Beautiful hotel and location. Our room has been thoroughly cleaned throughout our stay, although point to note is that there have been no coffee facilities made available in our room, which isn’t a deal breaker but as an early riser would have been great. The hotel is kept immaculate at all times. The pools are all wonderful, especially the infinity pool which is a real gem. The reception staff have all been polite & very helpful, we have really enjoyed our stay.
The only reason I have marked as 4 stars is occasionally there is some miscommunication in the main restaurant & drinks orders can be a little slow occasionally which can be a challenge when my holiday companion is a very hungry/thirsty child.

I travelled with a family of 9 of various ages and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is lovely (although would have liked a kettle in the bedrooms) and the pool & outside areas are also very pleasant. Location is great if you don’t mind a bit of a walk back into Costa Adeje. That said there is a frequent bus service and taxis not a problem to book.

Juan Jose has the best service and helped me out as I’m gluten free. I’d say they have okay selection when it comes to gluten free food. However, they need to display the allergies on the buffet. I felt silly going round with the chef and them telling me what I can and can’t have everyday. Other than that it was a lovely experience.

Just spent a few days at the hotel and I can honestly say we have been impressed with every aspect of the hotel.
The service from the whole team has been warm and welcoming, the food has been delicious and the hotel itself has everything you could want for a week in the (very hot) sunshine.
There are 3 of us on our party - my partner, our 16 year old son and myself - our triple room is perfect for a weeks stay - plenty of space, with the highlight being the amazing shower!!
We’re here on an all inclusive basis (I believe you can choose B&B and Half Board options) - we’ve done a few all inclusive holidays over the years but this is by far the best to date. Proper branded drinks, proper measures, really glasses (in the bars) - it all adds to the positive experience.
We are due to leave tomorrow but we’re seriously thinking of extending our stay for a further few days!!

It’s a lovely hotel in a great quiet area. Excellent choice of food and drinks. Hotel not overcrowded and it’s great to not have to rush in the mornings for a sun bed. On the first night we had an issue with our bed and some insects in the room but this was quickly sorted the next day, avoiding the need to change room. The Sky Bar is a real chill out zone and the staff are great. Love it here. Would definitely book again.

My wife and I went for a short break in the sun. It was absolutely lovely. Overall the hotel is very impressive. Amazing views over the sea, fab heated pool and loads of outside space with good quality sunbeds and plenty of sunshades. It's in a lovely location too, towards the quiet end of town but easy to get to loads of restaurants and shops via the coastline footpath. We went B&B, the breakfast was plentiful with loads of choice. One small negative (if at all) was that the rooms aren't soundproof so you can hear noise from neighbours, but it's more just the sound of voices than anything specific. The bedrooms could perhaps do with a little bit of updating but to be honest, given how lovely the setting is, there's little reason to spend too much time in your room. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Would certainly recommend and go back.

Lovely clean hotel with great food. Only downside is only the adult pool was heated and we had a child with us. Staff are lovely but the holiday was made extra special by Giorgia catanzaro from the entertainment team. She was always happy and enthusiastic and remembered all the children’s names. She really made our autistic son shine and and got him up to dance etc. We don’t normally return to the same hotel but will seriously consider coming back here as long as Giorga is around. Thank you Giorgia

Disaster! Do not go here even if you do not have any other option. Hotel is outdated and sevice is mediocre. For example: they close the stand for pool towels between 14.00-15.00. So if you do not know this, and how could you know if you go to the pool for the first time, you have two options. Either be without a towel on the pool or as you normaly do, go to the reception and try to sort the problem. I went for the second. The best they could come up with is go to your room and take the bathroom towels!!! Great. As you do not have any other option you got to your room. Only to discover that you room key is not functioning. For the second time in three days. Great. And you do the walking again. Do not go here as it is not worth it. Not a single euro.

Had the best family week away in Tenerife. Definitely stay at this hotel again it was fabulous. The rooms were immaculate maids cleaning and changing bedding/ towels daily. The on-site restaurant had so much variety and the food was beautiful. The staff were so kind too nothing was to much trouble. We have throughly enjoyed our stay here and it’s only a 2 minute walk from the beach. Thank you so much 🏝✈️

Stayed for 2 weeks on all inclusive package. Food was good and had plenty of variety. Room was cleaned and tidied every day.
Plenty of sunbeds around the pools area which was also kept clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall a great place to stay.
