What an amazing 6 nights we have just had at the Botel Alcudiamar! Amazing staff, clean and safe environment, beautiful location. We went here a few times for drink and dinner while in Alcudia for some days. The place is really great and especially the location is perfect in a quiet spot directly in the harbor. Try to sit outside after walking through the hotel lobby. They also have a great gin menu in the bar that is worth a try.

Just went for a swim. Beach not too busy in August, but water not the clearest in the area and there was a bit of a funny smell every now and then! Easy to park in the street close by...

The beach has nice sand and their are a lot of bars and such along the beach. The water is ok: its not very clear near the shore but when you swim out it gets nicer. Worst thing about the beach is the smell, every so often there's a garbage smell sweeping the beach.

I've been in three 4 star hotels during my trip and Viva was the best. What I liked was a lot of space in the studio rooms. Felt like I live in my own apartment for a while. Just got back from one of the best family holidays we have had. We as a family have never done all inclusive or stayed at the viva sunrise but wow I was blown away by all staff at the hotel. On arrival the reception team are very welcoming, helpful and so polite. The entertainment team work so hard to make sure all the family have the perfect holiday. We have stayed at the viva sunrise many times in the last ten years, we cannot find any faults with this hotel, not one. The staff are lovely, the entertainment is good, the Royal Rooms are indeed luxury and make the holiday feel like a holiday. Food is great good quality. Recommended for families.

Great stay! Nice staff and room (family apartment). The kids did joined and had fun on several activities of the Mini club (kid's club). Even the weather was nice!? We had a pleasant stay at the Siesta Apartments, although our experience with the receptionist Elaine was disappointing. She was very patronising and rude. The rest of the staff were courteous and efficient. The children's entertainment was well-organized and enjoyable which was the highlight of our holiday.

Been coming here for many years and whilst some things are still great, others have slipped. The pool area is spacious and sunbeds aren't an issue. There are lifeguards who are friendly. The public areas were spotless. The room was small but was a good price. It took a couple of days for the room to be cleaned.

Good central location just a five minute walk to the beach. Bus stop right outside the hotel for airport drop off/pick up as well as direct link to Alcudia Old Town. Came for 10 days, was upgraded on arrival. Couldn't fault the apartment it was brill. Everything clean, and everything needed to cook. The maid service was exceptional very polite and friendly. Really kid friendly. A bit spread out so depending in which section you are staying you might have to walk a bit. Clean and tidy for a basic type of hotel, very convenient to ferry port. Friendly staff, hotel does not have a restaurant but there are plenty close by. Hotel does not have own parking but large carpark opposite, so everything vey convenient.

My friend & I stayed at the Bordoy hotel for 5 nights at the end of July. The hotel is very well maintained & the cleanliness is of a high standard. Everything was simply perfect! The staff are very polite, and every detail has been carefully thought out. The hotel faces completely south, the sandy beach has very fine sand, and the entrance to the water is gently sloping. The beach is cleaned daily and everything is spotlessly clean. We will definitely come back!

My Husband and I stayed here just after reopening for our honeymoon and it was lovely. It wasn't our planned honeymoon but none the less was absolutely gorgeous! Lovely clean hotel. Island was perfect for adults not wanting involved in pool/kids entertainment at main pool. Lovely clean rooms and nice peaceful location although for anyone struggling to walk the beach might be too far, the hotel does offer a shuttle to the beach. We have just returned from a 5day stay from this hotel. We stayed on the third floor, and went all inclusive. The staff were friendly upon arrival. As soon as we entered the hotel room there was an awful smell that was repulsive. We told several cleaners but from start to finish of our stay the smell got worse and lingered. The children mentioned that there wasn’t much food selection.

The location was perfect, and so was the weather. The room was a bit shady and one of the three elevators was out of order for almost the whole week. The breakfast was outstanding though.
