Not a 4 star hotel for sure. No shampoo, no shower gel, just 2 little pieces of soap for a week for 2 people and if you used it you don’t get more. Very limited breakfast menu, bad coffee. Everything very simple but tidy.

Great hotel, very close to the Playa de Palma. Rooms are very good, clean and comfortable, cleaning os regular. Food is very good, with a lot of local dishes. I will gladly come back here for a longer stay.

I really enjoyed my vacation here! The hotel was clean and luxurious. The pool was big, there were sunbeds for everyone. The food was diverse and delicious. It was really close to the beach and there was a huge promenade full of bars, clubs and restaurants. I recommend this place for everyone! Very suitable.

Only giving a 4* this time as our room was facing the street and the Hotel opposite, we asked if we could swop for one with the view to Palma that we have had previously but was told we would have to pay 20€ a day! So was very disappointed. Also the fridge isn't great, had some bottles of water in there for a couple of days and there still not cold. But over-all it's a nice Hotel and would recommend

Fantastic friendly hotel. Super clean and very nice rooms. There is plenty of choice of food which is of a high quality standard. There is off road parking and the hotel is only 10 to 15 minutes from the airport yet no planes fly over or near enough the hotel to be able to hear any noise. Amazing hotel. I was there last summer and I came back this summer because of its location and great service. The breakfast is very good and the rooms are sparkling clean. They gave me a beach umbrella to use and also free cava from the bar. I also found a free bottle of vine in the room because I booked directly on their website. I will be back.

Our room was clean, maids did the good job, however we could still smell the glue from the renovation. Great location great beach, walk 5 minutes and you will find sunbeds and umbrellas for rent with services but need to be early as they get full quite quick. I liked the hotel and the location where you can access the beach, walking street and night life, close to bus stop and easy access to the main big city. The staff was nice, the food was very great with each night having food from a special country or rigion and the service was pretty good.

Absolut fine, we were on the 1st floor, sharing a private pool with few more rooms, had a huge terrace with shade until 2pm. We stayed here for 1 night for a layover after a late flight. Only a few minutes taxi journey from the airport (£12). Room was clean, no complimentary water though. The highlight was the breakfast buffet! Not included in our room, but was only €10pp & well worth it! It was busy as to be expected but had a huge range with fresh food available.

Hotel in a great location, a few steps to the beach. Clean, quiet. What surprised me most was the food served for dinner, which was much better than in nearby pubs. We stayed here for 6 days in late March 2018. The hotel is very clean ,the hotel staff is very friendly and the restaurant had a good selection of food each day. The outdoor area is cozy and social. The gym is nice and they even have 2 indoor swimming lanes for those who wanna get a little extra exercise. In the future I'd like to have a more reliable wifi connection :) See you next time :)

Stayed for 9 days. Great hotel with a stunning balcony with view. Nice hang out at the pool side and live music on certain nights. Lobby is very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping for rooms need some improvement. My towel had stain and on one day, the new towels were dumped abruptly under the sink. Table with stain remained there when i came back. Good location, if you don't mind a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach. Arenal beach is well worth the walk, lots of coffee shops and places to eat and drink along the front.

Very good Hotel beds are ok but all in all this place is very well priced, both breakfast and dinner buffets included, good wine, and very friendly staff. Rooms are great. Positives: Value for money, location (close to beach), all amenities close by, friendly and amenable staff, especially on reception. Negatives: Poor A/C, No 'double' beds (only twin beds pushed together), cramped rooms, no bathroom shelves or storage, despite being 4-star there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the safe is chargeable.

We had dinner there intended to enjoy the view from the restaurant. It was beyond our expectation. The food, the drinks and the services are all top notch. Must try their sangria and house wine. Room is good. Food is tasteless, even the chips. I struggle to eat anything at breakfast, so I have a cake. Even the jam is tasteless jelly. Plastic cups for all drinks outside of restaurant, I feel like a child. But it is majorca and I love the place. Eating out is fabulous.

The Food is great and more than enough at every meal. The hotel is a 3 star and you get what you pay for a 3 star. The rooms are average and cleaned daily. It’s a busy hotel so lots of People are coming in & out daily which might make it look dirty but they try their best each day. The Pool area is great, just need a few more chairs around the pool for guests and hotel is very close to the beach which...

