Beautiful place on a large property whose origin was a 13th century nunnery. 3 pools, tennis court, bike rentals so you can get to the beach 2 km away. Service was good with very friendly staff.

Definitely something for all at this hotel. Went with family (all over 18) however there is much for everyone to do. Stayed a couple of nights here, down to the chase - hotel is really well situated and easy to access if you are driving. Parking is available on first come first serve and street parking available if you need to. It is a 10min walk from the beach promenade and an easy walk from the lively street if you go for a night out, just be aware of the neighbours as they deserve peace and quiet at late night...

One of the best hotels i ever been to. Extremly good service and nice staff. This hotel should been a 5 star hotel. Nice looking bar on roof and downstairs and drinks are good made. Enough sunbeds for everyone, no need to wake up early to secure your sunbed. Rooms are good cleaned. Resturant and outside bar have very good food.

Fantastic trip with the family! The room was great, but I recommend asking for a mattress topper for the pull-out bed as it does need it. Visited at the end of October, UK half term. Pool area was great, the kids seemed to enjoy playing on the pool bubble all day. Food was okish for all inclusive but there was something for everyone. Mallorca is not that big island so you can reach any nice places in the island by a car within an hour. And Can Picafort beach can be reached in 10 minutes by walk. The staff, rooms and facilities were faultless. The only issue we had was that the pools were ice cold. The only time I got in the outdoor pool all week was when I accidentally fell in, My toddler was desperate to get in but would scream whenever her feet touched the water. It was such a shame as the weather was lovely and everything else was perfect.

Had a great holiday in BQ Can Picafort, was really close to the lovely sandy beach and clean and warm sea. The only 2 minuses were: no kettle and caps to make your own tea/coffee and the mini fridge was not cooling that much, if you put in cold drink it would keep it sort of cold, but it won't cool a room temperature drink for you. We have had a very nice 12 night stay (2 adults and 1 10 Yr old girl). Excellent buffet breakfast with staff that clearly work very hard. The hotel met our expectations. The food is excellent, the staff is very friendly, the pools are nice and clean. The position of the hotel is also excellent, only 200m to the excellent beach, shops and restaurants. Disadvantages: pool open only until 6pm, no kettle for water in the room and a safe which is charged extra (this should be a standard service).

Just had an excellent 5 days here. Staff were great and very friendly, even encouraging my attempts to practice my Spanish on them. The buffet breakfast has great variety and the evening buffet is very good value. One small issue I have the pool hours of 10am-6pm could be extended an hour each side for those who don't like sitting on the beach, no matter how beautiful they are.

Been here many times (first with Viva and now with Zafiro). Great for family holidays although the entertainment staff for the older kids & adults was poor this year (2018) compared with previous years (they all felt the needed a rocket up their behinds - and severely lacked any enthusiasm). Nice place, good staff, tasty food, but entertainment so specific, they give a way for young talents as I understand 🤣🤣🤣 Connecting to the Internet needed to be better :( dowload speed 2-3 MB uploadad about 8), sometimes connections lost for a second, two. This is i 4 star hotel like it said the reason i give it 5 stars is because of the waiters by this pool bar, they were super nice, Antonio, Sebastian, Tony, almost make it feel like you have personal waiters. We have just come back from a week's cycling holiday and highly recommend the hotel. The food is fabulous with so much choice to suit everybody's taste. The lane swimming really suited me too, usually had a lane to myself. We will definitely be back next year.

The hotel was okay, however i wouldn't stay there again. On Arrival the room hadn't been cleaned, floor was filthy covered in sand and clumps of hair and the toilet was also covered with sand. Friendly service, central location, easy walk to everything. Shower / WC door is translucent providing little privacy. The hot tub is old but usable. The sauna / steam room are not always on during opening times - ask reception. Both pools are kept clean. Nice, relaxing place to visit.

We were really satisfied with our stay at THB Gran Playa. The service was very good and they give attention to your needs. The hotel and the rooms are very clean and they get cleaned each day. Lovely experience! The room was extremely clean The staff was very kind and professional The view from the balcony was a 10. The only thing I haven’t enjoyed was the food. Seemed fade and not a lot of choices.

Bit worried about this hotel after reading reviews, absolutely nothing to worry about the room whilst cosy was adequate it was clean and bonus we got a sunbed on our balcony. This hotel is very nice. The rooms are Clen and the food is very good. Service speaks a lot of languages which helps a lot. Location right next to the beach is a great thing.

Nice food, next to beech, beech is claen but wavey. Very small swimming pool and kids club not open for long.

Just by the 10 kilometres long beautiful sandy beach. Nice food. If you are prepared for a bit of self service (for some may be annoying) than it is a place for you. Suffering very little bit of entertainment, especially if you are not German (at disco - if there is any - almost only German songs).
