Just come back from a week at this hotel Wouldn’t class it as 4* maybe a good 3* Rooms are very dated but beds were comfy with memory foam mattresses, biggest gripe is only one plug socket in the room and it’s on the opposite side to the dressing table. Also it’s a bath with overhead shower and a shower curtain, it also get very slippery. Room was very clean though and beds made up every day. Food was ok but was aimed very much for their German guests, very same-y and sometimes not hot, lukewarm at best. Breakfast did have English bacon everyday which was good. All inclusive snacks are by far the worst I’ve had in any hotel - sandwiches you had to toast yourself, some sort of biscuit and macaroons!! Hotel itself was clean, lots of stairs throughout so wouldn’t recommend for anyone with a problem walking. Pool bar is open at 10am but then closes in the afternoon to open again at 8:30pm. Entertainment staff are amazing, they work hard and long hours. Entertainment itself was ok, although it finished at 10:30pm. Dining hall very busy so they have 2 sittings and the evening meal is table service and only one person taking drinks orders so can take a little time to get your drinks orders in, maybe adding another member would help? Pool is lovely, plenty of sunbeds but coming down in the morning there was still cups/glasses left on tables from the night before. Although we had a nice week away we probably wouldn’t return the to this hotel.

Always amazing to return home, the best hotel to be for me What really made the holiday stand out was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but special mention goes to the bar staff, who were always cheerful and efficient — nothing was ever too much trouble. A big thank you also to Maud and Chris from the animation team, who brought great energy and made the entertainment programme fun and engaging without being pushy. Their enthusiasm and professionalism really made a difference. I can’t wait to return!

We loved our stay at Exagon Park. From the moment we arrived (which was in the morning around 8:00, after a night flight) we were invited to serve breakfast (although check-in was after 14) and offered a room immediately after that, which was around 10:00. Great service, great staff. Clean rooms, clean everything. AC was perfect in spite of the very high temperatures outside. We loved the pool and it's garden with trees and having lots of shade. Also we greatly appreciated the fact that, after check-out, while our transfer was scheduled late in the evening, we enjoyed a full day at the pool and got offered a room to change in our travel clothes when we needed it. Best wishes to everyone at Exagon.

Touted as a 4 star - it’s a bang average 3. Stayed here for a few nights having booked via Jet2. Brochure hypes it up - it’s definitely an average 3 star. Pros: Clean Staff helpful Drinks not super expensive (we weren’t all inclusive) Entertainment quite fun Rooms dated but pleasant Lovely surroundings - walkway to the beach is very pretty Free towels for the pool Cons: If you book half board / all inclusive you’re only entitled to dinner the night you arrive and breakfast only on checkout day. Good luck if you land after dinner has finished. Bit of a battle with chap behind the counter to get lunch on final day The food was not great. 4/10 at best If you don’t pay over the odds and expect a 3 star you definitely won’t be disappointed

Definitely not a 4 star hotel, been to better 3 star hotels that could knock spots of this hotel by having very comfortable sunbeds with mattresses, cooking snacks between meals fresh when ordered and having tea/coffee making facilities in each room On first glance the hotel looked lovely although the rooms were very very dated and only had one electric socket no where near the dressing table or mirror. The hairdryer is not powerful and takes ages to dry your hair, tAll of the staff are lovely and friendly except the man on reception at night who is miserable and doesn't explain anything to you about meal times etc when you check in, he didn't tell us that we had to book the first sitting 6.30 to 7.45 or 2nd sitting 7.45 to 9 for dinner, we found this out by the information board just outside the restaurant. We were also not told the premium stands are in the all inclusive if you ask for them, if you don't say the mske then you will be served the cheap horrible local spirits Food is very poor and catered to german holiday makers. When we arrived at 3am in the morning and left at 5am we were told there was food in the restaurant, which was salad, meat, cheese and bread, this food had been there since 9pm at the end of the dinner the night before and was uncovered and had flies etc landing on it, so couldn't eat anything. Breakfast has a very big range of continental there are no sausages, hash browns or fried mushrooms for the british breakfast, very unususl to see sprouts or mixed veg at breakfast, never enough white bread for toast and when you ask, they dont bring it out. Lived on bacon and beans only for breakfast for 2 weeks as I don't like eggs and there was never enough white bread for toast and only 1 toaster that was useless, has to put bread through twice and it took ages. Lunch and dinner was awful, black overcooked meat full of gristle, bone and fat, pizza with hardly any topping, overcooked frozen chips, but yet again a very big range of salad and meats catered to germans, although at dinner there is a daily roast, this is normally pork or turkey, but is very dry as there is never any gravy, be aware that any meat and veg left over is put into the dishes the next day, so you will have sprouts or broccoli in the pilau rice and sweetcorn in the chill con carne which is bizarre. Had to hammer a few nights eating out as nothing g we liked in the restaurant. The cocktails at the pool bar are horrible asked for a mojito which was made with 4 spoonfuls of sugar, vanilla pods and not a mint leaf in sight, the love on the rocks was brown and tasted horrible, go to the indoor bar for a nice cocktail as the looked and tasted as they should there. Also people constantly smoking in open areas such as around the pool, at the pool bar and entertainment area every day and people were never asked to go to the smoking areas , this was ignored by staff . Dirty resort with plastic bottles and rubbish thrown on the pavements, path to beach ful

