This hotel is fab and location is excellent for beach and old town. Staff are all very welcoming from reception to the cleaners. We had a week stay here as a family of five. Apartment clean and spacious with lovely comfy beds and either a balcony or terrace. Pool and grounds well tended and spotless with lots of sun beds. I loved it! Such a lovely place. Our apartment was 116 accessed from the street. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. We could see the pool from the bedrooms and back balcony and to the front overlooked the street and had great views of the sunset on the front balcony! The hotel itself is what it is, the rooms are dated and cramped and not soundproof at all but clean and tidy. A fine, small hotel right at the entrance to the old town. We particularly liked the cleaning service (fresh bedding and towels during the week) and the small terrace, where the delicate aromas from the restaurant below made us want to eat. A dynamic, professional, and efficient service team!

Ideal structure to easily visit all the attractions offered by the characteristic city of Alcudia and its surroundings. The strength of the apartment is undoubtedly the location, in fact it is located in the center and within the pedestrian area. A clean and modern interior in a beautiful old building in the old town. Very tasty breakfast, friendly staff. Shops, restaurants and public transport can be reached in a few minutes. The beach can be reached on foot in 30 minutes.

The reception is not in the hotel itself but around the corner. But it's not a problem. The room was nice, but the sink in the open room was a bit strange. You can sit quietly in the small inner courtyard and let the evening come to an end.

This property is in a great location, very central but peaceful too. Well maintained and beautifully styled. Breakfast was incredible in a gorgeous courtyard just around the corner and staff were very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

We got the room that is coming out through the patio and the truth is we consider the best located. Cleaning ok, jacuzzi ok. Stayed here on a last minute getaway to Mallorca in Oct 2018. The location was only a few minutes walk from the centre and free overnight parking on the edge of town. The staff were friendly and gave us some local tips. Rooms had a lovely old school Spanish feel and were clean. The inside courtyard the perfect place to enjoy the amazing homemade breakfast!

Excellent stay. Late check in after midnight was accommodated well. The location within the walls of Alcudia old town is perfect for accessing many cafes, bars and restaurants.

We didn't stay there, but did eat there. Best steak I have had in a very long time. From the street the entrance was very unpretentious, but we were rewarded with very cozy and shaded courtyard.

This room was incredible. We stayed in the Eivisssa room. It was on the first floor and had a balcony that opened up to the courtyard. The room was super clean. The bed was magical. I'm 6'1" and I could stretch my legs out in the bathtub. I wish I would have stayed here for a week. It was absolutely stunning. The breakfast buffet was amazing as well. Fantastic A gem of an hotel conveniently situated within all of the attractions of old town Alcudia. Spotlessly clean, fantastic breakfasts, attentive but unobtrusive hosts. We had the room with private plunge pool which was a fabulous feature much enjoyed. Highly recommended!

Contact the hotel in advance and inform the check-in time. The hotel will tell you the password by email. The hotel is in the town and is easy to find. Although it is not a 24-hour front desk, you can call to ask if you have any questions. There is no quilt in the room, only sheets. We called to ask for a self-service blanket. Beautiful and elegant hotel, with great windows annd boutique style in absolutely amazing location! Don’t miss the rooftop terrace as you see over the whole area with the sea on two sides and the mountains on the others. Very clean and extremely kind host & service! We’ll come back for sure!

The staff at Fonda Llabrés make us feel like family, even with a group of 14! The location is super central and the rooftop has some of the best views in Alcúdia. They offer a great breakfast, rooms are clean and modern, and check-in was smooth. We will be back!
