We had an absolutely wonderful family holiday at Hipotels Mediterraneo Club! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. At this point we would like to say a special thank you for Amador who checked us. We were thrilled to recognise David who works at Reception and checked us out. He has been with the hotel for a few years and we were happy to see him again this year round. He got promoted and we would like to point out that he is delivering an excellent service at Reception. Many congratulations again. A warm thank you as well to the whole housekeeping team who have a very hard job which is done with so much love and care - we loved to see your smiles and we loved hearing you say Hola every time we passed you. The rooms were well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a beautiful pool view. Our children especially enjoyed the pools and entertainment programs, while we appreciated the relaxing atmosphere and fantastic food and drink options. The location is perfect—steps away from the beach and close to loads of local shops and attractions. This was our second stay, and it certainly won’t be our last. A truly memorable experience for the whole family. Thank you for making our vacation exceptional!

Lots to say about this hotel . Good things first , we had 3 one bed apartments on ground floor ( 6 adults 3 children 1 baby) rooms were really good , we were all in the same row with lots of grass in front of patio so the kids could play with us watching . Beds very comfy . Really close to the beautiful beach , just exit a gate at end of short path from room and we were there . So much for the kids to do with all the pools , splash pad and pirate ship pool , floaties were allowed in pools and life guards were present. Most of the staff were friendly especially our cleaner ,it was my birthday while we were there and she sang to me and made a towel into a flower . Only downside was the food . What was there was ok but not a big variety and mostly the same each day . My daughters is caeliac , I emailed before the holiday and was told that wasn’t a problem and to let reception know when we checked in which we did. She was told to speak to a chef each day and they would tell her what she could eat . Basically her choice was grilled meat or fish , salad , rice and some days plain potatoes . They cooked her a pizza on request one night which was ok and then tried to convince her she could eat couscous which she can’t . She was unwell a couple of days after eating so we ate out a few times . We had an early flight home and breakfast was provided in snack bar but this was ham , cheese , bread , lots of jam , honey etc ( no pastries to use this ) and little cakes . Nothing at all gluten free. All in all we enjoyed our holiday but wouldn’t return because of food

We visited the hotel, 4 adults/3 children, for a week in May. We had a great time, the hotel was very busy but because it is so big there was always sun beds available at one of the pools, The kids enjoyed the splash pool and slides. There was a large selection of foods available all day, the kids loved the ice lollies and slush drinks! The area of Sa Coma and the hotel were spotless and the staff were very friendly.

Highly recommend for family's Beautiful hotel. Great for kids. Food available all day, great quality and variety. Clean and well kept. Room service everyday. Very Friendly staff. Right beside the beach and promenade. Excellent entertainment and entertainment area. We will be back!

Me and my family loved this resort, lots to do for the kids, parks, pools, evening entertainment, kids club was great, friendly staff. Very clean rooms, housekeeping were fantastic. Food was great, we upgraded to all inclusive , lots of choice in the restaurant and also access to food pretty much all day in the lobby. We are a group of 7 and requested rooms be close together and was given joining rooms so we were very happy. We had x2 one bedroom apartments. Plenty of space. We would come again! Queues could be frustrating in the buffet restaurant but that can’t be helped! Thanks for a great stay hipotels :)

A great place to take the children. Very clean and tidy and lots for them to do. Food excellent and lots of choice. Nice beach very clean and safe for the children. It was the end of the season so things were beginning to close down. They also were clearing the beach off all the deck chairs and umbrellas.

Great location as so close to the beach. Spacious apartments and great breakfast with lots of choice. My 5 year old loved the mini disco and we also enjoyed the evening entertainment. Would definitely recommend, although try to ask for one that gets sun on the balcony/terrace as some never do. Great choice of pools and plenty of sunbeds.

For us this resort was perfect. It's on the edge of the very touristy strip so walk in one direction and it's touristy and the other direction and it's quiet, cute little alcoves, no shops or touristy stuff for miles. We enjoyed the two worlds and dipping into each one. Hotels fantastic. Ticks all the boxes. Entertainment for the kids was great. All you can eat breakfast buffet was superb and a highlight.
