Was not sure what to expect as I read some poor reviews, but when we arrived we were well greeted and given a clean and functional room. The staff are very good and helpful. Just had 14 days here, it's very pleasant, but quite dated. We stayed in the annex part of the hotel, as it was £50.00 per person cheaper. I don't think I'm coming back, but if I did I would certainly stay on the main part of the hotel. It is located right on one of the most beautiful beaches, surrounded by sand dunes and the sea. The nearby Corralejo full of bars, cozy bays, shops is 10 minutes by bus, the bus stop is easily accessible 3-4 minutes from the apartment building. Varied, many kinds of offer at the same time, healthy, targeting a general taste, delicately prepared, with which you can adjust the meals to your own taste...

Nice park, basic bungalows with airco. Lovely Pools (not heated though). Close to the center. Good price.

Works well if you just need a bed. The rooms are dated and the food is bad. The curtains in the sleeping room are translucent. Therefore it is impossible to sleep until the floodlights of the tennis court (which directly are pointed at the sleeping room window) get turned of. This usually happens between 10 and 11 pm. Beds are comfortable though and the staff is nice.

The rooms were very clean and the staff very kind and helpful. We did not have a single issue during our 1-week stay. The rooms are a little bit old, but taking into consideration the price we paid, is totally fine. I had a very nice stay. Not sure on the actual hotels as just went to the beach. Which I may add is absolutely amazing, crystal clear waters. Plenty of snorkeling to be done. Just a million miles from home. Great value hotel in Corralejo within a short walk from the harbour and square. Lovely pool area,plus regular entertainment and pool side themed BBQ'S. Bed and breakfast options available. The hotel has a surfing theme throughout, reflected in the quirky decor.

The rooms are beautifully renovated and there are two pools. The breakfast buffet is very well stocked with hot items and cold. Titan our room had a balcony which also had AstroTurf on the ground which was a nice touch. Just a few minutes walk to the town and a lovely place to spend a few days.

The staff are super friendly and helpful speaking many languages. Breakfast is buffet style with a huge choice. The drinks bar is competitively priced with local bar prices and the volume of spirit measures are typically large as per Spanish measures. The pool is heated and and a fair size. Rooms are spacious and clean with all the usual hotel amenities (hairdryer, tea/coffee etc )

We were back at H10 Ocean Dreams in November for our third stay. We have found it to be a very suitable hotel for our limited mobility and the staff go the extra mile to be helpful to us. Had a fantastic six nights at the hotel. Clean rooms, good staff, well looked after for the whole stay. A real bonus with gluten free beer and great range of food for gluten free with chef even prepared to make some meals separately. Having read various reviews both positive and negative we didn't really know what to expect. The resort and apartment were kept very clean and tidy. A bit basic but it was 3 star so that was ok. The food was absolutely fine and kept hot, whilst not amazing was fine for the price we paid. We didn't stay in the bar for the entertainment, bingo was very loud.....I personally didn't like the alcoholic...

Nicely located only 10 mins walk into main town.spacious rooms and well kept public areas.plenty of choice food wise only complaint certain items in cafeteria not well set out....no teaspoons near hotdrinks machine....no butter near bread area and food not always hot. Staff are friendly enough but don't go all inclusive if possible - the food is very basic (the so-called Chicken Curry was revolting). There are plenty of good places to eat in Corralejo. Family orientated so I also felt a bit apologetic about being there on my own.

We stayed for 10 days H/B at the end of March 22. All the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The food was excellent and the hotel spotlessly clean throughout. Our room was modern, clean & comfortable with a comfortable large bed. We had a good view of pool. We would highly recommend this hotel as near all bars, restaurants and shops.

Just returned from a weeks stay, third time in 3 years to Playa Park. The Reception staff Bob, Sebastian and the girls were amazing. Gino and co for the entertainment and Samba in the bar, couldn’t have asked for anything more. Had the best time here on my first holiday with my boyfriend, the all inclusive is very good value for money and we loved the food. Every night they had some sort of entertainment which we loved and the staff all seemed lovely and made it special for us. It’s a very good location only a short walk into the centre.

Some people will surely have complaints as the food or the hotel wasn't quite 4 stars. But for the price we paid, I could not fault this hotel in any way, and had a very pleasant staying. Just come back from a great week at Arena Beach, yes it's a little dated in places and some wear n tear as you'd expect with a busy apartment complex but we have nothing really to complain about , food was varied and mixed and we enjoyed every meal we had, the drinks on offer were great . This is our 14th visit to Corralejo, , staying in 10 different accommodations, but this one is by far the best. Stunning gardens, pool areas and great facilities. The restaurant is excellent and great value. Brilliant staff as well. We are so sad this is our last day but we are planning a return in the Spring.

Lovely complex, pool area and surrounding gardens are kept to a high standard, pool cleaned early every morning and the staff here are on top the areas keeping it spick and span. I want to give 5 star but I can't. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff are friendly. Only thing that stops me giving a 5 star review is the breakfast is just a bit basic. The place is only 10 minutes by foot from the city center. Apartment was huge with all the equipment, with nice balcony. Breakfast was varied and amazing everyday. Great, helpful, friendly and funny staff. Great food, nice bevarages😉 Really good entertainment during the day and also in the evenings.

Just home after a 9 night stay, 2 adults and 2 children. Although slightly run down, the hotel makes up for it in other ways. Entertainment team are amazing both during daytime and evening. The food was much better than I expected. Our teenage kids had a great time, meeting new friends, playing football and swimming. The weather was great, really enjoyable break.

Cannot fault the staff or tbe hotel...however the pool area is very overgrown and rhe sun only shines on the pool area fir a few hours each day...cinstantly moving our sun loungers to lie in the sunshine

Great value hotel. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Staff very helpful. Good breakfast. This is an adult only hotel so no children which is great unless you have any. I would advise only getting bed and breakfast as there are many good restaurants in Corralejo, and the hotel resultant, while it won't poison you, is not the best that I have ever eaten in.
