Lovely Trip! Nice Hotel! 2 min walk to town area. Nice restaurants and reception staff. 5 min walk from beach.

Staff work hard, quality and choice of food was poor, but hotel is close to restaurants and a nice beach is 10 minute walk. The amount of plastic this hotel goes through per day is shocking. Thousands of plastic straws and cups everyday. I imagine the whole tourist industry in Spain is similar.

Cheap and cheerful. Strange setup with rooms, presumably set up for families. (Room's are eg 128a and 128b) and as such, sound travels! Not ideal when your neighbour has a screaming child at 2am, or a party at 3am...... food is buffet. So, don't expect anything amazing. It's clean, cheap and family based. Staff are helpful

Love this place not too far from everything. A short walk in the grounds to the beach which is lovely. Food was really good as were the drinks .good entertainment for the kids will go again

Front of hotel looks drab, however is better once inside. Good location. Food not bad. Drinks not bad. Staff not bad. Pool is nice but cold. Rooms nice, bit tired. View from rooms was amazing. Entertainment awful. All in all an average hotel but serves it's purpose and does not cost the earth.

Lovely hotel, helpful staff, good food, plenty of Sun loungers, fab pools (especially the kids one), a tad far from everything but the bus stop is outside hotel and you’re in shopping area in 10 mins, a short walk away from bars showing UK football, very clean. We had a fab stay and my 3 year old Grandson loved it.

It's not a 4 star hotel. From flies coming up the drains to rats being caught and/or poisoned. The food was reasonable however a lot of it was clearly bought in. The staff were all friendly. Long story short we had to swap several rooms. Which rectified our situation to some degree. I ended up paying more. The coast area is beautiful however the hotel is quite far away. Overall we were happy with our holiday in this hotel. The room was fine, albeit a little dated and could do with some refurbishment, we were a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids) the kids “beds” were the sofa and a pull out bed, not ideal but we pushed them together and the kids loved this idea. For the money it's a 10/10. Wasn't happy with our first room being so high up. We were moved with no issue. Staff helpful. Food good, completely as expected in an all inclusive. We've had a very nice 10 days stay & can't fault any aspect of what this hotel offers. The quality & variety of the food on offer was excellent. all the hotel staff were friendly & so helpful with nothing too much trouble for them. We would highly recommend this hotel as it has everything you need for a nice holiday at a fair price.

Very nice clean hotel with very friendly staff. Such a beautiful location and it's a big plus having a balcony all with sea veiws. Tha food was nice, always displayed well and good choice of food morning afternoon and evening. The snack place isn't such nice quality pizza and the chips are like cheap oven chips but they did have fresh fruit etc to snack on if needed. Drinks are OK, wasn't keen on cocktails...

The resort and all the amenities are everything we were looking for in an all inclusive resort! All the staff were friendly with 5 star service! Our trip was in all ways perfect. Very nice stuff, beautiful hotel and the food was outstanding. Also the entertainment for kids and the shows in the evenings was created so lovely. After reading the ton of positive reviews I felt a small bit disappointed returning from this hotel. We have been on a few family holidays and didn’t feel like this was as amazing. Swimming pools and also the entertainment/ kids club are great . Food is not good at all, we just made baguettes at lunch which were nice. But they seem to have the same hot buffet for lunch and dinner. We ate out 6 out of the 7 nights in the town for dinner , which we prefer anyway . Easy walk into town or the beach. Great localization, next to local shops, supermarket, restaurants etc. 5 minutes on feet to the Beach. Even though there is only one pool it was enough for everyone to have fun during pool animations or to swim as one half is like 1,2m and second 2,4m. We stayed in a room suitable for people with disabilities. Had to fold my wheelchair up to get through the door into our room. There was a sliding door into the bathroom, which wax really large with a walk in shower a handle near to the toilet and a large sink, which you could easily fit your wheelchair underneath. Only downside was the lack of storage in the bathroom. No shelves to put anything on...

My only negative comment is due to the reservation of the sunbeds, people putting their towels out at 6 to 630am! More 4.5stars only deducted 0.5 star because of the temperament with the lifts - working on/off for our duration.
