We had such a wonderful time here! Staff were all so lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel and the room were really nice, exactly how it looks in the pictures. The food was amazing. The location was perfect just metres from the centre of it all but we still never heard a peep at night. Great experience from start to finish can’t fault the place!

Nice hotel, in a convenient location, lots of building work going on which was loud,
Food is below average and wouldn't recommend getting half board or all inclusive because I think you'll find you'd rather pay to eat out. Repetitive and not good quality,
Also they advertise a late breakfast yet when we went to the pool bar to have this (after paying for half board - so breakfast is included) they charged us €30!!! for the breakfast because it was served in the pool bar after 1030 instead of the room downstairs before 1030, same average food and down €30, had we have known you had to pay for the nicety of having a later breakfast we honestly wouldn't have bothered. They could put a sign somewhere to tell you your about to be done out of your money. When I spoke to reception they said they can't do anything because the pool bar breakfast is for all inclusive only, so don't be caught out like us and ripped off
Kettle in room but no tea/coffee/spoons, had to buy my own coffee and stir it with my toothbrush

A last minute change of location, left us searching for a fussy group of 6 people in 4 rooms.. having generally low expectations for the place, we were all extremely pleasantly surprised with the location quality of the rooms and incredible friendly staff… without exception.
The hotel is undergoing some updates, this does create only the minimum amount of interruption but does also mean that the homely is at a lower capacity giving more space to relax around the pool and other areas.
Would definitely recommend and would also return when looking for a budget friendly 4 star hotel

Has mugs in the room but no tea or coffee packets. Rooms are cleaned at an inconvenient time roughly when people get ready to go out for excursions. Food can be quite cold and repetitive.
Staff are absolutely lovely and polite.
Great location although can be very very windy.
I thought the pool was very cold and was under the impression it was heated.
Had a lovely time nonetheless! 👍🏻

Let’s start by the positives first, that hotel is on a great location. Only 15min drive from the airport, and easy drive to any side of the island from it. Quiet location, close to the beach. We’ve had breakfast included, and it is a great addition to the price. Various choices of foods!
Whilst I know that “you get what you pay for”, this by no means should be an excuse for having to sleep with bugs in the rooms. We were there for 4 nights, every night on our coming back into the hotel room upon turning the lights on the bugs would be running and hiding behind the fridge or under the bed. With the last night waking up on one of it in our bed. It is gross and disgusting, and I being told that they can’t do nothing about it that the island has them all around!
I by no means like to leave negative reviews, or make drama out of it, but hygiene comes first, no matter the price.
It is a 4* hotel but the rooms say otherwise. A bit outdated and needing a refurbishment.

The hotel is old not like the r pics the only good thing is the proximity to the beach and shops

The staff was excellent, you felt right at home. The breakfast was excellent and the service was excellent. The only drawback was the room, the bed, the pillows were a bit uncomfortable and the TV.

The cleaning staff was heard saying there were cockroaches. I didn't see them.
