Lovely Trip! Nice Hotel! 2 min walk to town area. Nice restaurants and reception staff. 5 min walk from beach.

Staff work hard, quality and choice of food was poor, but hotel is close to restaurants and a nice beach is 10 minute walk. The amount of plastic this hotel goes through per day is shocking. Thousands of plastic straws and cups everyday. I imagine the whole tourist industry in Spain is similar.

Cheap and cheerful. Strange setup with rooms, presumably set up for families. (Room's are eg 128a and 128b) and as such, sound travels! Not ideal when your neighbour has a screaming child at 2am, or a party at 3am...... food is buffet. So, don't expect anything amazing. It's clean, cheap and family based. Staff are helpful

Love this place not too far from everything. A short walk in the grounds to the beach which is lovely. Food was really good as were the drinks .good entertainment for the kids will go again

Front of hotel looks drab, however is better once inside. Good location. Food not bad. Drinks not bad. Staff not bad. Pool is nice but cold. Rooms nice, bit tired. View from rooms was amazing. Entertainment awful. All in all an average hotel but serves it's purpose and does not cost the earth.

Great localization, next to local shops, supermarket, restaurants etc. 5 minutes on feet to the Beach. Even though there is only one pool it was enough for everyone to have fun during pool animations or to swim as one half is like 1,2m and second 2,4m. Food was fine, but we were bored with it after few days. Drinks - some were just fine, some were not so good. Big plus for that rooms were cleared everyday...

Good place to stay, for reasonable price. Originally we wanted go to Globales America, that is next Samoa, but close the sea and 4star, but they sold out. Staff of hotel very helpful. Food ok, everytime fresh. Beach max 5mins walk, very nice one. Shops & restaurants a few metres from hotel.

Stay in the hotel was very pleasant. We have really enjoyed time spent here (one week), variety food every day, very kind staff, especially the barman Antonio. Lot of activities, aqua gym, different shows/games during the evening, clean pool, hotel close to the open beach. Hotel added to the list of places to revisit :)

After reading the ton of positive reviews I felt a small bit disappointed returning from this hotel. We have been on a few family holidays and didn’t feel like this was as amazing. We have just returned from a 7 night stay with our 3yo daughter and had such a great time! The setting is beautiful and the layout of little whitewashed blocks was really lovely and gave it much more private, outdoorsy feel. Just returned from a week's holiday. Three generations and a party of four adults, three children ages 3, 7, 9. We cannot rate this hotel highly enough. We stayed in a room suitable for people with disabilities. Had to fold my wheelchair up to get through the door into our room. There was a sliding door into the bathroom, which wax really large with a walk in shower a handle near to the toilet and a large sink, which you could easily fit your wheelchair underneath. Only downside was the lack of storage in the bathroom. No shelves to put anything on...

Beautiful place to stay, staff our really lovely. Great beach not to far away, really enjoyed great food and drinks etc It was my son's 21st during our stay the hotel staff left Champagne, glasses, a cup cake with a candle and some lovely chocolates in the room, such a nice touch 💙

The hotel was very clean and impressive, very modern. Our room was great with balcony and sea view, the bed was very comfortable with a great nights sleep, a/c worked great! Fabulous holiday. Great staff and kids team. Good quality food and range in the evening. My only negative comment is due to the reservation of the sunbeds, people putting their towels out at 6 to 630am! Not sure what the answer is but in peak times you either have to join them or know that you'll be on the grass or at the seated area by the pool bar.

The only way I can explain it as basic. The views and string are nice but there is nothing in surrounding area. You had to PAY to change your towel to be cleaned. Beds were very poor and neither of us slept well. If you want a basic Brits aboard all inclusive with basic foods and a pool you’re fine but if you want anything else resembling 4* you’ll be disappointed

Fantastic hotel, room was cleaned every day and was a great size we got a junior suite. Food was really good with a huge choice, lots of bars and access to snacks all day. I think this hotel is excellent. The staff are fantastic and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are cleaned very well every day. The food varies each night which is good and I think as far as buffet style dining goes this hotel is doing a very good job. No complaints at all really. The town is quite local and has a few bars and restaurants dotted about if you fancy a change of scene.

We had a lovely one week stay at Alua Calas. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful sea view. The bar staff and cocktails were great, including different cocktails of the day throughout our stay. All inclusive for a 5-day getaway. Room basic but clean. Food OK but very samey. The location is not bad. The hotel is situated on the side of a rugged cliff, with two small beaches, a 15-minute walk on either side. And a purpose built tourist town about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Don't expect any culture from this part of the island. It is definitely geared for the visiting masses.

Very nice clean hotel with very friendly staff. Such a beautiful location and it's a big plus having a balcony all with sea veiws. Tha food was nice, always displayed well and good choice of food morning afternoon and evening. The snack place isn't such nice quality pizza and the chips are like cheap oven chips but they did have fresh fruit etc to snack on if needed. Drinks are OK, wasn't keen on cocktails...

Swimming pools and also the entertainment/ kids club are great . Food is not good at all, we just made baguettes at lunch which were nice. But they seem to have the same hot buffet for lunch and dinner. We ate out 6 out of the 7 nights in the town for dinner , which we prefer anyway . Easy walk into town or the beach. This hotel is as nice as it can be for a family holiday. Lots of options for food. Nice staff and they do look after children. The kids club is nice too. You won't get much of the local life it's all about an all inclusive holiday.
