This is the best hotel we have stated at in Majorca. Staff are amazing, such friendly people. All the communal areas are immaculate, so clean and tidy. Food is good with attentive waiters. Only slight downside is the rooms are in need of an update, they're a little old and lack electrical sockets.

Although the room was small it was comfortable, the only issue was the lack of electrical points. The rooms were well maintained and cleaned well and efficiently. The staff were excellent and helpful always pleasant and friendly.
The dining facilities are well spaced and multiple serving points were well stocked.
The location was great being near the beach and walking distance to the town. There were many lovely walks nearby and transport was readily available and regular.
The grounds were spacious and the pool was large enough for everyone with enough sunbeds for everyone and plenty of choices where to rest.
There was entertainment was varied and enjoyable and extra activities means there was plenty to do.
An excellent experience all round.

Superb location on the very edge of the town, near a river with ducks, herons and other wildlife but only a few minutes walk to the busy promenade and marina.
Hotel grounds are massive, with loungers available by the pool and under trees.
Pool is lovely, with a maximum depth of 2m.
Food is okay, but not very hot. Plenty of choice. There is an outside eating area, overlooking the pool area and when I was there, I ate every meal outside.
Entertainment in the evening was excellent.
When I was there (October 24) most of the guests were German, with only a handful of British.
Highly recommended.
Hotel grounds are massive, with loungers available by the pool and under trees.
Pool is lovely, with a maximum depth of 2m.

Fabulous clean, spacious hotel. The grassy areas near the pool have lots of sun beds and are great if you like some space and peace. There was loads of choice of food at mealtimes, couldn't fault it, though the restaurant was far too busy at times. Lovely short stroll down to the gorgeous beach. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here

My husband and I have now visited Hotel Exagon Park three times in the past year and have always been made to feel extremely welcome and very comfortable. The hotel attracts all age groups and there is a lovely atmosphere about the place. It is set in beautiful and spacious grounds and there are plenty of sunbeds close to and away from the pool area. Hence, by day, you can either relax in peace and quiet or enjoy the activities organised by a very enthusiastic entertainments team.
Similarly, in the evenings you can relax comfortably in the indoor bar and its adjoining outdoor seating area or, if you prefer, be entertained down by the pool bar and stage. I would say the rooms are a little dated but they are perfectly comfortable with plenty of storage space and they are kept spotlessly clean, as is every area of the whole building.
There is a good selection of food and all inclusive drinks with bottles of wine and bottled beer served at your table in the evenings. The outdoor terrace restaurant is a treat and the dining staff are brilliant. In fact, literally everyone working at the hotel is so friendly, hard working and exceptional at what they do. It makes for a great holiday and, no doubt, we will be back.

We traveled with a family with two older teenagers and were really pleased with our choice and had a great week at Hotel Exagon Park.The transfer from the airport was actually considerably shorter than advertised- a bonus after a long journey and it should not put you off choosing this hotel/location. The staff - from the check-in, cleaners, animation, chefs and waitresses/waiters -were extremely friendly, welcoming and hard-working. The rooms, although dated, were spacious and had a lot of useful storage and were cleaned daily and to a high standard. The hotel facilities were very good as were the food and cocktails! The sandy beach was great for bathing and was just a short stroll away. The resort centre was around a 20 minute walk along a promenade. A very good value, relaxing hotel that catered for a variety of ages, nationalities and tastes. Thank you!

This is my 11th year of visiting this beautiful place. All the reception staff know me and my family very well. The food in the hotel is amazing, so much variety and healthy options - salads soups. Every evening meal was a different themed night so added more variety which I loved. The bar staff and restaurant staff as always really nice and helpful, always attending to your needs. The cleaners were very nice, greeting every guest every day which I love. They would do an amazing job getting the rooms clean every day. It is in an amazing location, only 5 minute walk to the promenade which I would do every day as my daily exercise. A daily train, the ting ting, stops right outside the hotel which is very convenient for people to go to the shops in Can Picafort. However, this is where the negatives come in. Firstly the rooms, they are very out dated and need to be updated, the water pressure coming out the tap, not the shower, was very low. Barely a dribble of water, I could have complained but I had the water from the shower or the foot shower so wasn't really a big issue. The TV in the rooms had barely any English channels that I could watch, there was only BBC1 and 2 movie channels but spend nearly 10 to 15 minutes on the break. It needs more English channels. The bed needs an extra pillow as it only had 1 pillow and sometimes would feel uncomfortable sleeping. The hygiene in the restaurant is lacking. Nearly every day, I would be sitting having my breakfast lunch or dinner, and I would look over at the food and see flies crawling all over it. Someone could get seriously ill. Also, one day, I was having my dinner, eating into some pasta, and bit into a stone, I was about to swallow it, thankfully I noticed it and removed it. I took a photo of the stone which I have attached here.

Delighted to have returned to Exagon Park for the third time with our family. From the moment we arrived the service and welcome were excellent. Rooms very comfortable, bars and communal areas are very clean and tidy with lots of space to relax and unwind. No fighting for sunbeds, able to get up when you want in the morning, take your time and wander to the pool. Some days we decided to take a short walk to the beach and then go back to the pool for the afternoon. Still beds available. Grounds are very spacious, with lots of grass and trees dotted around. Pool bar is well serviced and the team there do a great job, very freindly and attentive. Animacion team are really well organised with a good selection of activities throughout the day. Great fun, no pressure to join but lots of encouragement to participate and enjoy the fun. Have to say a big thank you to Maud and her team, Chris, Luke and Preta. Best animacion team we have seen. Outside facilities re football, volleyball, tennis etc are very good. Food and the staff in the restaurant are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble. Eating outside on the large terrace is a great experience, lots of tables and shade if required. Reception and management team really go the extra mile. Always a smile and always happy to help. The raod train Ting Ting, has stop directly outside the hotel and takes you in to Can Picafort No surprise to see many families returning time and time again. Not biased but one of the best locations we have been to over many many years.

Following on from Emma C’s review, just want to thank all the staff at the hotel but especially Maude and her entertainment team, Chris, Luke and Petra who’s energy and boundless enthusiasm made my 60th birthday celebrations with my family something we will all never forget.
