons passé une nuit (trop court hélas, notre seul regret) et nous avons eu l’impression d’y être resté plusieurs jours. On se sent VIP des l’accueil, nous sommes arrivés très tôt et immédiatement ils ont informés la gouvernante en demandant à ce que notre chambre soit faites en priorité. La propriété est magnifique, la chambre était tout aussi bien. Et surtout les conseils de Nuria et de sa collègue nous ont permis de passer une journée et une soirée incroyable. One of the oldest hotels in Menorca that just re-opened after a full renovation. The property is gorgeous and expansive and the location is secluded (in the best way possible), but just 10 mins drive to town. The rooms are comfortable and many have a semi private terrace. The pool is huge and there are plenty of chairs both in the shade and the sun. The restaurant, Smoix, is by a notable chef and is delicious. The daily morning breakfast was perfect. We ended up extending a few additional nights and would have stayed longer if we could.
