One of the best hotels that I stayed and I have stayed in many. Provides high quality in everything like smooth towels, very clean room and amazing body care products. Room service was cleaning every day. We had only breakfast included and that was also tasty with big variety. Last the location is amazing. Very close to the beach. Sure would like to come again.

My friend and I enjoyed the location, central and quiet, very close to both the airport and the beach. There is a paid spa service, gym and swimming pool free to all. As for meals, various choices, the only flaw being dinner, drinks excluded as well as just water.

We stayed here for 1 night for a layover after a late flight. Only a few minutes taxi journey from the airport (£12). Room was clean, no complimentary water though. Hotel in a great location, a few steps to the beach. Clean, quiet. What surprised me most was the food served for dinner, which was much better than in nearby pubs. The hotel was very clean and great area only 5 minute walk to the beach with supermarkets everywhere, the room got cleaned everyday and there is a tennis court and nice pool with plenty of areas to sit and chill, the food in the morning is €10 and they serve nice lunch after 1pm would definitely recommend.

It was a decent place, its value for money, and location is really close to the airport. The price was a bit too high, but cause of the season I guess you can't expect anything less than that, we visited in June. The air conditioning works great and that was a big plus for me.

We stayed here for 6 days in late March 2018. The hotel is very clean ,the hotel staff is very friendly and the restaurant had a good selection of food each day. The outdoor area is cozy and social. The gym is nice and they even have 2 indoor swimming lanes for those who wanna get a little extra exercise. In the future I'd like to have a more reliable wifi connection :) See you next time :)

Generally very nice hotel. Roof terrace is lovely. Staff is very friendly and kind. No car parking but there is one big car parking 10 mins walking distance. The hotel is in a nice area, making it a good choice for a short trip. It's also conveniently located near public transportation. The rooftop bar is very relaxing and a great place to unwind on a quiet night. However, the room felt a bit small for three people, and the blankets did not have covers, which made us feel uncomfortable. I hope the hotel can improve this aspect for future guests.

Overall pretty good for our 3 days holiday, breakfast is quite a lot of varieties. There are two pools, both are quite small. First week of April is too cold to get into the pool. Bike rental services is €17 each, however, the nearby tour shop only €8 each per day. Room is smaller than what we expected, can only fit in two twin beds.

Positives: Value for money, location (close to beach), all amenities close by, friendly and amenable staff, especially on reception. Negatives: Poor A/C, No 'double' beds (only twin beds pushed together), cramped rooms, no bathroom shelves or storage, despite being 4-star there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the safe is chargeable.

Room is good. Food is tasteless, even the chips. I struggle to eat anything at breakfast, so I have a cake. Even the jam is tasteless jelly. Plastic cups for all drinks outside of restaurant, I feel like a child. But it is majorca and I love the place. Eating out is fabulous.

Just come back home from staying in Palma for 4 nights. Stayed at this hotel which was in a great location, the shops, restaurants, aquarium and beach was all within walking distance. The breakfast had ample to choose from and the staff were lovely - the roof top pool was great. Would stay at this hotel again in the future.

I liked the hotel and the location where you can access the beach, walking street and night life, close to bus stop and easy access to the main big city. The staff was nice, the food was very great with each night having food from a special country or rigion and the service was pretty good.

Our room was clean, maids did the good job, however we could still smell the glue from the renovation. Offered Shampoos were catastrophic. 4 Sunbeds by the pool were free but they requested us to pay 40€ at 9:30PM?! Great location great beach, walk 5 minutes and you will find sunbeds and umbrellas for rent with services but need to be early as they get full quite quick. It was frustrating to have to ask for the smallest things to better my stay. I assumed as a solo female traveller they would try to make me feel a little more comfortable. The bedding has holes and upon entry I found hair in places as well.
