HM Dunas Blancas

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The location of the hotel was perfect. Special thanks to the Manager and Erik, who provided us with a free room upgrade and helped us settle in. The breakfast was great, with many different options, so we never got bored during our 7-day stay. The beach is very close, and the noise from the street was minimal.

We stayed at HM Dunas Blancas at the end of August, it was a beautiful hotel. We booked with easyJet holidays, so the hotel and flights were included.
Lovely service, the restaurant buffet had a great selection of food. The waiters and waitresses were lovely, Maribel in particular was so kind and taught us about the authentic wine of Mallorca. She was very attentive and always made sure we were happy. The location of the hotel was a bit close to the evening night life, if you’re looking for a more relaxing time. But we were never disturbed by noise during our stay, we would have preferred to of been in a quieter location. The closer you got towards Palma the more peaceful it became.

The receptionists were very helpful and always on hand to offer help with taxis, recommendations and even offered us a welcome drink!

The rooms were lovely, very clean and modern. However could do with some more storage space for clothes, ie draws and more hanging space.

Stayed at this hotel in the 2nd week of July 2024. Great service from our host Eddie. The location is perfect if you wanna go to restaurants and clubs. Had a very nice vacation here and would recommend.

Had a very warm welcome at reception from Yola, who, incidentally, went above and beyond to locate and recover my lost cell phone, so I cannot fault her dedication to make my holiday as good as she could.
Reception area is very modern and pretty cool decor.
I upgraded to a room with terrace, which was very nice, modern furnishings, but lacking in wardrobe space. Air conditioning works very well. Shower was a bit on the small side but loved the the decor. Beds are comfortable and had a peaceful sleep.
Maid service was a bit lacking, had to ask for fresh towels and the sheets were never changed during my stay, so for me, that's one star off.
Juachin, Leo, and Tony, barstaff, were very friendly and always willing to stop and chat, and kept everything clean and tidy in the bar.
At breakfast there is a very wide variety and will suit all tastes and cultures, I was very impressed at how quick the staff cleared tables and prepared the tables for others to come in.
The dining room manager, Juan, runs a tight ship and is very efficient.
Situated just off the main strip ,I thought would be a bit noisy, but I was surprised at how quiet it was.
The main strip is filled with shops ,bars and restaurants to suit everyone and the food was awesome.
Overall my stay was a very pleasant and relaxing experience, which is what I was aiming for. Thanks

Nice hotel, staff is super friendly and helpful. Clean and organized. Nice swimming pool. Location is very good, the beach area just around the corner.
Only negative point is the walls are not good isolated you can listen to each noise in the halls during the night.

We are staying for 10 days in room 514 for half board.

Unfortunately we didn't get a drink on arrival , but we didn’t asked for it though. The room is not very big but really spacious enough to sleep and to take a shower for 2 persons. Not much extra space, but what makes it more pleasant is the view of the sea from our balcony that is providing 2 lounge chairs and a small table, so ideal for the tapas!

The staff is very friendly ,and by the pool they are always there to help you or ask if you want a drink, or something to eat. Great service!

They recently renewed the hotel, and we can see that in the details. We have chosen for this one because it has a bohemian, and modern style. Also it is near to the beach. There is even a hallway from the pool to the beach. In 10 seconds you’ve made it.

Whilst choosing your breakfast you’ll realise they invest in quality and quantity. There is a wide range of choice, as well local as international products. Same for dinner.

In general we recommend this hotel for young people who like to take a rest and enjoy the amazing white sand beach, meanwhile you can also choose to go out because there are also clubs nearby.

This is a trendy, refreshing hotel!

Just returned from a one week stay at this hotel. Check in was smooth and staff very friendly at all times. Rooms are compact but smart and clean with a daily maid service and towel change. Air conditioning is included (which was definitely needed!) and a safety deposit box is 3 euros per day. Breakfast is served between 7.30 and 10.30a.m. and there is an extensive choice from fruit to full monty. The hotel is very covid aware and they have put in as many measures as possible to reduce risks..hand sanitisers..social distancing..compulsory face coverings to be worn when moving around the hotel...we witnessed staff reminding guests to put on a face covering when someone didn't have one on...very reassuring!! There are 3 pools in different courtyards and a combination of sun loungers and double sun beds. We experienced temperatures of 35 degrees+ and the courtyards can be too much at times but there are plenty of shaded areas. The hotel is just across the road from the beach and entrance is manned by security staff. We didn't particularly like the beach as we found it to be occupied by groups of young males who chose to drink all day and were intoxicated but the hotel has no control over this. A nicer area of beach can be found towards the Arenal end which is just a 10 minutes walk. The only down side? Drinks appear to be overpriced. We...More
