Just come home from a 7 night stay here. Absolutely lovely hotel in a beautiful location. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. They really can't do enough for you. Great choice of food and everything so spotlessly clean. Had a wonderful holiday. Would thoroughly recommend

Family of 5 (all adults) went for a week beginning of May. This is our 2nd visit to menorca first time to this hotel. Friendly staff, very welcoming on arrival, we had a family room and and twin room in first floor. There is a lift, should you need it. All be it very small. The family room (116) had a beautiful veiw if the beach and cove Just below us. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was quite small for a family room. The twin room had a bigger bathroom?? Although dated it was clean. Only thing was the shower head would flip up when the water pressure was turned up, so you either had a trickle of water for a shower or risked soaking the whole room! And everything in it, happened every shower!. Rooms can be cleaned everyday. You just put the sign out, although ours was missed a couple of times. Which lead to an awful smell coming from the drains through the sink. The entertainment was OK, bingo and quizzes with some things on during the day aswell. Only thing was they don't advertise what's on very clearly. We eventually found a TV in the bar that shows you what is on and when. There are 2 other bars at the hotel, where you can get cocktails and food. This is kot included in all inclusive, but still well worth a visit. There is a lovely walk into the main town of ciutadella. 50 mins.thwres also a bus every 15 mins. Outside the little super market across the road. And also a 15 min walk to restaurants, English pubs and shops. From the front of the hotel. The pool is very basic. But nice to sit around. Now for the bad bit The food was not the greatest, it was very repetitive. And not the greatest choice. And unfortunately we noticed that food that wasn't eaten at the main meals would be used for the snacks. Not just that day but the next also, repurposing the food ! The cheeses and bread were left out not covered. So quite often were stale and we even found mould on the cheese. Other than that and the fact this hotel is mainly for the older generation, definitely not suitable for kids. We did enjoy most of our stay. They just need to sort out the food and advertise as being a quiet hotel for the older generation.

Just enjoyed a lovely week at this beautiful hotel. This was our second visit and it was just as good as before. The hotel is always spotlessly clean and the staff are lovely. Reception was great when we arrived, easy check in. We booked a sea view room, the view was amazing. Special mention to the restaurant staff, I cannot eat garlic but it was no problem, I was shown what I could eat each mealtime and always offered an alternative. If anything the only slight let down was the food, nice but nothing special. The animation team were lovely, always organising fun activities. This is a really good location, enjoyed the walk to Cuitadella a few times. A really lovely holiday, highly recommended this hotel, felt really looked after.

I would like to thank to all the staff from receptinists to bar staff and house keeping as they were very helpfull, kind and put attention to detail. Fantastic eperience. Hotel very clean. Good food selection. We will go back.

We had a fantastic week at this lovely hotel. The location is perfect, right on the beach. The place is spotless and the staff superb especially cesi the animation girl. The choice of food was a little bit limited, although not for me, but it was all delicious. Plenty of room in the dining room and loads of sunbeds. The rooms with sea views all overlook the cove and beach. Would definitely return. Doug and Jo

Absolutely loved our holiday here. We had 7 days in August. Food, drinks, staff, manager, all fantastic. We hadn't paid extra for sea view room, but the view was still nice. Booked again for next year but doing 10 days with sea view. Only the beach close to hotel with few bars on. This was a total relaxing experience.

Mini 5day break with 3 friends just to chill out , went 15th October, the weather was lovely @ 25d, The hotel was great , very friendly staff and the room was cleaned every day + clean towels . We were all inclusive so unlimited food and drink , had a good choice of food for the time we were there , exceptionally friendly bar staff too. The pool was good size and the pool attendant was on hand to move parasols for us - Entertainment on a night started about 9 with bingo ( we won €125)very entertaining lol and a different act each night , the soul singer - fabulous voice -brilliant as were the Spanish dancers , there are steps down to the beach which we found ok and also a slope for those who couldn’t manage , the small cove was nice - €10 for a sunbed , not very deep so great for kids to enjoy, about 10 min walk away was the outdoor water park and a variety of shops . Yes would definitely go again .

We booked this hotel as a last minute break. Our room was on 3rd floor overlooking the car park, although the rooms are quite basic and a little outdated it was very quiet and we slept very well. I would recommend booking a sea view room as they are bigger and get the sun all day. The food is varied, some days better than others. Loads of choice for breakfast, and snacks available when the restaurant is closed. The evening entertainment was mostly good, with bingo and then a group, singer or a quiz. The hotel is in a great location overlooking the bay, and within walking distance of the town. All in all I would recommend the hotel for a chilled out break.
