Loved the hotel. Staff were first class and couldn't do enough for visitors. The hotel was well presented and our room was cleaned daily. Food was varied and the was always a large selection available. The entertainment was excellent and bar staff especially were quick to serve a wide variety of drinks and snacks. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to relax in beautiful surroundings with great staff to make your stay most enjoyable.

We enjoyed our holiday at this hotel. The view was amazing from our (really big ) room. We found the food to be good despite what people had said about it. We were not entirely happy that everything was no available on all inclusive such as paying extra for cocktails. This has been included in other hotels we have been to. All in all we had a good holiday but not return because of the resort itself. There is not much there and if you don't want to spend all day at the beach or round the pool there is not much to do .

Wonderful hotel with beautiful views. Rooms were spacious and well equipped except for no coffee or tea making facilities.
Room service was hit and miss. They came at any time throughout the day and if you happened to be in the room, they’d say they’d come back later but never did.
Food was out of this world! I’m quite a picky eater but there was a huge variety on offer so even the fussiest of eaters wouldn’t have gone hungry.
The worst part which I have seen mentioned so many times was the lifts. Constantly breaking down or having to wait an age for one to turn up. When they did, they were very small and hot and the creaking and groaning noises they made was not exactly reassuring! We resorted to using the stairs on most occasions but I did feel for the older holiday makers and people staying on floor 9!
There was outdoors entertainment every evening. We did not participate or go to any of these as we were more after a chill out break. These shows went on until 11/11.30pm but the rooms were so sound proof there was virtually no disturbance if you wanted to sleep.

Just got back from here, it's a lovely hotel, very clean. The staff are very efficient especially in the restaurants/ bars.
There is plenty to eat all day between the restaurants and the snack bars and the food is great.
Not much to do here other than sunbathe or swim, but the pools are icy cold.
More suited to people who just want to lounge around on their holiday.
I wouldn't recommend this place for disabled or people who don't like stairs/steps as where ever you go there are stairs/steps, to the pools, restaurants, bars. And the lifts to the rooms take around 15 minutes to arrive. Spent half my hols waiting on that lift lol.

More 4.5stars only deducted 0.5 star because of the temperament with the lifts - working on/off for our duration. We had an amazing family holiday opting for the all inclusive package with meals, snacks and drinks on tap it was an awesome experience. Thanks to the staff who advised we visit the beach we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back. The kids weren’t old enough for the Astro club but we managed to drop in for some of the activities and there was so much going on that you could partake in. We enjoyed the disco nights for the young ones singing along and dancing too and also some of the adult parties at 9:30pm. Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet was great with so much to choose from and the fruits and desserts were delicious too.

Fantastic hotel, room was cleaned every day and was a great size we got a junior suite. Food was really good with a huge choice, lots of bars and access to snacks all day. The main pool was brilliant, large with activities such as aquafit and fun things for the children.
The employees were friendly and helpful and happy to help us when we needed them. Fantastic views and right next to the beach.
I would definitely return to this hotel and recommend to others.

The staff are very good at this hotel and work hard with smiles on their faces for everyone. Food and drink was available almost all day and night which was fresh, flavoursome and plentiful. The entertainment crew were amazing. Letizia especially was great fun and encouraged everyone to participate in all the various activities. We enjoyed her morning yoga classes and water aerobics especially. She has an amazing energy and is a credit to the hotel. Rooms are large, airy and clean as are the balconies. Evening entertainment varied but some nights were spectacular with great bands and acts performing for a few hours from 9.30pm. The pools at the hotel are well maintained with ample space around them. The view from the hotel is spectacular and is in walking distance of a local beach. My only negative comment would relate to the facilities/decor in some areas which is in need of upgrade as its becoming quite worn and tired. All in all my sister and I had a great 7 day holiday and we will gladly return.

I stayed here with my other half for a week last week, and this is definitely not a 4-star hotel or all-inclusive.
First of all, we had a really disappointing view of the garage and back area although it said sea view (We could see an alcove of the sea splashing in so clearly they see that as 'sea view').
The hotel and rooms are dull and boring and just had no vibes at all.
The food was bland and repetitive even though they have apparent themed nights but if you're not a fan of chips, rice, pasta, pork loins and tasteless chicken then this isn't the place for you.
The hotel was often quite dirty, and the poolside beds looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years.
The entertainment was not bad. A couple of good night's and a couple of not so good night's.
The beds were short, uncomfortably hard, and squeaked whenever you moved in them.
Also, their all-inclusive was 5 cocktails and cheap spirits. If you wanted other cocktails made from fresh, you had to pay 5 euros 50, which I thought was a joke and the cocktails that were free were disappointing watered down pre made mixes.
The location was fine. Very little to do, but it's about a 10 minute walk from the main shops, bars, crazy golf's and market.
Some decent walking paths and if you like a beach, there's a beautiful one 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Nice spacious rooms and cleaned every day. Fantastic views from our room. Food was good but got a little repetitive. Drinks not very strong but it was All Inclusive so expected it. Pool bar food is amazing and cooked as you wait. Did not enjoy loungers being taken from 5:30 am every morning also no kettle and tea coffee making facilities in rooms. Had to wait until breakfast for first cup of coffee. Also very disappointed that wrist bands are cut off at 12 O clock especially when we arrived earl hours Thursday morning then our transfer wasn’t until 7pm the following Wednesday. We paid for 7 days and only got 6. We were told we could keep them on for an extra £25 euros each but we declined and went out for the day. This really needs looking at as we have never had this happen before on any of our previous holidays

Overall 7/10. WiFi could have been better, food choice could have been a bit better also but food offered was tasty.
Area was gorgeous with beautiful sandy beaches either side of the hotel by a short walk. Pools were good but one was extremely cold!
Rooms were clean and staff cleaned each day. Hotel overall was very clean too. Staff were all very welcoming and friendly.
Entertainment was also very good. Even a games room and play park for the kids which was nice to see. Would still recommend this hotel for a nice get away. 😊
