very poor price/quality ratio. service and food was not good. The pool area is very crowded and it is difficult to find sun beds. the staff needs more training.

We recently stayed at the H10 Costa Adeje Palace and overall, it was a very good experience. The hotel genuinely lives up to its 4-star rating — something that’s often claimed but not always delivered. The Good: • Buffet food was excellent — far better than what we’ve experienced at similarly priced TUI-branded hotels. There was a wide range of options, freshly prepared dishes, and good quality overall. • Rooms were clean and well-maintained, though the beds were very firm. If you like a hard mattress, you’ll be fine, but if you prefer anything with softness or give, it could be uncomfortable. • Pools were great — stylish, clean, and perfect for adults looking to relax. The Mixed: • Drinks and bar service were inconsistent. Cocktails like mojitos and margaritas were sometimes made with lime cordial instead of fresh juice, which really affected the taste. That said, some bartenders clearly knew what they were doing and served a great drink — it just depended on who you got. • Staff friendliness varied. Many were welcoming and helpful, especially in the restaurants, but some bar staff gave the impression that serving guests was an inconvenience. Room for Improvement – Especially for Families with Young Children: • While there’s a kids’ pool with slides, it’s more suitable for children 6+, and the baby pool lacked any shade, which made it unusable at times. • Restaurant setup isn’t toddler-friendly. High chairs are available, but plates don’t fit on the tray, and the chairs aren’t high enough for children to sit at the table properly. No baby-friendly cutlery or cups were provided either. • Food allergy information was lacking. Unlike other hotels we’ve stayed at, the buffet didn’t have clear allergy labelling. Staff tried to help but weren’t always sure about ingredients. • No dairy-free ice cream option. For a child with allergies, it’s really hard to watch other children enjoy ice cream with no alternative available. Final Verdict: A well-run, high-quality hotel that’s clearly designed with adults in mind. If you’re travelling without young children or with older kids, it’s a solid choice. We’d happily return, but for families with toddlers or dietary requirements, it would be great to see some small improvements to make things more inclusive and accessible.

Food was amazing and service was very attentive. I’m here with family and everyone was happily satisfied with it. Jonay was great and made the night a lot better.

Do not go to this hotel and waste your money, there is a building site right next door that they don’t tell you about. Loud drilling all day long right next to the pools. Our room also overlooks it. Staff pretend like there isn’t a problem, we asked to move rooms and we were moved to a different room with exactly the same outlook. Looks like the building work won’t be finished for years as only at foundation stage. Rude staff who don’t seem to care about your experience with the worst staff being in the restaurant - chauvinist men who don’t care you’ve spent thousands to be there as a once in a lifetime trip. We were forcibly moved to a different table to accommodate a Spanish family after we’d already started eating. Mouldy pools, broken outdoor beds, threatening and aggressive lifeguards - even guest services were rude. Don’t waste your money - go anywhere but here.

Hotel looks fantastic from outside and would be really good except for a few things we experienced. Firstly the rooms look tired and outdated because they are. Photos attached prove that. Food is like warm and not very good at all. In fact really boring same every day. To show how bad food is check out the restaurant across the road. Each night it fills with residents of the hotel who realise how bad food is. Staff can be rude and lack language skills. Pool areas are nice and well kept clean as are main bars etc. Mini bar is never refilled and cleaners don’t change sheets just reuse them. In fact cleaners are getting away with ****** the quality of their work in room was very poor we were in room 311. Our view from room was an active building site so beware. Noise all day and staff got annoyed at us querying it. The question is do I recommend staying here? No there are better hotels in same area. Overall this hotel needs better managers to control some staff who are lazy and getting away with poor service. Now let’s move onto the free shuttle service. Please strap in the older grey beard driver was unsafe and should not be driving people, we were terrified. Please note they charge 3 euros per day for a safe which should be free and a deposit of 20 euros each for a towel that would cost less than 5 euros. My wife had a massage and was uncomfortable with the male person who was the only one Available for massage. She was meant to have a relaxing time when in reality she came out feeling uncomfortable. Finally myself and my wife were dizzy when we lay down which made me suspect maybe carbon monoxide leak?

We like the H10 brand and stayed at various before and always walked past this one when staying at costa adeje, so we booked it as the pools always looked good. So the positives are the pools and some heated with great views of the sea. There is a rooftop pool but need to go privilege to use it. There is an adult only area and they do manage that with lots of people with young kids trying to access the area and pool at the front. You never need to reserve a bed at this hotel, huge plus! The cocktails in the lobby bar in the evening are very good with prompt service. We went half board and each room has a fridge and a supermarket is across the road. There are a few bars and restaurants within walking distance but recommend the beach bar outside the hotel for a sunset drink. TUI Palace near by serves glass drinks for the adults but here it is all plastic and no large beer glasses, all halve measures in plastic sadly and not cheap. A cold beer glass would make a big difference but plastic now seems standard in H10 hotels. Used to be glass when you stayed at the bar but no longer for wine or other drinks. There are many babies and young kids here even out of school term for some and a large hotel. The gym is poor and outdated and small. The rooms are the issue and you can see from the lateral sea view room we had. The sea view is available once your head is over the balcony but not ideal for a mid range room. The Buffet has seats very close to each other and found the food to not be great or a great experience. You will of course find something to eat. The rooms are the issue and very old and outdated with worn furniture, carpets are very stained, gaps in the floors and missing lino as well. The beds were super hard and air con took an age to start and make a difference. A good location but you will also pay €4 each day for tea and coffee and a kettle in your room. You need to book a minimum superior room to get this for free. Also you have to pay for a safe at €3 a day. Unbelievable for an expensive hotel. I would recommend staying elsewhere for the room standard and extras.

Excellent everything about the break The hotel was clean staff are helpful and friendly rooms are clean every day. There is something for everyone. Plenty to do day and night. Tenerife has been a blast. Most places had good gluten free options.

Hotel is clean, room cleaning staff were excellent and checked-in/out was fast and efficient. We were bed and breakfast and tended to down for breakfast late to miss the hoards of people between 7-9am. One of the biggest disappointments were the hotel restaurants. The a’la’ carte restaurant was a big let down in terms of food quality. I had filet steak which was tougher than old boots! Chef apologized but still it was very poor. The teppenyaki restaurant was over priced for what you ate and entertainment value from the chef was nothing but poor. You are better off going across the road to the Ichiban which is a real Teppenyaki restaurant and 10x better wrt to the food and entertainment value. As many people have mentioned, you need to pay on-top for all incidentals such as a kettle for the room, a room safe, pool towels, pool tables, and ATM withdrawals. However, the cashless wrist band is very practical for paying at the bars and gaining room access. At the pool we still found many sunbeds with towels placed on them but no show from the individuals responsible. Very annoying to be honest. All pools were well maintained and clean. Outside the hotel and literally across the road you have the Jade Stone and Gengis Khan restaurants. Both are top class and good value for money. To summarize, the H10 is a good hotel for bed and breakfast. I would not pay more for full board nor the Privilege package.
