The hotel was nice and clean, but the food was not that good. Everyday was a different food theme, which were very specific. Also the food was not very child friendly (e.g. no french fries). The Service was very good and friendly and alcoholic drinks are included in the all-inklusive. Overall is the hotel nice and beautifull, but the food was boring and not our kind.

This hotel is very good. When you go in the hotel, you will have a beautiful lobby with the restaurant being close to it. The view is beautiful, there is a big pool outside (even though it is very crowded in the summer), a fitness room, a spa, and the distance between the beach and the hotel is short and is connected with a bridge. Where here mid Nov, pretty dead here friendly staff in the hotel the rest was just ok. Internet in the hotel is close to not existing so slow upgrades are 15 Euro for 7 days per phone or laptop. This is in my opinion an outdated policy.

When I went to alcudia for the first time I chose this hotel and I felt it was the choice that I could be proud of! Nice food and drinks The ocean is only 2 minutes nearby! Wonderful pools Very clean rooms, I always got orquideas on the bed every next day! AC in the rooms and nice beds!

Nice small and quiet place. The apartments are small but they work well and are well equipped. the pool is small but you can walk to the beach in 2 minutes. The only big minus is that we have had both shoes and clothes stolen from the clothes rack on the terrasse , so it is recommended not to have anything of value left outside.

Very nice apartment hotell with friendly staff and nice rooms. The location on the beach is perfect. We had a really nice view of the ocean from our room. I can definitely recommend this hotel, it has a good location the staff are super nice, really good service. The hotel has hired a guy named Lazar who does children's shows and has fun with guests at the hotel, just want to give him an extra thanks, he is a really good guy. We had 3 rooms, two smaller ones and a bigger one with claimed better view. View from the rooms we paid more for was not very good, the 2 smaller rooms had better view, not a big deal. Just had a 4 day stay at the Inmood Aucanada, I can honestly say I have had the most amazing time. The room was immaculately clean and modern, cleaned and towels changed daily. We stayed the second time in this hotel. It was again an exceptionally nice experience: such stunning views from the room. Good breakfast (I would prefer fresh orange juice though), super friendly staff and a calm location.

The resort itself is beautiful and I’m sure the hotel will be too when it’s finished but they are not telling people it’s like a building site . It’s still not finished . The property is under construction which wasn't noted on the reservation page. Because of this the gym was not open which was one of my search criteria. Parking was very limited.

Although the hotel was still under renovation, they pulled out all the stops to make our stay special. It's in a beautiful location with the Boat House bar connecting it to the sea and beach area. Breakfast was served by the pool with plenty of cover from the sun if required and plenty of choices on offer from the attentive staff. Love to stay again when all the renovations have been carried out.

Hotel is located in really quiet and peaceful part of the city. It is near the sea overlooking bay and small park in front. Staff is very polite and helpful. View from the room is nice, and you have large balcony to sit in. Breakfast is good but could have more variety.

Had a fabulous 10 days here. We stayed B&B, breakfast had plenty of options hot and cold. Had a fantastic room (junior suite) with a beautiful roof terrace! Always kept clean. Stayed here for a night before heading to our main accommodation. Very nice family room with a comfortable sofa bed for the kids. Nice decor, recently refurbished I would imagine. Breakfast was excellent with buffet and menu options, both of which were included in our room rate. Our room had a sea view, but it's a rocky shoreline rather than beach - but very scenic.

Nice place, but some fairly essential stuff missing. 20€ a week for 1 device to be connected to extremely bad internet. Parking is a nightmare due to trees growing in a very small space outside the apartments. Towels are tiny and some aesthetic damage to furniture etc. The entire complex is built on a steep hill as well, so driving it is not for the faint of heart, but there is very little traffic...

Well, I believe when it comes to Value vs Money it is OK, but for sure it is far away from good clean hotel. You will get 2 floors apartment with kitchen for maximum 5 adults. There are few swimming pools as well as restaurant. Place is located around 400-700 meters away from sea, although you have a fantastic Seaview at least from second floor. There is a free parking just next to apartment

Breakfast not worth the price!

