Food is below average and wouldn't recommend getting half board or all inclusive because I think you'll find you'd rather pay to eat out. Repetitive and not good quality,
Also they advertise a late breakfast yet when we went to the pool bar to have this (after paying for half board - so breakfast is included) they charged us €30!!! for the breakfast because it was served in the pool bar after 1030 instead of the room downstairs before 1030, same average food and down €30, had we have known you had to pay for the nicety of having a later breakfast we honestly wouldn't have bothered. They could put a sign somewhere to tell you your about to be done out of your money. When I spoke to reception they said they can't do anything because the pool bar breakfast is for all inclusive only, so don't be caught out like us and ripped off
Kettle in room but no tea/coffee/spoons, had to buy my own coffee and stir it with my toothbrush
Staff were nice but I wont come back
The hotel is undergoing some updates, this does create only the minimum amount of interruption but does also mean that the homely is at a lower capacity giving more space to relax around the pool and other areas.
Would definitely recommend and would also return when looking for a budget friendly 4 star hotel

This could be a 5 star hotel with minor adjustments.
Okay. So I didn't do much research and I regret it. But we basically criticized every thing, as we have only ever experienced good hotels..
But what we kept saying back to ourselves was "but it's cheap" yes this place was a cheap stay.. but it definitely is not 4 stars. It's probably a 2.
The pictures don't make it out to what it is..
The place needs a lot of work, which they are doing.. they were working on it.. but it's like polishing a turd ..

Listen there are positives..
The beach is literally right there and I had a great view from my balcony.. it's literally the best beach on the island. There is restaurants all over and the town is really clean..
The hotel did provide what ever we needed and the kitchenette is really a bonus and we utilized it. The hotel had a great pool and many sunbeds and umbrellas..
The GYM!!! Yeah they shouldn't be allowed to say they have one.. there is literally a 2 and a 12 kg set oh and one single 5kg lol. Oh and two bicycles and a treadmill ..
Recommend you hire a car to explore the island. But yeah no parking at the hotel.. we parked at a parking area which was free about two roads up.
Overall the view from the balcony made the stay. And yeah staff really friendly .
Whilst I know that “you get what you pay for”, this by no means should be an excuse for having to sleep with bugs in the rooms. We were there for 4 nights, every night on our coming back into the hotel room upon turning the lights on the bugs would be running and hiding behind the fridge or under the bed. With the last night waking up on one of it in our bed. It is gross and disgusting, and I being told that they can’t do nothing about it that the island has them all around!
I by no means like to leave negative reviews, or make drama out of it, but hygiene comes first, no matter the price.
It is a 4* hotel but the rooms say otherwise. A bit outdated and needing a refurbishment.
Our sea view room was very spacious and well laid out, the condition of the room was good too (which wasn't the case in all the rooms). We did half board and enjoyed breakfast and dinner and found a good variety available (you had to work out the better food options which we did). The live music every night was good fun. I was initially worried about the noise in the hotel as don't usually stay in this sort of place but was quiet.
One complaint was bed very hard and the pillows were awful rock hard and flat , maybe ok for some people but unfortunately not us.
