The building itself is clearly a bit older and shows signs of wear and tear — some renovations would be beneficial in a few areas. However, it’s evident that minor maintenance work is already underway, which is a good sign. I assume this also contributes to the relatively low price.
The location is excellent in every way — very close to the beach, great restaurants, and shops.
Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay in Can Pastilla.
Reception staff Really helpful, rooms basic but spotlessly clean, bathroom spotless loads of hot water.
Breakfast is self service and very good, hot and cold choice.

- location is great for the beach and airport
- bar staff were friendly
Negatives
- hadn't been cleaned well even though the toilet had a disinfected sign on it and beds had been made
- the bedding smelled of sweat and had a blood stain and crumbs on it
- it was really noisy. The flight path, drainage system and restaurant downstairs made it impossible to sleep
- 1 bath towel between 2 people
Rooms are ok, daily cleaning service.
Breakfast is great and lots to choose from.
No kitchen to warm up own food.
