This was one a Thompson super family hotel and was amazing back then , dint know what's happened to this hotel its so sad , went year after year but just not the same , I'd live to find the lady who ran the corner shop outside the hotel ,she was lovely

Such a lovely place to stay, clean, friendly, food very good. We've not been to this part of Majorca before but plan to go again, a very nice town with a beautiful beach, just a stroll from the hotel, recommend DOBLE A Beach Club for food right on the front, rooftop views.

Lovely 2 room appartements. Refurbished appartements in building one. Friendly personell, short walk to the beach. A real Mallorcan restaurant for breakfast and lunch nearby and several nice international restaurants. A pitty the pool bar closes way before midnight.

Clean and mordern appratments with all the necesarry things, very good service and staff, 2 min walk from the beach, frequent bus service to all major towns and the airport from just outside the hotel. Lots of good restaurants and shops nearby.

Nice welcome Rooms and general hotel really clean. Lovely little kitchenette area- maybe could have done with a smaller table but that's literally the only criticism. We are just back from a weeks stay at lago park, we had a great stay. The location is great shops, restaurants and the beach are only a few mins walk away. The hotel looks good but is basically a hotel for mosquitoes. At the minute the hotel has been overrunned by them they are everywhere. The hotel itself is just your standard basic inclusive and I would only recommend going full board or all inclusive. Fantastic hotel, great staff very accommodating and informative, great entertainment for all ages my teens loved it only thing l would suggest is that they made teen clubs 13-19 as it’s all older adults in the adult club. Hotel Condesa is such a welcoming place. The stagf really make this place. So friendly and always go the extra mile for you. The place is also kept spotless. The obly small disappontment is that there was no aircon in the room.

Close to the beach. The food at the buffet although good it was mostly cold. The room were smoke free the rest of the common area were not.and WY have air conditioning when you leave the doors open.

Coffee should be served with dinner. Don’t understand the logic! Safes should be available for free. First hotel to charge a daily rental of room safes. Pool towels should be available with a card not a $20 advance! We have enjoyed our stay and your hospitality.

My family and I were looking for a quiet vacation and we hit the nail on the head! We loved being in the pool area with our drinks, especially in the Balibeds. Best holidays in a very long time and best staff ever, everyone made sure we had a lovely stay and we have had such a wonderful time can’t wait to come back!

Had a brilliant stay good food and the pool was lovely. The entertainers were awesome aly and Joaquin definitely recommend it.

Very helpful and friendly staff, food is pretty good quality and range. Any minor issues have been sorted straight away! Tip: bring citronella candles if you want to sit on your balcony and don't want mozzies around!

This was our 4th visit for me and my husband and as always we had a relaxing holiday. The staff make everything so easy; they are friendly and helpful, especially Cati on reception, Jose, Gabriella ,Justine, Paco, Felix and all the new staff. Excellent visit, couldn't have asked for any more from the hotel and the team, great for kids, food selection for all inclusive is great!