This hotel surprised us with a really nice and new rooms, helpful stuff and comfortable amenities. Rooms could be a bit cleaner as we found a lot of hairs on the floor and under the shower, but apart from that everything was really great! Especially food which was so delicious and vary that we didn't even have to spend any money in restaurants. We would definitely choose this hotel again :)

Can’t fault this hotel. Stayed for 5 days from 13th April with 3 friends. We were in room 406 which slept us all. Large, clean room with huge balcony which was a bonus. Rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. Food was absolutely delicious - lots of choice and snacks on offer throughout the day. Excellent drink choice on all inclusive as well. Staff all lovely and helpful. Added bonus...

Stayed here for one night before a morning flight home. In my opinion, this hotel and suits for a short stay near the airport, reachable by bus or taxi(13 euros). Of course, the beach is the sea to go close - 5 minutes, but the hotel is on a noisy highway, there is no unity with nature, about which you dream, when you go on a "beach" vacation is not in sight. In addition to the street noise we suffered...

The Hotel Sant Jordi is a great place to be in Palma. Close to the beach and aquarium...so great for kids. The morning breakfast buffet is amazing! Lastly it is close to the airport...but not too close...you cannot hear any planes taking off or landing. As well, it has a pretty decent pool and bar. Nice place!

It is a very good hotel. Good relation price-quality. The breakfest and dinner are very good. Near to the beach and have a nice pool.

Good location and good service. Large and clean room. We can see the sea from our room. It closes to the airport and it only takes 10 mins to go to the city center by bus 25. The balcony door lock is on the left side of the door, just press it to lock the door.

great location very close to the beach and a lot of nice bars and restaurants. Also, extremely friendly and helpful staff. They even sent a jacket that I forgot in the hotel room to Germany. Can only recommend this place!

Great place to stay if you’re in Can Pastilla. Very short walk to the beach and the rooms are basic but decent and clean. Massive bed and the air con is a god send when Mallorca is as hot as it is! The staff at the hotel are absolutely fantastic and so friendly and helpful. Offered a shower and luggage storage when we were checking out too if we needed which is always welcome. Great pool and sunbathing...

Perfect little hotel for our short stay, super close to the beach and airport, just jump on A2 bus and 2 stops later it pulls up in front of hotel. Breakfast was nice across the road in Hotel Amic Gala, fresh fruit, crossiants, salads and cooked breakfast. On last day without asking was offered room with clean towels to shower and change.

Hotel is nice. The location is good, a few minutes walk to the beach. Breakfast buffet could be better. Our room was nice, 1 single bed in the front room and 2 single beds in the main bedroom. There is a big balcony with 2 sunbeds. If you are a plane spotter, the balcony is a perfect place to spot the planes taking off, depending on the wind direction.

Great location at the middle of town. Big rooms with great sea views - small pool but good sun terrace. Staff and service is first class - highly recommended

Just come back home from staying in Palma for 4 nights. Stayed at this hotel which was in a great location, the shops, restaurants, aquarium and beach was all within walking distance. The breakfast had ample to choose from and the staff were lovely - the roof top pool was great. Would stay at this hotel again in the future.

Rooms are clean, modern and spacious. Cleaned everyday. I stayed for work so cannot speak to the leisure aspect but solid hotel

The hotel was ok, near to airport, city and the beach. The room was so clean and the ac works great. The worker was so nice to us. The breakfast was great. But the room wall was so thin, we can hear anything outside the room, ohh and sadly they don’t have hairdryer.

Really nice and friendly staff willing to help as much customers as they can, very accommodating. Walking distance from to the beach. Personally would recommend the superior room as standard is kinda small for me, plus the mini fridge is free of charge in superior and gets stocked up everday. Close by to airport, cost around 16 euros for a taxi.

We were a group of 7 in Mallorca, for a week, and we have booked 3 double rooms and a single room. 3 out of 4 rooms were quite dirty at arrival (hair, dust, crumbles, mud). However the staff was very nice to us and Starting with the second day everything became better, the rooms were cleaner. Good breakfast, friendly employees (always ready to assist and support you). There were enough parking places...