We are staying there at the moment and stayed there at the same time last year. The hotel is excellent but this year the smoking policy seems to have changed for the worst. There were 2 dedicated smoking areas last year but now smoking seems to be permitted in most outside spaces. There are no smoking signs under the pool bar shelter but I have seen people smoking there and no staff member has enforced this rule. There is smoking happening in the main entertainment seating area on an evening also. Its a shame as we really like the hotel as it is great amenities and all the staff are great too. We would and probably will return as this is not a deal breaker but definitely a gripe. Thank you Exagon Park for everything else.

Positive’s • Check in fast and efficient •Rooms kept clean •Entertainment was entertaining ( especially Elvis) •Gym was good •Location good, Ting ting picks up from outside the hotel. •Beach is a 3 minute walk down hill Local bus stop to Alcúdia, or old town Put maps on for and walk to son boula bus stop, which is a 8 minute walk heading up the hill. Back of Vell Mari hotel. • Nice bread selection •Air con was amazing Negative’s Unfortunately I was on edge around the pool so many wasps. Rooms had one plug socket, had to take the tv plug out so both me and my partner could have a plug socket to charge mobiles. • Shop never open •Lifts so small I was self conscious of breathing to loud when other guest are in the lift. •Beds were squeaky and mattress moved around a lot. Only one pillow •Food was poor, broccoli and asparagus for breakfast ? Pasta over cooked and cold Spotted some flys on the food. Worst chips I have ever eaten, I’m pretty sure they were left over from lunch time.

A relaxed atmosphere, staff extremely welcoming nothing was too much trouble, the house maid team kept the hotel immaculate, the outside bar staff kept every one hyradrated and lubricated, in high temperatures and again very helpful and friendly, big shout out to Chris and the entertainment team Simona and Rosea for keeping everyone entertained, from the children through to the adults, the children loved there disco , while the adults enjoyed eighties, divas, the King, and bingo, a Credit to this hotel, the catering staff again very helpful and professional keeping every one fed with a vast array of food, something for everyone, the hotel is situated a short walk from the beach, with bars restaurants and shops, it's a good family venue or a place just to chill and unwind,

The gentleman who booked us in at 3am in the morning was not very friendly and didn't explain everything to us, you have to book a time slot for eveing meal either 6.30 to 7.45 or 7.45 to 9, which is inconvenient if you want to go earlier one day to gonout fir the evening, hotel is clean but rooms are very dated, furniture is painted green with cream walls and too much wood. There is only 1 socket that is in the corner of the room by the door to the balcony, nowhere near the mirror, you will definitely need a long extension lead, Hairdryer in the bathroom is not very powerful and it takes ages to dry your hair. There is a step down onto the balcony that is very dangerous and quite deep. Food is not very good catered towards the Germans as the hotel is full of them, the bacon at breakfast is very bland tasting, there are no sausages, fried mushrooms or hashbrowns and have only had fried potatoes once, I don't like eggs, so have only had bacon and beans every day, although there is a huge range of continental meats, cheeses and pastries. Lunch is the same every day with very chewy overcooked meat, pasta, the sauce for the pasta is always tomato based and once we had what was supposed to be carbonara but was horrible and inedible, salad, pizza and chips, very dry food. Evening meal is very similar to lunch, although there is a roast each night there is never any gravy, food is always very dry. Pool area is nice but not enough umbrellas and small tables to put drinks on. The umbrellas that are there are ratten and cannot be moved with the sun, so therefore you have to keep moving your bed for sun or shade, if you can as others are doing the same and sometimes beds can then be very close together. Pool bar shuts at 6pm and then doesn't open again until 8pm, which isn't helpful gor people sunbathing who like to have a drink around that time, as you would have to dress and go to the indoor bar. Entertainment is very poor, a man playing a saxophone, elvis tribute, the only good night was when we had the detroit soul which was fab. Location is not the best as it is a fair walk to shops, bars/ restaurants and beach, although the land train stops outside the hotel, it runs until 11.15 then stops until 5.30 in the evening. I wouldn't come back to this hotel due to the poor choice of food and location as have been to far better 3 star establishments than this which is supposed to be a 4 star.

Fantastic! Wonderful hotel, great location. All staff are very kind and helpful, rooms are spotlessly clean! Great fresh food selection daily, plenty of seats in the dining room. Large pool surrounded by lush grounds, never an issue to get a sun lounger whatever the time of day. Highly recommend for friends, families and couples.
