food was good, loads of sunbeds. Pool was lovely. And the entertainment was excellent. 2 amazing lady’s made the whole week so enjoyable:)

Everything about the hotel was amazing! The food was a great and varied selection between each meal each day, an array of places for sunbeds, the pool was massive and deep, great for cooling off. And the amount of activities throughout the days made the stay even better, a special thank you to the entertainers Ceci and Cherry, they were perfect throughout everything: hosting activities, getting involved with them also, and in general just having a laugh with them, a great duo! Would come back again!

Lovely clean hotel,, staff were amazing and very helpful made us feel very welcome only issue for me with this hotel was the Food,,just seem to be the same most days and not much choice for kids, Best part of this hotel for me was the entertainment team they was amazing, out of all the hotels I’ve stayed they made everyone feel so welcome, my son don’t have much confidence but they got him in the pool in the end to play pool games and got involved, cece and cherry are amazing people,, my daughter who is only 11 months enjoyed they company made her smile completely, hotel is very lucky to have them, Heard people also complaining about drinks there but personally did not have a problem we enjoyed the choices it’s what you get in an all inclusive holiday, bar staff were hard working and always polite. In all I’m going back in future I really enjoyed this hotel

Well where do I start..... This Hotel is the cleanest hotel I have ever been to. The rooms are cleaned every day. Beds made. Bins emptied. Clean towels everyday. Very friendly staff at the Bar. Food is excellent such and lovely variety. Something for everyone's taste. My son has a severe nut allergy and the Chef was there every meal time to tell us what was safe for him to eat. The Restaurant Manger also helped us at meal times. The Manager of the Hotel is lovely. The Reception Staff and very helpful and recognised us as soon as we walked into the Hotel as this is our Fourth time staying there. The Entertainment Crew and very good and they get you involved in lots of Daytime Games to pass the day away. And we will be returning there again very soon.

It's quite some time since I submitted a review but I felt the time has arrived. My usual phrase I start with is that I never write a poor or bad review because I wouldn't like to humiliate or offend any hotel and if an hotel is poor they will find out for themselves without getting a prompt. I have placed a review on a Globales hotel before and have visited it several times since because I liked it, so I booked this hotel on the strength of previous Globales experiences. I'll just cover the general things before I get to the hotel itself...if you don't mind. I have been on the island of Menorca twice before but both times was on organised trips from cruises so I wanted to visit simply because of the quiet relaxing atmosphere the island gives off. I usually attempt to book my holidays with Jet2 package holidays because they always provide great service and they have introduced an extra on their app where they inform you in advance the number of the coach you will travel to your resort in...nice one. This resort is at a lovely cove with a little beach and a road which can be used to get to Cuitadella by foot but me being lazy I used the local bus which is the number 61, please note this bus only uses cash, no cards, it costs 1.70 euro per person, don't worry about when to get off as it will take you to a terminal in Cuitadella which is a beautiful touristy city and must be seen, the bus route is run in a clockwise direction and runs at 30 min intervals. This area is free from loud parties or nightlife but there is an area called Jimmy Hills which has the usual bars and cafes and is only 15-20 min walk from the hotel. If it is a quiet relaxing time you want I think you'll remain in the resort itself. The hotel is rated *** by Jet2 and I assure you it is definitely that, a really good 3* if you are familiar with Jet2 assessments of hotels then you will be aware it is really good for the average Joe Blogs and family flying out on holiday to a Spanish resort. The surrounding gardens to the hotel are kept in great condition and as you walk through the door the hotel is no different. When I booked the holiday I was trying to get a room with a sea view but this wasn't available so I sent an email 24 hours before I arrived and when my wife and I arrived the moment they heard my name they mentioned the email, the sea view is 20 euro/day extra but well worth it. The receptionist was extremely helpful and I got my sea view. Now this is the highlight of my holiday,.....THE STAFF....never have I been at a Spanish resort where the staff have been better than this hotel, I have published three staff photos with permission from them sought before I left for home, the other pic of the Spanish flag was placed on our bed each morning with a message I wrote on it...basically stating in Spanish 'Thank you for looking after our room lol. Arriving mid afternoon, we went straight into the restaurant. Check in was efficient and we were given an upgrade to room 134. A nice room but the bath felt spongy so we asked to swap to 133 which we did with no fuss. - special thanks to Marcos. The rooms are quite large, the beds comfy. There was a large wardrobe but the hanging rail is quite high so anyone less than 5’ 6” will struggle to see what is on it. The hotel itself looks quite dated, But it was clean and all the staff were friendly. The meals are a bit samey - there was a lot of fish. The best meal was breakfast. -special thanks to Abrigas and Sheila. The entertainment was good- special thanks to Cece. I learnt archery and pistol shooting. There is a small beach, right next to the hotel which never got busy. Take a walk into Cuitadella, about 50 minutes along the coastal route. To sum up- the hotel is dated, the staff are really good. There are a lot of steps so wheelchair users may have difficulty and I would class this as adults only as there is nothing for children to do.

The hotel is spotless and the staff are all pleasant and helpful. Great location on the beach with restaurants nearby. I'm gluten free and the staff were always available to advise on the gluten free options in the restaurant. I would ask 1 thing of the hotel and that is that they get in gluten free lager to purchase behind the bar. Otherwise we had a great stay and we would return again.

Absolutely amazing time, the staff have all been lovely especially the girls in entertainment Cecil and Che, they made our holiday fun with all the daily games, meet a great bunch of people. The hotel is excellent as well never left it for the week we were here as no need to. The room was massive and clean, seen reviews you did not want to be put on top of bar but we were and loved it, you don’t get the noise you would expect, defo be coming back and asking for same room. Thank you to all staff you were all amazing and we can’t wait to come back.