This hotel was lovely clean and the staff were lovely friendly and helpful entertainment was brilliant for the kids but as we had a 16 year old one 1 year old we did spend our evenings in the piano bar which was lovely and drink was so much better in there,food was fresh and plenty of choice and the food truck was great didn’t have to wait long at all for your order as some are stating in there reviews...

We had a fantastic 10 day holiday. The hotel is right near the beach and there are 3 pools (1 quieter pool, child pool and medium pool). The food was good with a great selection each night, breakfast was also really good. The bus stop is only a 5 minute walk away and there is a spar to the left out of the front of the hotel. We have just got home from this hotel 4 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 10. We honestly had the most amazing time. We were greeted with a glass of champagne on arrival which was lovely. We had a little trouble with our room smelling damp and being loud (ground floor outside lifts) the staff were understanding and helped us swiftly move to a better room no problems after this! Lovely atmosphere from morning to evening. Huge shoutout to the animation team and waiters for making our stay even more unforgettable. Good hotel with superb location

It is an excellent hotel. We liked its location and the restaurant. The room was clean. The shower in the room was excellent. We especially liked that on the departure date, the hotel allowed us to use a special room with a shower and the possibility of changing clothes. Wi-fi worked well. The only problem was that the air conditioner did not work properly and did not cool down the room.

It's definitely a hotel worth recommending, especially in Alcudia, but the service in the kitchen is unfortunately a bit poor! Plates aren't cleared away immediately, for example?!!!!! I could name several more examples...

The location of the hotel is very good, close to beaches and shops. Breakfast is not bad. The room air conditioners were not working properly. Our view was beautiful.

Room was basic but clean. I have a large family (6) and the 2 bedroomed apartment wasn't really ideal as the sofa bed and pull out bed weren't great. A good well equipped hotel. With very helpful an friendly staff. Good food. And a nice pool area. The only reasons for not giving 5/5 are…… Lack of bacon at breakfast. 2nd floor carpets a little grubby. A little mould at the bottom of the shower screen and at the bottom of the shower tiles. Very suitable for family travel! This hotel is actually a bit like a residential area in China. There are water recreation facilities in each area, suitable for both adults and children. The hotel also has many activities for guests to experience every day~ The layout of the room is also like home, which is super suitable for vacation here!

The hotel itself was adequate. The rooms were a little shabby, but you get what you pay for and they were spacious and comfortable. I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. I really enjoyed the location – it's close to everything. The food was also delicious, with a good variety and quality. Just got back from five nights on half board in mid October 2024. This hotel has been a dream. Rooms: Very clean with everything you could need. Great balcony size and amazing shower. The service staff was unfriendly because there was already a high demand. Especially the director Miguel, who was rude and did nothing to help us with the check-in, offering us with a child to check in to a dirty room. And then did not even greet us. I picked Hotel Sofia for its location, within walking distance to the old town (33 minutes by walk). It was difficult to take bus or order a taxi in Alcudia Beach area, which might take a long time to wait. The beach was long and wide with fine sands. My suite has a sea view. This is a nice hotel. The best thing about this hotel is the location. It’s located right on the beach. Breakfast is nice. Rooms are nice. We didn’t love the large S In the shower that allowed you see into the bedroom, real lack of privacy. We have just returned from a week here as a family group of 19 ranging in age from 1 year to 70 years old. Not one of us has a negative thing to say about the hotel, the staff were all great, it's spotlessly clean throughout and the rooms are just perfect! How this place is only a 3 star is a mystery! Stayed at this hotel recently. Nice hotel. Very clean. Buffet not great. Breakfast only OK and dinner poor. Barfood Nice and drinks Nice. My only complaint is we stayed for 2 weeks and gad to use the same pool towels for the 2 weeks. You are not allowed to change them unless you pay 5e a towel. It's ridiculous after paying 4000 euro to stay there.

Very good experience in Alcudia, the pool of the hotel is litterally on the beach. Everything is great and every member of the staff is here to kindly help you. The buffet (morning and dinner) is very good too with a good day to day variation. Accommodates "salty" inclinations and also the sweety ones.
