Beautiful hotel and stay in August 2025. Staff were great, entertainers were amazing, food was good. Only issue we had was that on our day off departure, breakfast was required and hour earlier. The hotel refused to allow us a breakfast other than muffins, despite everything being placed out and despite the fact that we had paid for breakfast on this day.

So we returned on Monday after 5 days at this hotel. Was on my own with my son. It was my first solo holiday with him. We had a brilliant time. The hotel is so nice and the staff are so helpful and friendly.
I paid extra for a sea view room and it was perfect and well worth the extra money. The rooms are clean and spacious.
I am gluten and dairy free and the 2 male staff and chef took me around the restaurant every lunch and dinner time to show me I can eat which was so good of them.
The food was nice.
There was always plenty of sun beds too and the beach was literally at the back of the hotel with a bar and restaurants.
The entertainment at night was also good.
The water park is a good day out and only a ten minute walk from the hotel.
We got a taxi in to Ciutadella which was about 7 mins in a taxi and was such a beautiful place.
We went to another cove which was ten minute walk away and had a few hours jumping off rocks which my son loved.
I would definitely return to this hotel again

🌟 Great Location, Friendly Staff, and a Relaxing Stay

I think the hotel is very well located, with beautiful beaches nearby and a friendly, helpful team. The staff truly seem to give their best, and I want to thank them for making my stay so enjoyable. You can tell they care, and that makes a big difference.

The service overall is good, and I definitely plan to return. I highly recommend choosing the "all-inclusive" option—it makes everything easier and more enjoyable. No stress about where to eat, and you can just relax and enjoy your time.

🍽️ Food & Dining
Breakfast is served in the traditional hotel style. Lunch is fabulous, with lots of variety, and dinner is a pleasant surprise—each night features a special dish from a different country, which adds a fun twist to the experience.

🍹 Bar & Cocktails
The bar and restaurant areas can get uncomfortable in summer due to the lack of air conditioning. Also, the cocktails could use an upgrade. If you order a Caipirinha or Tequila Sunrise, be specific about the alcohol quantity—otherwise, it might taste more like juice than a cocktail.

🚿 Room & Amenities
The swimming pool area is lovely and hosts great events. However, the showers sometimes fluctuate between hot and cold, which can be a bit annoying.

Overall, it's a great place to stay, and I truly appreciate the effort of the staff. Thank you all—I’ll definitely be coming back!

A fab hotel just out the town. The staff are all friendly, professional and helpful. The food is lovely and lots of choices each day and each meal. One review in particular worried me regarding the food, however, after the 1st day I realised they were probably used to burger and chips or nuggets and chips. Everything we ate was beautifully cooked and replenished regularly. Wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.

Everything about the hotel was amazing! The food was a great and varied selection between each meal each day, an array of places for sunbeds, the pool was massive and deep, great for cooling off. And the amount of activities throughout the days made the stay even better, a special thank you to the entertainers Ceci and Cherry, they were perfect throughout everything: hosting activities, getting involved with them also, and in general just having a laugh with them, a great duo! Would come back again!

Lovely clean hotel,, staff were amazing and very helpful made us feel very welcome only issue for me with this hotel was the Food,,just seem to be the same most days and not much choice for kids, Best part of this hotel for me was the entertainment team they was amazing, out of all the hotels I’ve stayed they made everyone feel so welcome, my son don’t have much confidence but they got him in the pool in the end to play pool games and got involved, cece and cherry are amazing people,, my daughter who is only 11 months enjoyed they company made her smile completely, hotel is very lucky to have them, Heard people also complaining about drinks there but personally did not have a problem we enjoyed the choices it’s what you get in an all inclusive holiday, bar staff were hard working and always polite. In all I’m going back in future I really enjoyed this hotel

Well where do I start..... This Hotel is the cleanest hotel I have ever been to. The rooms are cleaned every day. Beds made. Bins emptied. Clean towels everyday. Very friendly staff at the Bar. Food is excellent such and lovely variety. Something for everyone's taste. My son has a severe nut allergy and the Chef was there every meal time to tell us what was safe for him to eat. The Restaurant Manger also helped us at meal times. The Manager of the Hotel is lovely. The Reception Staff and very helpful and recognised us as soon as we walked into the Hotel as this is our Fourth time staying there. The Entertainment Crew and very good and they get you involved in lots of Daytime Games to pass the day away. And we will be returning there again very soon.
